Was overcharged on my card by approx £70 on 19th May. Subsequent messages promised a refund but,at time of writing 22nd June 2024 no update or refund received. I have asked my Bank to launch an investigation.

Cocktail was not great, atmosphere not very friendly and sink in the men’s toilet was filled to the top with sick! Terrible! Did not even finish my drink! I was right out the place!

Great place apart from blonde barmaid asking if we paid for drinks….. as we had confidential voucher and paid extra for drinks not covered by voucher… so rude apart from that been having a good night.

The gin tasted great and the atmosphere was also fine. The music was very loud, so we could not hear each other well. Otherwise a great place! 👍🏼

Used to be a nice bar but it's now full of chavs and the barmaids didn't have a clue how to make cocktails.

Drinks are lovely, went with a friend. The door staff are kind especially Frank couldn't do enough, didn't half make us laugh.

Not a bad little place! Went during the week on a date and the music was just the right level for conversation. Good tunes too. Staff seem nice and they have a good range of gins and tonics to go with. £19ish for two double gins is too expensive to go more than once in a blue moon, but that's Liverpool these days for you and they do have drink offers during the week if you're into the pink gin. Would have been the same prices in any other bar in Castle Street but wouldnt have chosen anywhere else. Good little spot. Stayed for one drink as was a weeknight. Thank you :)

Went early evening on a Friday. Very nice and good service but we did only stay for one drink so difficult to judge.

What a fab spot. we came across it by accident and loved it. Music and drink amazing 👌

We went here for the first time last night. It seemed like a cool place, good atmosphere, good music... but we had to wait about 15 minutes to be served at the bar. My boyfriend ordered me the strawberry infused gin, the bartender told us they had ran out but she could make me something similar, I said that I would have a Hendricks instead but she insisted she could make it taste the same. Thinking that it would be a similar gin, I watched as she mixed Bombay sapphire gin with Grenadine., Gin society???? This girl clearly knew nothing about gin!!!!! It tasted disgusting. It was so sweet, instead of being strawberry infused it was basically Grenadine and tonic. A bit of staff training wouldn't go a miss!

Rip off, making prices up as they go along. Asked for a price list and got a point at a menu of cocktails with alcohol percentages on and a smile saying sorry that's the best I can do.

OK cocktails, probably better later in the evening

This place is the best. Danielle & Adam are fab, very friendly & extremely knowledgeable. Danielle showed me how make a porn star & a rhubarb infused gin with strawberry for our 25th cousin's lunch in July. I will be visiting Liverpool as often as possible to see my son & each time I plan to pop in for a few drinks at this wonderful Gin Palace. Happy St Patricks Day guys. 🍀 🍸
