Starbucks, Kingston, Milton Keynes in Milton Keynes

Went to have a cup of tea and skinny hot chocolate we usually go to weather spoons next door but for a change we'll have Starbucks 🙁 £2.50 for large tea left to stew for ages tasted like dish water skinny hot chocolate was warm there was 3 empty cups on the table the whole time .in my opinion over priced over rated we will not be going back

Shopping trips are always thirsty work and I was pleasantly surprised to learn that there is a Starbucks in Torquay! Although it’s a shame you have to pay a bit extra for non dairy milk, I was impressed with the gluten and dairy free cakes! The only thing that would have improved our visit, is having the food clearly labelled, as had we not of asked about GF+DF options we would of just had coffee. I’m just keeping my fingers crossed for more GF+DF options with sweet and savoury food!! Thank you Starbucks for pleasantly surprising me!

Strarbucks is my favourite coffee shop, all the time when I’m in Torquay i stop there. I need to say that the service is good my coffee tastes excellent every time and I promise I’ll come back very soon. Aaaa and I love the blueberry muffin and the Nutella cookie

Dropped in for a quick bite and coffee... Not very clean... dust/dirt all over.. didn't feel hygienic as a food establishment should. Not much food choice (9am).. Didn't do simple things like toast, crumpets, etc... Only choices seem to be packet sandwiches or toasties... Cold drink selection was okay and the coffee was okay... But the seating arrangement was poor, most customers seem to struggle to sit somewhere comfortably.. Won't be going back.. Costa is much better on the food selection and general cleanliness/atmosphere....

This store is absolutely filthy, the chairs and tables are a total mess and need throwing not cleaning. The service counter was no better and there was no decent sweetner only that crap green stuff. Such a big disappointment to me to find a Costa across the road, had I have known I would not have come her. Being from out of time was my mistake.

I often come here after work to have an occasional latte. I love this Starbucks, in a quiet area and everything. Good for studying. Only fault is an non existing drive tru

Called in here for a coffee and a cake. Cant fault either, but the place was filthy. Not one table was clean, the floor had spillages and the two staff made no attempt to be proactive in addressing this.

Always go here... always have good service... staff always polite. Can't say any more really but thank you to them ☺

Was rather disappointed with this Starbucks today. The staff were very sullen faces and unresponsive. The tables were mostly full of dirty cups, considering it was not very busy don't see why. The flat white was dreadful, the milk was so over heated spoiled the coffee. Needs a strong manager devoted to staff training to improve.

I really enjoy Starbucks coffee. Unfortunately the staff at this branch are unpleasant. And the drinks left something to be desired. This was my second disappointing visit. As there are plenty of other Starbucks in Milton Keynes including a 'drive through' one, I won't be going back for a third Buying coffee should not be such a miserable event.

Me and my partner went in and ordered at the till. The cashier at thhe till took our order and was incredibly confused. Had to repeat myself more than once. The window was smashed and tables dirty. My cinnamon bun was stale and i had a bite of it. When i sent it back for a fresher one another customer watched as he placed my stale and chewed bun back in the display to be re sold!!!!!! With a chunk out of it! We were discussed. Never going back and would warn people against it

I met a friend on Friday for a catch up and we stayed for a good couple of hours. The staff didn't hurry us at all and we had a wonderful time. I had a croissant filled with mushroom and cheese. This was delicious and my friend had the ham and cheese one. The coffee shop was clean and tidy.

Always fantastic service here. The coffees great and so are the staff. My fave Starbucks by miles. We visit at least once a week.

Prompt service with a smile & lovely new takeaway cups. Always busy. Try a skinny peppermint hot chocolate, perfect temperature to drink straight away

OK, so it's Starbucks. And it's a big chain but at least that means a certain consistency of quality. The coffee is great but what I really like about this particular branch is just how friendly and welcoming the staff are. That and it's a little smaller and intimate than the branches in the centre of town. Little things like that make a difference. One word of note - it can be tough to park on a weekend if you're just stopping to meet a friend for coffee, but if you're already parked and shopping it's great to relax for a while here.

Family visit and really enjoyed the eggnog latte. Would go back again next time we are passing Milton Keynes or nearby soon.

I am a regular visitor and the staff who have been there for a long time remember my name and my drink. Ould have given five stars but there are a few staff who it can seem like you are a being a pain by coming in when they are quiet but they are the exception not the rule.The main thing is the coffee is always the way I like it.

I am regular goer to this joint, being near my home. I find the internet connection reliable, if slow at times. Staff are friendly, but have a casual habit of failing to remember my name, despite being a regular visitor. The drinks and other items, are served well, but with no care and attention.The place is looking old and needs to be refurbished, with more organised seating arrangements. The place is mostly clean at times, but staff are lazy and leave spent drinks around until new customers arrive into the store, instead of doing housekeeping. During sunny periods, the suns rays reflect on to the store front and inhibit work (sun blinds needs to be installed). Parking is not a problem, but it shares it premises with a pizza takeaway, so traffic can be busy at times.

I come here a few times a month as it is the nearest Starbucks to me and the coffee and food is fine, however the building and atmosphere is not what I would hope for in a coffee shop, it ok but not a comfortable feeling I'd like. I will go again but it's not my favourite Starbucks

Proper coffee how coffee should taste. Just love the coffee, you can sit and while away time, the staff never hurry you up.I love to sit outside and watch the world go by. The food although fairly expensive, but the norm for a coffee shop, is always good.

If you like your coffee with a smile, this is the location for your latte. The surroundings are beginning to look a little faded but the staff are indefatigably cheerful. Especially when Xenia is on duty.

This is our 'local' Starbucks - albeit it's a 20 miles drive each way.We come here most weeks and the staff are always lovely and welcoming. I always have the same drink (Doug's special hot chocolate) and unlike most other Starbucks the drink is done really well. On the odd occasion it's not 100% perfect, the staff remake it without any fuss (unlike an awful lot of stores).Ignore the few poor reviews - Kingston rocks!

It was horrible. The iced tea was disgusting,the staff look like they would be happier cleaning up poo and it's just terrible. Never ever ever go.

This place is a shambles. The staff look like they can't be bothered and don't want to be there, totally inattentive. The place is always dirty, and for some bizarre reason packed to the hilt, I can only assume it's an easy option even if the atmosphere is terrible, the service appalling, the coffee burnt and the food non-existent.Today's experience was just shocking. Virtually nothing by way of food choice. I was hoping for a delicious slice of cake and there was literally none. Just pre-packaged biscuits and slices that were average for any coffee shop. I had a bottle of innocent smoothie, no glass or straw to drink it was offered, no plate was offered for our pre-packaged shortbread. My Husband was unfortunate enough to order a decaf cappuccino which he left after having a couple of mouthfuls and complaining that it tasted burnt and strange.This store gives Starbucks a bad name. Avoid at all costs if you value your time, your taste buds and your sensibilities.

It's always packed here at weekends. The staff are apologetic which frankly they should be. They never get the order right, they are slow and the food was stale. I had my drink changed but had left before I tried the food and honestly couldn't face going back.
