Arriba, fuera y alrededor en una hermosa pero amargamente fría mañana de diciembre me dejé caer en este Starbucks y lo que un momento muy agradable que tuve. Este es un gran Starbucks outlet, el interior es encantador y acogedor, con una decoración suave y muebles en esta cafetería de dos pisos y hay un montón de opciones de asientos, bono adicional, el personal aquí es súper amable, es un gran café para relajarse. Pedí un café capuchino, serví humeante caliente, me relajé y calenté mientras bebía mi café que estaba totalmente delicioso y justo con lo que necesitaba calentarme. Realmente disfruté de mi café aquí antes de seguir adelante, tuve una experiencia muy positiva, no puedo esperar para ir de nuevo la próxima vez que estoy en el centro de Liverpool. Este Starbucks es fácil de localizar a lo largo de Ranelagh Street. El horario de apertura es; De lunes a domingo, de 8 a 19 h. Vale la pena buscar si estás en la zona.

I want to take a moment to thank Amir, who works as a security at this shop. He is one of the kindest and most thoughtful people I’ve ever met. His warm smile and helpful attitude make visiting this place even more enjoyable. Two fellas on the counter tonight amazing customer service especially the lad with the beard

They charge everyone extra 5p on purpose. Everyone who says they want sit in, they still receive their drinks in paper cups and being charged for it. When I confronted them about it, they said "it was just was just a one off, and an honest mistake." giving paper cup to all sit in customers and charging them for it??? How is that AN honest mistake? Took several pictures, all sit in customers were served paper cups. Not cool charging extra for economical reasons and then waste paper anyways! And even lie about it!!!

Very friendly staff, excellent croissants and cappuccino

Service was fast however, no clean tables, staff were all stood behind the counter chatting. The security guard who was on the door was the one collecting empty cups from tables so other people could sit down but no one bothered to come and wipe them. If it wasn't for my little boy wanting to rest his legs we would have found somewhere else to get a drink. Disappointing as Starbucks is one of our favourite places to get a drink and a cake pop.

I am deeply disappointed with Starbucks due to their perceived stance on humanitarian issues, particularly their involvement or association with actions that harm innocent people, including children, in Gaza. I cannot support a company that does not align with my values regarding justice, peace, and human rights. I hope they reconsider their position and take meaningful steps to promote compassion and fairness in the world.

When I entered the room, I noticed a very strange smell, similar to mold. Then I looked up and saw this (photo). This is unacceptable. You're poisoning your employees and customers. This is intolerable. Clean the air conditioner!

It costs the wrath of God but the Frappuccinos are good

Tuvimos problema al momento de pagar, ya que pagamos dos veces la cuenta por problema con el posnet del lugar, hicimos el reclamo pero nunca se nos hizo la devolución del dinero.

Something needs to be done to improve wheelchair access. Few seats and tables upstairs and outdoor seating make for a terrible choice when it's busy and raining outside. Also whilst the food is nice there's so few dairy free or vegan options available compared to the cheese and meat options. They do one thing well and we're meant to just accept shoddy service over all

The service here is fairly qick considering how busy it is a lot of the time, drinks are consistently hot and nice tasting. The food in here tastes nice it is more that it's expensive. It is mostly quiet if you go downstairs and you can get a seat normally.

Really nice feel to this Starbucks. The guys were friendly, the place is clean, and the seating is well spaced to not feel cramped. Air conditioning too.

Arriba, fuera y alrededor en una mañana de julio aburrida y lluviosa, nuestros veranos son magníficos, ¿no es así, mi hermano gemelo y yo decidimos saltar el tren de Kirkby al centro de Liverpool donde nos dejamos caer en este punto de venta Starbucks, hemos estado aquí antes, siempre lo pasamos bien y así lo demostró en nuestra última visita. Un bonito punto de venta Starbucks, ubicado en dos plantas, una hermosa decoración y muebles, mostradores de servicio con frente de vidrio muestran las golosinas que se ofrecen y hay un montón de opciones de asientos repartidos por esta cafetería, es una gran cafetería para relajarse. Pedimos un café blanco plano cada uno, estos se sirven humeantes calientes, nos relajamos y planeamos el día anterior mientras bebíamos nuestro café. Mi café era muy bueno, un gran fan del café servido en Starbucks, su café blanco plano es uno de mis favoritos, tan sabroso, solo un muy buen comienzo de nuestro día. Realmente disfrutamos de nuestro café aquí antes de seguir adelante y aunque nuestra visita fue solo fugaz como en cualquier otra visita a este particular Starbucks outlet nos lo pasamos muy bien. Este punto de venta de Starbucks es fácil de localizar a lo largo de Ranelagh Street. El horario de apertura es; De lunes a domingo, de 8 a 19 h. Vale la pena comprobar si estás en la zona.

