Very bad they steal money from you. Daylight robbery. Ask you to download the app then you load money on and they steal the money. Big scam going on. Don't visit any Starbucks

Digamos habilidades camarera Ellen's son horribles. Cuando me preguntó qué café que sirven, ella simplemente acarició la las juntas en la pared en la espalda sin siquiera hablar conmigo! ! No no no gracias hola adiós. Todos los miembros del personal eran muy interesado en hablar con los demás, incluso no nos dimos cuenta de que nos fuimos. No eran clientes de cualquier comibg saludo e ir. Las mesas estaban sucias. . . Por favor no dejes que te diga sobre el inodoro. Plomeros necesitaba. Una experiencia terrible. Queja en su página de Facebook y nadie volvió a mí. No vayas.

Buen servicio, personal amable, excelente café. En los días clemente, es bueno sentarse afuera y disfrutar de la vista. . . de los cuales hay muchos,. Puede estar ocupado, pero por lo general no esperas demasiado.

Menú estándar por lo que al menos sabrá lo que está recibiendo, pero parece demasiado caro en comparación con el costo que está al lado

The staff is very welcoming, smiling and above all patient. We had a great time. We stopped to recharge our batteried and provide an overview on our afternoon. The waitress also took the time to answer our question about a building we were looking for. Then we were able to continue our visit.

A thoroughly disappointing end to a really nice night visiting the Christmas markets in Albert Square today. The service received in Starbucks was disgusting. The member of staff serving at the till was extremely rude, in particular to my 19 year old son and also to another member of staff who was making the drinks. The toilets were filthy and the tables outside didn't look like they'd been cleaned all day. We will not be visiting Starbucks in Albert square again!

Great polite Barista's, efficient and great coffee, which is what you would expect from Starbucks. This is also in an excellent location right on Albert Square! Try the festive specials!

What a gem of a place. Visited here on trip to the Christmas Markets with my wife and baby. Such a great place, lovely coffee and great staff. Very definitely worth a visit and will definitely be visiting again. 5 stars

Whats missing is staff personality, friendliness.. Its a take you money..drink your coffee... The staff make the place not this place...go somewhere else..

It's Starbucks, so you know what's available. However, what you also get here is very friendly staff. I can only remember one name, Kat, because she remembers my name. However, everyone that works at this location, no matter how busy it is in the morning (it gets very busy), is pleasant and friendly. It's nice to go to a Starbucks like this. I have worked in the service industry and it amazes me the attitude of people towards customers. I remember being told, and later telling others I trained and managed that if it wasn't for the customers, we wouldn't have jobs, so act like you appreciate them. These folks live that philosophy.

Nice place, as per the interior of Starbucks... well situated, but I must say the prices are just... well, Starbucks prices... who would pay 5 pounds for coffee or tea... except when in Starbucks???

I prefer the coffee elsewhere, but if you just have to have that caffeine injection, or maybe the loo, then it's OK. It's justlike a Starbucks.

We didn't sit in we got a take out, but it was lovely. Same as most starbucks, :) The staff were lovely, very smiley and happy. The music was also good!

Great staff - genuinely accommodating. Wide selection of food and spacious seating. Costa was no comparison in my view, my recent visits serving tepid drinks - gravest sin of all!

Great service and 1st time trying their famous egg nog latte. It was very sweet but nice. Staff nice and great atmosphere. Will defgo try another egg mog latte again.

The shop was so busy due to Christmas Markets but all staff so friendly especially young girl making the drinks. Had the most amazing egg Nog latte. Thank you.

Usually less busy at this store! With great views of Albert Square. With the Christmas markets now in full swing, gets you a perfect place to people watch,.

i had my frappucino made quite quickly even thought there were quite a few people around so good points.

For starbucks, this location offers better service then in tons of other starbucks especially in Toronto. Canada. Other then that, same old same old, same people with laptops on the window with one coffee that they have for hours and hours….

Long queue for a short latte.. Same old, same old...I won't be back until they pay their tax bills! Ok for posers, as plenty of seats in the windows...oh dear...
