I can’t believe how good the customer service was at Starbucks today. I was served by Callum and Charles. Charles got my order perfect and Charles went out of his way to make my visit beyond amazing. Will 100% be back here again.

Both me and my partner have been vegetarians for over half a decade. We ordered 2 vegan burgers, some churros and some fries. The food was delivered and as there was no labels on the box we decided to start eating. Half way through eating my burger I could tell something wasn't right. The texture was off, and the taste was different. I asked my fiancé to check the order, which he did. The receipt was correct, his order was correct on the App we ordered through. I ate maybe half of my burger and my fiancé ate all of his and I started to feel really uncomfortable. I decided to inspect the boxes again, and in scribble biro there was the words "big one" and "AB". Upon looking at the website again, I had realised they had given us meat burgers instead. The fact that the rest of our order was correct was the reason we didn't think anything of it until I started to feel uncomfortable eating it. I proceeded to call the restaurant and a woman answered. She had tried to ring us a few times in all fairness, but this was 15 minutes after our order was delivered so in my opinion it was too late. Obviously I am very upset, we choose to be vegetarian for health reasons and whilst mistakes happen, the way the have handled the situation is what has made it worse. The woman said we had to come into the restaurant for a refund. I have woke up this morning and still not feeling very good in myself, I decided that I didn't want to take the 20 minute drive just to get my money back, so I called them back. The gentleman on the phone told us he could not process a refund any other way except in person, which I don't fully believe. He also asked us not to request the refund via uber eats which also put our back up. So we have reported it to uber eats and I wasn't going to leave a review, but after the phone call with the gentleman this morning, I decided was definitely needed. You need to do better. Either more sufficient labels, or just general care in order packaging is 100% required. If it was an allergy, or for religious reasons it would have a much dire consequence and needs to be taken seriously.
