Starbucks Coffee in Coventry

Thank you Evening staff tonight with my Deliveroo request. You went above and beyond when I called you to add a note on my delivery for my best friend’s daughter who had lost a best friend today. It really didn’t go in noticed. Thank you so so much. Michaela

Food was good and served hot, staff were friendly and helpful. Did not eat in on thos occasion.

Please stop serving stale cinnamon buns. There’s no excuses for it given the price point. Cashless - what is this about? Removing customer options.

I can’t believe how good the customer service was at Starbucks today. I was served by Callum and Charles. Charles got my order perfect and Charles went out of his way to make my visit beyond amazing. Will 100% be back here again.

The single available toilet STILL not available. 2nd visit in three weeks. The owners need to be honest and put a notice on the door BEFORE they order and get a nasty surprise.

The staff are wonderful here but there are FLIES everywhere, especially on the SWEET TREATS area! This has been happening for at least 2 years and I think a hygiene inspector should visit. Other than that, lovely place!

Ordered a drink and found plastic pieces within it. Wouldn’t go again.

Been a customer for years. Used to visit on a daily basis and did enjoy coming here. Normally when they mess up a order ( not often) they would replace it but on the last two occasions when they have messed this up ( drive thru) and I have rang in ( as only realised after driving off) giving my details to be promised they will sort it when I come next. On the first occasion the male took down details but I was told they had no idea what I was on about so I just paid for it . Then the second time (yesterday)I rang in again as they messed up the order and The lady took my details and I explained that last time I complained they said my details were not written down so she re assured me this would not be the case . So I went today and explained to the manager who said nothing was written again even though I had the name of the staff that had took my details . She said she could only offer me a small drink but I refused and just paid as it wasn’t just about the replacement drink. It was annoying as the other girl working along with lady that took my name the day before , stood staring at me with the manager but she didn’t confirm anything so again I had to pay for it. It’s sad as I have spent so much here but once my starbuck card runs out I won’t be coming to this branch again unless it’s sorted out.

Really quick service and such a lovely person at the drive through window. She was so lovely!

Even though I love Starbucks and I go there super often every week, I have been saddened by the fact that this one has stopped taking cash. I like to pay cash especially for small consumption. My low score has nothing to do with the product, but with the service. Accepting only cards is something that bothers me, so I will try to find another Starbucks to go to.

Fare was what you would expect from Starbucks,but the visit was seriously marred by the state of the roads and the car park surrounding the shop and in the estate. Massive holes in the road surface and sunken drains are a hazard for vehicles and if you are taking drinks away you need a passenger to hold them safely or you will end up with coffee and any other drink covering the floor and seats of your car.

Not great value for money although the coffee is good

Drive through is very convenient, although the queue can be somewhat unwieldy. This is more a problem of the traffic management within the retail area, rather than Starbucks specifically.

There is no tuna melt in my delivery

Dropped in for a coffee, no complaints all as it should be. Nothing over and above either.

I ordered a strawberry ACAI and there was no lemonade so was quite weak. i spoke to this lovely lady at the window and she was more than happy to make me a new drink. She was very kind and helpful, I ordered on 11/06 at 18:00. I hope she sees this! xx

Very nice but cold ice caramel latte but very expensive

Great coffee but even with a few people in the building it's extremely noisy.

The driver was rude and shouted at me as he couldn't find the address. The service was terrible.

Went for a late night drink, one of the staff members Zara recommended a different drink as I was indecisive. Her choice was amazing. There was also another work colleague who was absolutely lovely. Customer service here is amazing :)

Decided on a late night drive as needed my coffee fix, and who wants to be making coffee at home. At midnight. The two ladies that were on shift were brilliant, friendly and in great spirits I can’t imagine working through the night but so happy that I found a semi local 24 hr Starbucks!!!

A coffee shop forgot my coffee? Embarrassing

From the moment I step through the glass doors, I'm embraced by an ambience fit for a daydream. Sunlight streams through the windows, casting a golden glow upon the exquisitely arranged furniture, each piece as charming as the next. Soft music plays, a melody that dances with the gentle hum of conversation, creating a symphony of serenity. But the true magic lies in the celestial beings behind the counter. The baristas, with their angelic smiles and welcoming demeanour, are the maestros of this symphony. They craft each beverage with the precision of an artisan and the passion of a poet, transforming simple ingredients into liquid masterpieces.

It's seems to be the only Starbucks locally I seem to have multiple problems with. One bad experience you ignore and move on, but now it's been a few times where drinks haven't been made correctly and service has been poor. We will avoid moving forward.

Whoops, went at the busiest hour of the day, and waited 20mins for coffee ☕. The staff tried hard to meet expectations but we're really overwhelmed.

