Starbucks Coffee in Liverpool

Limited parking. Staff friendly and greater service. Good quality food and drinks. Busy area.

I don’t mind but the delivery driver went to the neighbouring building when obviously that block is number 8 and mine is number 9. Then he phoned me and demanded I ‘come out to street’ for my order. It was raining, why should I walk out to ur street when I am in a ground floor apartment with a security door and buzzers. It makes me nervous. He seemed angry. I explained I could see him and could he please turn around so I could wave and indicate where I was at my door. It lets the Company down.

First time ever received correct order . Definitely will revisit this one. Welcoming helpful and friendly staff. Quick and professional service.

Good place to work, quiet and free parking.

Horrible place - dirty tables and Luke warm coffee. Unhelpful staff with no people skills, to make it worse… wouldn't go near the blue haired one that severed us with a 10 foot pole.

It was raining so I thought drive-through would be an easier option. Wrong. At the microphone where you place your order there is no cover so the rain came directly through the opened window into the car. Worse of all, the menu is approx 2 metres in front of the ordering microphone so you can't see it when you are trying to order. Again at the receiving window there is insufficient cover from rain. And you can only pay with a card, which was not advertised prior to ordering.

Just eat are horrendous. Over an hour saying the delivery driver was there with no option to cancel for them then to turn up and hour and 20 minutes later with a cold order.

Easy to get to up on Edge Lane near to the retail park. My daughter is at Liverpool uni and this is traditional stop on the way back up to the m62. Quick service, friendly staff and always a great coffee!

We went for a short trip so needed some refreshening coffee, frappe etc so we called in.

Food OK, but always a bit cold. They need to use insulating packaging.

Maybe I'm confused, but I ordered oatmeal and it cam ice cold and no topping / sugar / flavour? It would be good to have the actual option of asking for it hot or with syrup. No spoon and no straws for the drinks either :<

Driver was great. Super friendly and polite. I noted that it wasn’t the driver, app said he was waiting at the shop for a while. It was the shop that was slow. Excellent driver!!

Staff are not capable of putting a lid on our drinks I now have coffee all down my floor after mopping yesterday, also our food was over cooked and not edible tried to have a relaxing Sunday after working 3 shifts in a row only to have to clean up and make my own breakfast. Stop employing people who aren’t capable of doing BASIC tasks. The only thing that was good was the brownies that were wrapped. Which staff wouldn’t have to touch. apart from it being late everything was perfect they even rang me to say they didn't have the sandwich and was ok with the alternative they suggested

it said it was delivered but i never got it this is the second time

9:00 am, 22/12/23 - 2 ‘grande’ caramel macchiatos - over £9 - Both cups just over half full with ‘coffee,’ half a cup of froth, barley any caramel. Tasted of nothing. Would have taken them back, but sadly only tasted them when we were halfway back down green lane. Won’t be going again.

Had a latte and an iced coffee. You can’t go wrong with Starbucks but £14 for two drinks is too much. Staff were friendly.

Stop with the bike riders or secure cups. 9 times out of 10 the coffee is spilt and all over the place.

Very confitable food nice and ice tea the only complaint I have it was card payment only

Service, awful, seriously the girl who served me she was absolutely unbelievable, was with my mum who's 84 , nothink there for people who find it hard to get around , I was shouted for my coffe that was OK, forgot my tea was put in a massive mug filled up to the top so my mum couldn't even pick it up and it was like p..s, the lad was wasn't arsed who was serving as well as the can't be bothered girl don't get me wrong I know we all have bad days ,but that was the worst ever but the food and coffe are really nice and fresh, most probably was just the day I went in with them I've been before and it's been fine x food spot on 👍

By the time it arrived, the coffees were cold. Driver took 20 minutes finding our location despite it being clear on the system and about 6 phonecalls with him. Had to throw them away

Specifically asked for a pumpkin spiced CRÈME frappachino, got given a frappachino with COFFEE in it even though I specifically ordered the crème one and wasn’t even able to drink it due to a health condition and not being able to drink coffee. They also packaged a muffin in the same bag with a HOT bacon and sausage roll and it was melted and squished when I opened it. Safe to say I won’t be ordering from here again and will choose a different store and different food ordering website

Twice they say they have delivered on two separate occasions I live in the Swan and its not hard to find my house I want to know why 2 orders on 2 separate occasions havnt got delivered after notifying me it has been delivered on the app!

