Great coffee and lovely lemon loaf cake

Excellent service, listening to personal preferences. Diligent service in a good ambient. Great for the weekend when there aren't as many people in the street.

Quite noisy but other than this, it's great.

I drink coffee here often. I think it lacks a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. The music is extremely loud and not very coffee shop. The layout is extremely illogical, and the service quality is quite poor, although there are a couple of nice staff members. The food is very samey.

A good short coffee considering you are in London! Perfect place for a refreshing break.

Starbucks on new bridge street, around the corner from black friars station is my local coffee shop. The team there are amazing. Always great customer service, kind & chatty.

Starbucks near Blackfriars Station is a good stop for coffee. Toilets within were very clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Flat white was very nice.

Quick and exactly what you expect from Starbucks

Had porridge, hot chocolate and a fruit juice. The porridge was incredibly watery and the person serving me didn’t seem to understand what I was ordering.

I had the perfect service from Starbucks Tooley Street today. I asked them to put king (for a laugh) and they actually did it and drew a little crown. I will definitely be back

Got a hot chocolate and a croissant and the croissant was very poor tasteless chewy dough where it should be buttery and flaky a bit like puff pastry. And for £5.40 you would expect descent quality.

Horrible customer service. Managed to mess up my order and I asked them to do it again kindly. They messed it up again and at that point I was like I will just take it. They then proceeded to raise their voice at me when I told them kindly that they messed it up again but it was fine and I would take it. This happened the second time I visited the starbucks. The first time some girl who I believe is named Anisa was rude and went on her phone when I was ordering! She then continued going on her phone until she finally processed my order. The manager unfortunately did nothing and watched. I am appalled at this behaviour! Will sadly not be returning.

Ordered a frappe with no cream. They put cream on it. I reminded them of my order. They scooped the cream off and gave it back!

I was taken ill on the underground this morning and managed to get off the tube at Blackfriars. Feeling very sick and on the verge of passing out, I asked to use the restroom. The staff were so lovely and caring. They made me sit down, got me a glass of water and offered to call an ambulance or doctor. In these uncertain times, I was really impressed and touched by such kindness. Thank you so much! ❤️

2:30 pm today 13th of April. Been served by a girl on the till that could not be bothered to listen to me. She was messaging on her phone while on the till and serving me. Yes she had her phone on the till and was just messaging WHILE I spoke to her. I actually tried to make a conversation with her and she didn’t even bother looking up from her phone. When I asked her am I disturbing you? Her answer was ‘sorry?’ With attitude. And I answered well you are on your phone. Her answer was ‘would you like anything else?’ And that’s it. Not apologies or anything else. By the way in the cafe it was only me and anther lady that was choosing a sandwich on the other side of the cafe. No one else! This is my first time out since the lockdown and I was super exited to go out and about and I was welcomed by this. Not impressed.

Amazing service, don’t know why some of these reviews are so rubbish, I think some customers just wake up on the wrong side of the bed. Anisha was amazing with fabulous customer service skills. Will be returning soon!!

Incredibly rude barista from the door I wasnt welcomed! The asian brown girl at the counter interrupted me with “is that all” while telling her my order. Super arrogant and unwelcoming, also in the end got my order wrong since she didnt bother listening! On top of all, I wasnt convinced they remade my drink! Never coming back

Awful coffee and atmosphere..I generally avoid the big chains unless there's no other option Sony because I like to support smaller chains and independents... definitely won't be using Starbucks again, everytime I do it's disappointing at best.

Starbucks in England makes terrible coffee. I went to several places and in every case the coffee was meh. Now understand I don't expect a lot from Starbucks Coffee but this was particularly mediocre Costa, another chain in the UK seems to do a much better latte and I would recommend them over Starbucks.

How many times have I asked for a small Drink only to get their "tall" which is medium. Apart from that how can i fault it. You know what you are signing up for when you hit a Starbucks if it's not the best place for coffee, they are consistent. Biggest bonus, here is that they are open before 07.00

A great place to stay for a coffee on a Saturday morning. I come here ahead of a certain social gathering that takes place every 3 weeks (you know who you are) and I have no complaints with the staff or the quality of the drinks.

Its Starbucks. Seating available on ground and basement levels. Coffee, Tea pastries and sugary snacks abound!

Amazing coffee and very friendly. Young lady, Maheema very welcoming and helpful. Quick service by this young lady as well. Other colleagues, Mitchell very friendly and funny!

All the staff in blackfriars starbucks are lovely and treat you very well. Especially two ladies, Jo and Sandra who always look after us.