Opening hours are incorrect. Sign on the window stating they’re not actually open 24/7 and open at 6am yet they’ve been closed on numerous occasions gone 6.30am when planning based on this information. Unreliable and unprofessional for such a powerhouse.

However the just eat side was unpleasant delivery driver has been giving false information saying at the place but was not eventually got like an hour later from when they started making it the staff at Starbucks were very helpful so no complaints there but the just eat delivery wasn’t very good so just eat big up now but Starbucks is good rate it 8/10

I asked for caramel syrup but they got my drink order totally wrong!

Really unhappy with service. My food was prepared like it would be for dog! Employee/s clearly have no value for customer care. Spoke to Hardeep, the manager, who was accepting no responsibility and passing the blame on. No apology, no acknowledgement! Clearly doesn't know what the meaning of a manager is and what the role entails and needs more training by professionals, which explains the staff poor service.

The waiting time is too long. You have to wait more than 20 minutes for a coffee.

The order was 40 minutes late when I tried to cancel it, Starbucks said that no driver had been allocated and they didn’t know when they would come. I asked them to make sure the order WASNT delivered as the person it was for was now asleep. Terrible service and no way to cancel. It stated the courier was at the restraunt so the order couldn’t be cancelled but Starbucks confirmed there was no driver and nobody coming. This was at 40min late.

Very polite staff and Siobhan is the one who will really look after you well. Keep the good work guys.

Ordered a reusable cold cup and it’s broke

Eggnog latte was tasty, and hopefully, I'll get to continue enjoying them throughout the festive period. The chocolate gingerbread frappe is an experimental mix that sadly is neither chocolate nor gingerbread but a rather unpleasant frankensteins creation of a beverage.

This Starbucks is not 24hr as advertised on Google and on the Starbucks website. Just pulled up and they are closed.

A regular at this place, mainly due to convenient location. Too busy for their own good ... this was on a Sunday afternoon. Wrong drink made, they corrected it. Maybe they should have a separate till for all the take away orders... feel like people in store have to wait in the same queue as this ordering from comfort of their home!!

I ordered an iced latte online with oat milk as i have a lactose allergy and it came with semi skimmed milk. When i went to complain through deliveroo i spoke to the lovely angelica who lied to me about the store being shut and proceeded to tell me it was my fault that i didnt put that i had a dietary requirement so they could be ‘extra careful,’ with my order. I did get a refund on the drink but ultimately i am not impressed.

I come to star bucks everyday and this one particularly because of two staff members who make the most AMAZING coffee +Matchas. Their service is amazing and they are always so friendly! Thank you Liam + Matt :)

Nice coffee. Nice place, but... I was there 3rd time and all the tables were dirty with lots of dirty mugs. But coffee is still the same expensive. My daughter suffered later due to stomach problems after your strawberry milk drink. Not sure if I will be back. Definitely the worst Starbucks in Cov

I’ve just ordered two caramel macchiato for delivery. Both arrived with no caramel. I contacted them only for someone there to lie and say it doesn’t contain caramel, so why call it that? I’ve been ordering this drink for years. Disappointing- why lie like that

No chai latte today and apparently they haven’t had it for a while according to the lady serving us 🤷🏽‍♀️ Strange, as it’s on the menu!

Unable to rate the item quality as it has not been delivered. Delivery agent just marked it delivered and seemingly moved on with their life.

We ordered 2 caramel ice frappes with coffees and 1 caramel without coffee it was really bad and the coffee ones was disgusting normally when we get it it’s usually perfect but today was horrible it was just water in there. I am really disappointed in this we were at the drive thru and we are regular customers aswell I am very unhappy with our drinks today

Drink arrived spilled and ruined

ordered 2 blonde caramel caffe lattes got 2 cold brew coffes delivered to my house obviously some one is on the wind up its not like it was even a busy time of day

We got coffee on a Sunday morning so was not too busy, quite a chilled out atmosphere in this Starbucks.

What can you say about Starbucks? Great coffee and snacks my only gripe is that with the cost of living it's a little bit out of the range of your average person. I've got a coffee machine and it makes a great cup but nothing near Starbucks which is why it's now a monthly treat and not a daily or weekly treat. Still, love it!

Drive through coffee and brownie, cheerful service

Used to be fine for what it was, but just ordered a oat milk cappuccino, returned it as it was a cup of warm milk and was presented with another cup of warm milk. Last time I came coffee wasnt exactly fantastic either. Not what you expect from Starbucks so I won't go to this one again

This is a really great Starbucks. I often take my young daughter and the staff are fantastic with her, and always make us feel welcome.
