Starbucks Victoria - Palmer Street in City of London, Westminster

6 staff more interested in laughing, joking and chatting than service. Coffee is good but slow. No one seemed to be in charge;

Liten og intim Starbucks. Koselig og med blide og hyggelige ansatte. Følte det som et sted du kunne puste ut litt med en pause i sightseeing i London.

Es bueno si estás en movimiento, el lugar parece estar lleno de gente si te quedas y cenas con bebidas calientes pero con el mismo sabor y calidad de Starbucks.

Como em toda loja da rede voce sempre é muito bem recebido e os produtos iguais, em todas as lojas. Esta da Palmer é um pouco maior e o charme é estar na Palmer.

I am not a fan of Starbucks but this place is convenient for meeting. The Pike Place filter is relatively cheap but bitter. The pain au chocolate was ok. The staff here are friendly and it is a warm place to sit on a cold day.

I'm disabled (walking stick user) and was having a very bad day (mobility & pain-wise) when I popped into this Starbucks for a coffee (and a fag - they have outdoor seating). Just as the very nice lady made my coffee, my back went into spasm, and I realised that I would have problems carrying my coffee outside (eg already had a walking stick in one hand, and a bag in the other). Before I could ask the nice lady if she could carry my coffee to a table for me, she recognised my discomfort/instability and offered to do this for me. Another staff member grabbed an ash tray for me and moved chairs out of the way etc. The Starbucks wasn't 'lunchtime busy' at the time, but it wasn't 'deathly quiet' either, and I really appreciate the care & attention I received from these staff. This level of service (and general human kindness) is rare in chain coffee shops, so I appreciated it all the more. I later asked the nice lady if they had comment cards but she said that they do not - therefore I am writing this TripAdvisor review. Starbucks management - if you read this review, please hand out gold stars all around, and pass on my thanks again.