I pass my local Starbucks every day on my way to work and always go in when I'm on an early shift as a little pick me up. The team there is always so nice and friendly no matter what time it is.

Good range of coffees, cakes and sandwiches, with vegetarian options too. Quick, efficient service and friendly staff happy to help me decide what to get. Bit expensive tho so don't come here a lot but nice little treat every so often. Well located 5mins away from Central station and nearby parking in St John's or Mt Pleasant too, a nice stop off to break up your day. Accessible for wheelchair users and seating downstairs too but stairs only so may not be suited for wheelchair users and toilets on site.

We got 2 large regular coffee, they where fine. However the time we waited for it, the coffee was nothing spectacular. We also ordered hot food and cakes, food was ok but the cakes where both hard as rock. Almost as if they had been sitting in the glass cabinet for a week. The shop itself was not clean, although there was about 5 people behind the till talking orders, no one seemed to be out cleaning down tables. Seem quick enough to take your money but not bothered afterwards. The little slow flying bar/fruit flies all all over the place was enough to make us pick up and leave.

Called in this afternoon. I had several bags so a couple of members of staff, offered to carry coffees to downstairs seating as my hands were full. Kind gesture which was very much appreciated 5* service

Not sure what's weirder. Paying over £7 for a veganised toffee nut or the girl who dropped her toasted sandwich telling the cadgier this and her getting a replacement one. There's no powder like chocolate at the end counter. It did take a while to be served as 2 girls were serving whilst the 2 men were cleaning then chatting. Should have helped them out by reducing the queue first.

I ordered macchiato with soy milk, but they made with dairy milk. Stay back from this place if you have any dietary requirements, because of your health. They can kill you!

Today I have opportunity to visit this place. I ordered flat white with coconut milk, but barista made for me mocha with normal milk in small cup, when i asked change my drink, the barista didn't change a cup, just washed cup. Very bed service

I have just scanned this TripAdvisor page and I am in disbelief at the number of positive reviews. Whilst most Starbucks are more or less the same, I definitely found this branch to be one of the worst, if not THE worst, in Liverpool. On the plus side, the cup of tea I were served was a nice refreshing cup of tea, and the tables were general clean. That's where the positives end! On the downside, seating is extremely limited. It's a shame because this place has a fairly large downstairs seating area, however they aren't many tables down there, other than one big one in the middle, which is a poor use of available space. The staff here are miserable and upon asking for the code for the toilets, never uttered a single word to me! The young woman just carried on her conversation with her colleague. She clearly wouldn't know customer service if it slapped her in the face! There was a short queue for drinks that day however service wasn't at all quick. As mentioned, you need a code to use the PUBLIC toilets, which I think is stupid. Irritatingly, this code, like in some coffee shops, is not printed on the receipt, so you have to let the staff know that you're going the toilet! When I got into the toilet, it was filthy and hadn't seen cleaning products at all that day! Very, very poor! Also, what's with the prices here? They charged me £2.70 for a standard sized cup of tea, which is usually "2.25 in similar outlets! Even train station coffee shops are cheaper! That's profiteering right there, as it's the first Starbucks you see as you come out of Liverpool Central Station! Suffice to say I will ensure to avoid this particular Starbucks in the future and I will not be recommending it any time soon! An absolute embarrassment to the Liverpool City Region!

