Went in to get a take out coffee. Staff were pleasant enough and didn’t wait too long. However where the drinks were served was filthy. Spilled fluids on it. Serviettes on the floor. No one was cleaning anything. The toilets OMG were disgusting. Water or some sort of fluid all over the floor. No toilet paper. No hand towels. Absolutely disgusting

Baristas aren't able to spell my name well ....... and ....... few of them are not sure about the information of coffee products.... for example, which coffee they are not providing and the number of pump of syrup of one of the coffee drinks.

It is in the middle of the campus and is always full of students energy and enthusiasm. Large room with clean atmosphere.

I spent three months at the Campus in University of Surrey, and this Starbucks was one of my favourite place to work on the laptop in a quiet place while enjoying my time with a good cinnamon swirl and a warm mocha. The staff was really kind and always ready to answer my questions about the different type of coffee shown on the menu :) Ps. this is a good place to kill time when you're waiting your laundry to be done, too!

Service was slow, not the staffs fault but once we actually did order it was quick enough! There's not many veggie options and they didn't have some stuff available. They didn't read back my order so think they charged us extra for some stuff (also don't get an itemised receipt so can't prove it, not ideal) and £1.50 for a pot of sauce is a bit of a rip off tbh It's a shame because the boileroom used to do amazing food, the noodles were to die for but the current kitchen menu is a bit meh. It's good to have something rather than nothing though.

Tried the Tom Yum soup and it was great. The portion of the prawn is somehow small but overall the meal was delicious.

Very disappointing visit as used to be a lovely pub. No precautions in place for covid - no details being taken from visitors and just 1 small token bottle of hand sanitiser on the bar. Big groups of very young people (made me feel old in mid-30s!)with no attempt at social distancing. Toilets were dirty and smelly. Won't be going back!

Great food this eve and served by the restaurant manager paul who went above and beyond with service. Food was also on point so thankyou to the kitchen staff as well. Also didn't get her name but the manager on breakfast was also great. This beefeater clearly an asset to Guildford and whitbread should invest in a refurb as the staff are clearly worth it.
