Ordered online via Uber, usual driver from the other store I order from, arrived on time and perfect. I left a little note asking if they’d wrote happy birthday on the cup for my daughter as she turned 13 today, they did and also sent her free biscuit which was a lovely touch and really appreciated 🥰🥳 thank you for making a lockdown birthday more memorable

Open Christmas Day!! I’ll be there! Would like to thank the team that has been serving me for their dedication to their customers :) There’s a friendly atmosphere even with no customers seated. The new Christmas products this year are very tasty too

Starbucks ist sowieso nicht unbedingt für extreme Spezialitäten bekannt. Entsprechend war es hier. Eben ganz durchschnittliche Getränke, weder besodners gut noch schlecht. Allerdings war der Laden relativ dreckig und ungepflegt. Es gibt definitiv wesentlich bessere Starbucks.

Popped in with my young son to use the facilities and grab a coffee, I must say the staff were really welcoming, had a joke with my son about his arsenal shirt and made us feel welcome, service was prompt and facilities were clean. As per the other reviews there were a number of people sitting solo with a laptop or phone so can understand peoples reference to it being like an office.

Well postioned Starbucks - opposite Richmond Station. At around 7:30am the place is full of folks with laptops - not sure if they are home based employees but its very busy with folks working on their laptops and some taking Skype calls - these guys can be loud. I have been to this place > 30 times times during last 3 months and its always same people on their laptops Other than the above its a normal Starbucks with same usual service and product ranges. oh yes - A lot of folks simply come in to use the toilet. There is only one and sometimes there is a queue to use it.

It's more like a shared office than a sociable cafe hub, but Richmond town centre's Starbucks - almost directly opposite the train station and the busiest bus stops - fulfils its purpose well. Individuals sit for long, long spells, jealously guarding their space as they hunch over their laptops. Most of the actual coffee trade, however, is takeaways - commuters dashing to and from the station, cabbies calling in from the ranks outside to get their caffeine kick, and passers by just drifting in and out. This is a classic Starbucks branch where table-blockers settle all day to use the wifi. Until that alters, it's difficult to get a seat. Often feels more like the British Library reading room than a busy, lively cafe in the heart of town.

I come here every so often when stopping in Richmond and have had mixed reviews. The store itself is a tankard Starbucks. The staff however could be more friendly & welcoming, I understand the store is very busy but on occasions the staff have actually been rude. They do however make good quality drinks reasonably quickly.

It’s a shame for £3 a coffee they can’t afford a toilet seat or a working hand dryer in the bathroom ....

popped in as early for an appointment,had a loose leaf tea and hickory bacon bap.cannot fault either. plenty of room at 9am and the service was quick and graceful.felt comfortable and enjoyed the atmosphere.

I come here every other week as I work in Richmond. This Starbucks is located in the perfect place, right opposite the station so great to grab a drink on the run when travelling. Customers are always treated with a smile and I never have to wait more than 5 minutes to be served, even on busy days. Great to grab a coffee in the morning too as they are open on early hours. Highly recommend.

Does what it says, conveniently located opposite the station. Good size sitting area with free wifi.

Handy as right opposite the railway station. Bitterest coffee I have ever had in a SB. Very large w.c, but why only one, with inevitable queues

This is a good Starbucks across the road from the station. I often went here on my way to the nearby adult college when I was studying Russian and completed my homework.

Quite a busy place even during "off-peak" hours on weekdays, but the service is quick and staff are friendly. Also located just opposite Richmond station so very convenient place to pop into

This place can get super busy but speaking as a regular for about 3 years, it seems to have an endless supply of nice friendly staff who always make you feel welcome. They also proactively fix even the smallest of mistakes even if you haven't spotted it, this is something that separates it from a lot of other Starbucks. This place has had a recent refurb and also seems to benefit from being a trial store for new Starbucks food and concepts.

Waited for a colleague here before a meeting. Fast friendly service. Clean and tidy. Nice enough coffee and food (just a croissant for breakfast) Lots of people working on laptops, chatting etc. nice atmosphere Nice Starbucks!

Why do Starbucks have such disgusting toilets? With the wads of cash they take you'd think they would invest it in their bathrooms this version is no different. Stinking!

Very unhappy with service today..slow which is a pain when a huge chunk of your lunch break is used waiting for your drink to be made. No apologies made either. Avoid like the plague at lunchtime

As a student at the local college, I often pop into Starbucks for a coffee and a bacon roll at around 18:30 to do some revision and have a rest.

Always a pleasure to drink in here with my nice warm mocha drinks. Staff are very friendly… (this makes a real difference compared to the Costa in Richmond). Glad it has free WiFi! I am writing this review, as I am drinking in right now! :-)

Starbucks Richmond is my favourite coffee house when I am in town. You always get a warm welcome, smile and good service.

You know what you're getting with a Starbucks. Usually filled with those using the free WIFI. Used to be two in Richmond, but just one by the station now.