Out and about bright and early in Liverpool City Centre ,my twin brother Stephen and I decided to drop into this Starbucks along Ranelaugh Street and what a great start to our day out this was. A big Starbucks outlet set over two floors ,great decor and furnishings and lots of seating options,cosy sums it up best. We ordered a cappuccino coffee each,served steaming hot ,we took our coffee's downstairs were we planned out the day ahead while sipping our coffee. This is a seriously popular Starbucks ,it's got a great location and I must say the coffee is good ,especially the cappuccino coffee,couldn't complain about anything about our visit . We moved on after our coffee ,although our visit was only fleeting as on previous visits to this Starbucks we had a very positive experience . This Starbucks is easy to locate along Ranelaugh Street . Opening hours are; Monday to Sunday,8am till 7pm. Well worth a visit if you're near Ranelagh Street.

The wrap and chai tea latte were kind of bland but other than that good.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING SERVICE! Went in with my very obviously disabled husband to have coffee at 5.30pm, he needed to use the disabled bathroom first before drinking coffee, but the staff said the toilets were closed. Standing outside trying to think where else I could take him for coffee and bathroom, and then saw other customers using said "closed disabled toilet". Could understand her saying that if we weren't going to have coffee, but she could have just said it's for customer use only, at which point we would have told her we were there to have coffee, he just needed the bathroom first. We went around to the Costa by St Johns, who did let him use the bathroom first, and then served us a lovely Cappuccino and Latte. I have been a devoted customer of Starbucks for years, telling people they were wrong for preferring Costa. Now I get why. I am deleting the Starbucks app and installing the Costa one, and will never set foot in another Starbucks for as long as I live. I will also be telling everyone I can, how Starbucks have zero respect of compassion for the disabled community!

Staff doesn't seem to be very customer oriented,either chatting to eachother or messing up orders despite asking numerous times what drink you want.( not just me from what i observed while waiting).Last time I went I was served by a girl that seemed new,had to repeat my order few times and she kept asking what milk to which I'd reply own nut blend..then I gave her my cup,she looked at it and I've asked if I should take the lid off,she said yes,ordered a cake as well then I asked for the code for the toilet and told her that i'll go to the toilet and then I'll come back and collect,she said OK.So I went then when I returned I stood there waiting,never saw my cup being handled.So I stood there for approx 10 minutes seeing other people being served,then she saw me and brought my cake.I still stood waiting for my drink and at the end(about another 10 minutes)I went to her only to see my cup still on the counter by the register and when I required about it she showed me one of the disposable cups In which apparently they made my drink and almost snapped at me that my drink has been sitting there for quite some time to which I reminded her that I handed her my own cup and what I said ,then she asked me if I want a new drink but I wasn't very pleased as I've missed my bus and they just ruined my mood,And i saw on the label ive been charged for a cup...Then after she tried to offer me a new drink few times I agreed.Then moved back to where the coffee machine is,the batista, made me the drink while being in a very sour mood( because of me) then popped my cup on the counter and turned her back on me straight away as not saying here or responding to my *thank you* Not a great experience at all! Never had any problems at any of their other locations I've been to and usually everyone would at least be polite anough to say here and thanks ...

Drink was melted, cookie straw snapped into bits and toastie was ice cold and the cheese had hardened like plastic.

Has a room down stairs which we needed for our party which was good, but took ages to get our drinks. Only 2 people working and long queue.

It seems just eat. Orders are not prioritised compared to other rival company’s there’s some sort of preferential treatment going on

Starting a day out in Liverpool City Centre my twin brother Stephen and I exited Central Railway Station and as it was early we dropped into Starbucks along Ranelagh Street. A cosy Starbucks outlet,set over two floors,typical Starbucks decor and furnishings,a glass fronted serving bar showcases the goodies on offer ,all in all it's a great Starbucks outlet. We ordered a flat white coffee each,these were served steaming hot,we just kicked back and planned out the day ahead while sipping our coffees. My coffee was really good,a big fan of the coffee served in Starbucks ,it's consistent in all their outlets ,their flat white coffee is a particular favourite of mine. We really enjoyed our coffees in here before we moved on and as on every other visit to here we had a great time,it's easy to locate along Ranelagh Street and is most definitely well worth checking out if your in the area.

They should have more sitting were you buy your coffee also give trays out as well. They didn't have any and they didn't give them out. I had few orders that I made. My daughter was sitting at the table downstairs to make sure no one took the table. So she couldn't help me carry are orders downstairs. Nice coffee and food staff very nice
