Starbucks Great Victoria Street in Belfast

Arriba, fuera y alrededor en una hermosa pero amargamente fría mañana de enero mi hermano gemelo y yo decidimos pasar por este Starbucks para calentar con un café, nuestra visita fue realmente positiva. Un Starbucks de gran aspecto, el interior es magnífico, ligero y espacioso, mostradores de vidrio con frente de servicio muestran las golosinas que se ofrecen, decoración y muebles encantadores y un montón de opciones de asientos repartidos en todo, es solo una muy buena salida Starbucks para relajarse. Pedimos un café blanco plano cada uno, estos se sirven humeantes calientes, nos relajamos, calentamos y planeamos el día anterior mientras bebíamos nuestro café. Un gran fan del café servido en Starbucks, consistente en todos sus puntos de venta y su café blanco plano es uno de mis favoritos. Ambos disfrutamos mucho de nuestro café aquí antes de seguir adelante y aunque nuestra visita fue solo fugaz por primera vez visita a este Starbucks en particular nos lo pasamos muy bien. Este Starbucks es fácil de localizar a lo largo de Great Victoria Street. El horario de apertura es; De lunes a sábado, de 7 am a 7 . 30 pm. Domingo, 8 am a 7 . 30 pm. Vale la pena comprobar si estás en la zona.

Staff were not friendly and toilets disgusting. Ordered a drink and went to sit down, it was left at the side and nobody had called out my drink order or even brought it to the table in a quiet setting. The staff members seem annoyed and the toilets are disgusting- toilet roll, sanitary products all over the floor, no hand wash & it smelt extremely bad… I thought food places would have intervals during the day to clean them however, this does not seem to be the case. I have been here several times and it is the same situation… do not recommend In comparison to other Starbucks franchises in the city centre, this one is run badly

Really poor service, the 4 guys were more interested in havn a laugh with each other than dealing with customers, overheard visitors( accent present) askn if that was thwir order to be told it is ura he prob spelt the name wrong , askd which none was the flat white to be told all the same, yest they charge u extra for flat white / cappuccino then askd re toilet facilities to be told bo gonover to the europa hotel like wtf

No toilet facilities apparently, which is strange because I’ve used it before?? Starbucks are happy to take your order and payment but then when you sit in there is no toilet available.

A note to Starbucks ... It is not ok to have no toilet facilities available for your customeras. Neither is it ok to direct them to the train station or local hotels. Provide adequate services for your customers or make this clear before they spend their money in your premises. Hopefully the council will look ar this lack on your part when renewing hygiene certificates.

Refreshing drinks! I really like the strawberries and cream Frappuccino, it is quite nice for the summer.

Despite still being in the midst of pandemic related lockdown we shopped for some Christmas stuff we don't need, bought food we don't need and car shopped which we likely don't need either. Will it be Volvo or BMW who knows but the one decision we did make was good Starbucks coffee. Not only Starbucks coffee but their Christmas offerings. I tend to avoid the more elaborate coffee options sticking usually to a tall filter which is the occasional choice or a flat white which is the usual choice but the £4.5 Venti toffee nut latte (with whipped cream and an extra shot) had my name on it - quite literally it had my name on it. In fact it's the second sugar and cream loaded Starbucks venti Christmas drink I've had in the last week. Starbucks staff used to ask your name and write it large on the cup with a marker, now it's much more sophisticated as the printed label stuck to the cup has your name on it (one day when asked my name I'll say shitfa cafae just to hear this shouted out). I stood in a queue a while along with everyone else wearing a face mask as it's still all take away for now and mused. My mask is, well, just a mask. It's not a statement nor a philosophical metaphor and I began to wonder how on Earth 70 million folk could vote for the mask avoiding grinch in the White House. This self obsessed eejit with a paranoid personality disorder is literally golfing and spending other people's money tilting at fictional windmills in courtrooms while his countrymen & women are needlessly dying. My musing went unanswered when I got to place my order - back to reality at last - and the all female crew were charm itself. Isn’t it nice to be nice.

The staff working in this location are absolute diamonds. Friendly, professional and always willing to help and offer suggestions when you want to try something new 🥛☕🥧 That staff working Wednesday 12th Aug @2:50 couldn't have been nicer... Friendly staff didn’t have long to wait I had a chi latte which was very nice you can sit outside and watch the world go by and just chill out nice on a sunny day

Ordered 2 coffees and a hot sandwich. Told to sit down. 15 mins later no one had brought our coffees or told us to collect. When to ask and it was sitting on the counter. Very slow service and not busy. Dirty tables. Staff not friendly. Looked like they didn't want to be there. Cafe Nerro across the street much better.

Not an enjoyable experience. Served by a guy who looked like he didn't want to be there. Hot chocolate very average. Not hot enough. Dirty cups and plates lying about the tables and it wasn't busy. Had to get a pin number for the toilet which was really dirty. No toilet paper either. Not a great advertisement for Starbucks at all.

Big, spaceous, clean with friendly staff. Very close to bus stop. We landed here in the morning around 10:30-11:00 am on Sunday morning.

I visit this store when I'm in Belfast and the team is always lovely. They always try their best even when the coffee maker broke and they couldn't make my latte like normal; I tried it iced instead! Delicious! They seem to have large groups...

There's a fault with one of the machines so no milk based drinks can be made. Not are there any sleeves for the takeaway hot drinks. Won't be back

I not a lover of Starbucks, but in fairness the coffee is usually good and this was the case in this Belfast outlet. Usual eats available. Comfortable seating and of course free WiFi.

Just like any Starbucks, this coffee facility will give you the best Seattle can do this far away from home. Expect the same friendliness and service as in the US. Good coffee.

This Starbucks has efficient staff members ready to serve you your hot drinks. Friendly mannerisms, clean premises and beautiful traybakes to choose from, what could go wrong? Well worth a visit, would return again.

Starbucks are by nature pretty much the same wherever you go. However I would have to say the friendliness of the staff here was excellent - very engaging and helpful - chatty.

This branch of Starbucks has the potential to be so much better than it is. I have been in much worse than this one and I have been in much better. Will try again in a while and see if it has improved.

This Starbucks is new and quite large. It is close to the Europa Hotel. Bonus, they even have coconut milk so if you need to go dairy free, you have another option beyond soy.