The customer service here is amazing, had an issue with an order and they sorted it straight away! Delicious drinks too. Unfortunately had an issue with just eats delivery but Starbucks was great.

My cream chocolate Frappuccino has coffee in it and I didn’t ask for it

Lovely coffee and great service

Coffee was piping hot & delicious. Sausage bap a bit stingy with only 2 sausages (split) per bap. No problem with quality.

Really quick service on this visit and there was a queue. Pleasant staff and tasty food. The coffees were good too.

Coffee spilled all over every item of food. Everything ruined. Driver simply said sorry then left. I would like a full refund

Drinks half empty as spilt during delivery. Frappucino fully melted. No coffee in one drink. No hazelnut syrup added to one drink. Drinks taste poor.

Had to repeat me order at least 4 times and then had to get it remade as I could not taste coffee the second time round still couldn’t taste coffee so had to leave my drinks with staff and leave without my drinks absolute waste of time they need to get the staff sorted and the machines

Driver was lovely and handled my order with care!

No right turn to get into car park, so had to drive down the road and turn round, meanwhile several vehicles pulled the illegal right turn (signposted no right turns) and effectively pushed in front of me. Went through our order on drive through several times each time the operator got it totally wrong, it seemed she wasn’t listening and just making it up. I pulled forward slightly in the hope my back seat passenger may have more success than I at ordering, but to no avail. Eventually, her colleague took over and explained the operator was hard of hearing. Why on earth would you put someone with hearing problems on the phones?! Then waiting at the window for our order they kept saying is that everything and each time had forgot several items, the process took forever and was very difficult, frustrating and at the prices of your products not the service you expect.

Love that Starbucks deliver to my area but every time they forget the straw which is annoying but other than that can’t complain

My medium caramel macchiato was half full. The paper bag was dry so there was no spillage ☹️

The Drink spilled all over my food and now I’ve had to put it in the bin. I don’t know why you put the drink and the food in the same bag ??

Brownie was tiny , cinnamon hun had raisins in it , drink was very very strong

Managed to get the new Mango Dragonfruit. It was nice but it was 90% ice, and just tasted of mango juice. Staff were amazing though went above and beyond! - Drive through available

When our order came the lids weren’t put on properly so some of our drink had spilt which is completely unsatisfactory as it is not what we had paid for. The bag was about to split because of all the liquid that had leaked. We are not happy.

Great service but rather expensive than the other starbucks around Preston, which dose make senes at all 🙄

Food was cold, hard and unedible. Delivery driver left gate open and dog nearly escaped. Disappointed.

There were pet dogs which were not guide dogs with the a food place. This was on two separate occasions, not sure if this is allowed under food hygiene rules

Delivery driver spilt both my drinks then stood at the door and and just said sorry and walked off, he needs sacked

Got a medium Americano what tastes like boiled water. £3.50. And then you don't realise till your half way down the road. Awful coffee

£12 for a coffee, a pot of granola and two tiny egg bites. The staff are lovely and it’s a clean store but the prices are ridiculous.

If you want to get a job somewhere whatever you don't get a job here worse job ever. They give you the sack for no reason and they say negative things about you behind your back when none of it isn't true whenever you are doing a job right they would say negative things to you. Please don't get a job here just warning you.

Regular here at this Starbucks an within the last month the drinks have gone terrible £6 for my drink to taste like hot water an whipped cream have had to go back round multiple times for them to change the drink as they have been undrinkable these staff need more training(not Greg tho he’s fantastic)

Took over 90 minutes and originally said 20 minute delivery. Order delivery time was put back 3 times... Shocking

Eggnog latte is always worth it, but my latte came without my food. Hit or miss, first time it has happened with this Starbucks so 4/5 times you'll get what you wanted.

the toastie was delivered in a bag as opposed to a delivery box like it's meant to. cold and stale, but it had melted the brownie whilst it was hot since they put it at the bottom of the bag. the drinks were fine.

Food was unreal as always and I rang up for sauces and they give me loads 😹❤️

Ordered 3 coffees and one didn’t arrive! When I called I was told “there’s nothing we can do because we don’t control the drivers” The issue wasn’t the driver, but with staff leaving a drink out of my order. I had to reorder so I’ve paid for the coffee and delivery fees twice!
