Starbucks Drive Thru in Bexley

We popped in after work for a relaxing catch up over a few coffees. Staff were polite and punctual and took our orders. Coffees were lovely and the atmosphere was nice and peaceful allowing us to chat and relax. Overall a nice experience after a hard day's work.

We drive up and I get a drink for my wife. I never get one, as seems pointless to me; £4.50 for a drink with a made-up name. Apart from that, their woke bullshit a while back means I only do it under duress from 'er indoors.

The issues with the drive-thru card payments are becoming too frequent, so it is such an established brand. Staff also very slow and not very attentive

Went via drive through. Very slow service would have been quicker going inside and ordering.

We’ve ordered the together drinks and food as advertised in the shop display but the cashier only punch the drinks. I’ve only noticed that there were something wrong with our order and confirmed thru the receipt because we’ve paid only half of what we expected, so I’ve asked. The cashier then told us that we should have get the food because it is paid separately as same as the old ways. It’s good we’ve queried where are the food as the cashier failed to tell us initially during our order.What a very poor service and mis-advertisement.

Good atmosphere and cater for vegan

It's nice to have a drive thru nearby. But I was really disappointed , as they keep on putting their prices up like nothing. In one month, they increase the prices twice. Why.

The tables have been left so dirty that it's over run with flys

The slowest service ever. To get a cup of coffee, you have to wait a minimum of 20 minutes 🤬. Fourth time here and the last.

Novel idea for a coffee shop, being a drive-in. Just as well, as there's very little available seating in the shop. Most of the tables are occupied by solitary people on their laptops. We were lucky to nab the last table ( to have breakfast).

Based on today's 22/05/24 service at Belvedere Starbucks I give 0 stars if it was possible. I ordered a medium late like always, it took longer than usual and it was disgusting drink. I added sugar on my late and it didn't look like other times. When I tried to drink, I didn't like it at all and I throw it in the bin straight away inside the shop. I just walked away without being bothered to complain. It didn't seem to put a complain with those who was serving. The boy who made my drink, kept messing around with the drinks to those who were ordering on drive through. He didn't have a clue what he was doing or maybe he is not trained properly. Too bad that I don't feel like to go back.

I did some agency work at their warehouse in Basildon and they tried to lie lie to get out of paying me.

I've probably been to every starbucks local to Bexley and I always come back to this one. The staff are so lovely! Compared to many other starbucks in the area, the baristas here always make my drink right (as I get dairy alternatives and decaf a lot of the time) whereas other starbucks use random ratios and eyeball it - so I stick to always coming here. It's a nice place to go in the evening with a book as the ambience is cosy, warm and friendly. It's just a shame about the new parking restrictions now being 90mins as I loved spending an afternoon there and sometimes feel a little rushed.

I don't drink coffee but I absolutely love this place. I come here often because of the ambience and its such a chilled out place to sit with your laptop to get some work done. The staff are very friendly and attentive and are always cheerful with a smile.

It's a shame is a nice place but you can never get a table because it's always full up with students who can't afford Starbucks and bring in their own food.

Big modern Starbucks selling the usual great coffee. Lots of seats and always room. Limited car park spaces but loads in the free Lidl car park next door.

Good place but there's never any seating. There's always students that don't even buy things taking up all the space. Even saw someone getting McDonald's delivered to them there. Wouldn't recommend coming here to just have a drink and relax.

staff always look miserable but that’s besides the point. please STOP filling up beverages half way if I ask for no ice. if you research, this is not Starbucks policy. If a customer asks for no ice, the drink is to still be filled all the way with no ice. these drinks are pricy enough as it is let alone having them diluted. Some of us also order to keep in fridges and use for another day, ice would water this down. how can I go through the drive thru, and get a half filled £5 drink? baristas, you are serving as if the materials come out of your wages. So please stop doing this, next time you do this I will be asking for a manager. I will also keep sending my drink back so you can fill it to the top. Thank you. Update: after I went back 2x since nothing was said. the n went back today to hear they have a new policy, yet they logged my drink with no ice but put ice in anyways? a member of my family has sensory issues and cannot have ice in drinks! reporting you all to Starbucks themselves now

A good establishment, the staff is pleasant, the prices are not high

Coffee and food was fine. Till staff took my order but the people making drinks were too busy chatting and I waited a long time. The tables were not cleared when I tried to sit down.

Looks great, nice inside, full Starbucks menu. Staff super polite and say ok to everything, not sure they're actually listening properly as had a few drinks which were a bit bland.

Drive in tell the mysterious silver box people what you want drive to the next window and they have it waiting for you. Tastes great and couldn't be any easier to get to.

15/03 rude staff vacuuming under customer feet very noisy I don’t recommend to come in after 6 as stuff just want to go home and can be very rude it’s not the first time

Always out of stock of things, fed up of going in and or driving through and being told we don’t have that at the moment . Not sure who’s in charge of stock control but could do with some training for sure

Ordered an americano and the lemon muffin, all ok. The staff are polite and work fast. Overall a great experience. Car park is always busy, the drive-thru can be busy at times but always moving.

Lovely atmosphere but the highlight was how lovely the staff was. The drinks were also surprisingly tasty. Went during a very busy time, so it did take a while to get our drinks and there wasn't much seating available, but that really didn't impact us much.

A great little spot to come and get some work done, or meet a friend for a coffee, or just to escape to for half hour. Standard Starbucks offerings, drive through service much quicker than inside and you toss a coin if you're going to get a clean cup, dishwasher is always on the blink so it's paper cups all round!

Usually go to Costa for takeaway coffee but descided to try Starbuck for convenience as was local and on my route. Bought a caramel latae and I must admit it was very nice with good flavour and was hot but not too hot to drink which made a nice change from the scorching hot I usualy get from Costa which i usually have to let cool down for 5 mins before i can drink it.

Been coming for ages. I love it because they're normally open until 9pm and it's really nice to go in the evening because they don't serve alcohol.

Drive through always polite and attentive Prefer Costa coffee, but this location is very good always helpful making my coffee and adding sweetners as they make drink saves me trying to juggle while moving on from wondow.

While encouraging people to come and study by offering free WiFi and sockets for electric charge, having the closing time 9pm and not letting me using the toilets before 7pm for the simple reason they clean up, is annoying. Staying 3 hours and having 4 large cups of tea made me leave early and even stopped me from buying another one.

Good service but the clientele don’t understand the concept of a drive thru. It is not the place to make special requests and change your order - not the staff’s fault they can’t do much about this! Ergo service is very slow.

This is my local Starbucks and I use it often. The main problem is parking, they allow the people in the flats to park and leave their cars there all day. Therefore, it’s difficult to visit this Starbucks sometimes.

left hand side door was locked said push on it and it's locked which was annoying straight away and then looks like the boss turnt up and said the same thing. anyway lady serving me was pleasant . and then I was served my latte no words said from the guy who served me my coffee I said thanks and no acknowledgement, maybe he having a bad day and also you can see my cup didn't come with a cup brown protective cover to stop hands getting burnt. strange first experience sitting outside . and being served not sure if I will come back either bit of a weird experience.
