Starbucks Coffee in Milton Keynes

Jess was amazing. She recommended me new things to try, was super friendly and served me with a smile. I even came back specifically to this Starbucks in the hope she’d serve me again. Thanks Jess!

Staff were friendly and coffee and food was lovely. Only bad thing is they don’t have a toilet which I feel all food places should in this day and age. Also agree with other reviews that it is very cold in there.

It's a Starbucks. I ordered a venti cappuccino with an extra shot. Wasn't too bad.

I've been here many times before, and service is always average, nothing to shout about. Today though the service was way below average, team were just chatting behide the tills, no acknowledgment, no sorry to keep you waiting whilst the queue is building up just a, who's next once they decied to serve. May aswell do click and collect as that way they don't have to speak to you and no need for any form of customer service.

This has to be one of the best Starbucks I have visited.

Predictable and reliable: not the best coffee on the market, and kind of pricey now, but dependable. Still a better cup of coffee than Costa

Very helpful man served me and carried the tray to my table as I use a walking stick.

The worst coffee in my life, it’s supposed to be caffe latte but it was just water and burn coffee

Only drinks...but it is what it is.. an expensive cafe...Fancy coffee and chocolate made from dried powder...with a splodge of cream on top...rip off really...But if idiots like me pay for it, we'll all credit.

Food and drink good but a bit pricey

staff are rude and entitled ; sorry that you have to do your job!!! makes for an overall horrible atmosphere

Asked if I wanted my Pain a Chocolat toasted, never been asked before, so said yes, was mmm yummy tasty. Washed down with a nice Cinnamon Latte 😋

The blonde guy with tattoos was rude, had no customer service skills what so ever, possibly the worst coffee I've ever had from Starbucks, the only good thing is still better than costa's best coffee, but that guy needs to be taught how to talk and interact with customers, other members of staff I interacted with were perfect. Just that one member of staff

It's Starbucks. I think it's the best commercial coffee place around.

Busy day, service was ok quite a wait for the drinks

The only problem with Starbucks is how busy they always are, there are so many different coffee shops in The Centre Milton Keynes and they're all busy, it just goes to show how many people actually shop here. They're normally very efficient at serving you and making an excellent drink of your choice, they also don't charge extra for those different milks that you can pick from now, I love the coconut one 😁 Do make sure you stand where you need to pick your drink up from, as you'll never hear them from too far away. I always buy my drinks from here, very nice.

First time I visited this Starbucks, I was very much underwhelmed! However, I didn’t want to be too harsh so I decided to give it another visit. My second visit only confirmed how I felt on the first: Poor customer service — very rushed service, not friendly, poor communication and very rigid - what you see is what you get and no other product recommendations (it would be great to get a sense of the different options available to drink as well as the sizes, especially if you’ve never had Starbucks before); The serving trays — where quite sticky and dirty, even the manager mentioned it to the barista — I was appalled and I asked for a clean tray as I wasn’t going to be served in dirty try. Tables — were dirty, bear in mind that I was there at 10:15am and there where only 5 people in the place.

We have a very unpleasant experience in this place the manager attitude was unprofessional and the staff is not qualified . The place is very dirty.

Too expensive for what it is. Cold drink range in the chilled cabinets is limited. The open plan design can get very cold during the winter months when you sit in.

Dined in today around 2pm, was really nice and relaxing atmosphere. It did get a little busy when I ordered but the staff worked very quick, and effectively, shout out for clearing that huge queue. I ordered a chai latte, extra scalding hot and they delivered it scalding hell fire hot. And I thought to try the caramelized macadamia oat latte, it's very nice and nutty, not to strong and not too sweet, just right. We managed to sit down and the tables were regularly cleaned and maintained.

Lovely, friendly staff, great drinks, however the shop is absolutely freezing. I always take out as I just cannot enjoy anything with it being so cold. I’ve even seen the staff wearing coats. So not the best place to go and relax with a coffee unfortunately.

Good drinks, younger girl was abit slow on till! The tall guy, i think his name is Cam or Sam??? Never saw his name badge. He had me and the staff laughing and the small Japanese Women is a good balance for these kids, Wisdom and age definitely beats this social media madness. Cant put my finger on the reason that Starbucks are just an average coffee shop, used to be one of the best . Has the coffee they use changed it doesn't have the aroma or taste it used to have?

Called in for a cup of tea and the only choices were what size and if I wanted milk. I suppose going into a coffee shop I shouldn't be surprised, but to be honest I was a bit. Cafe isn't large enough to sit many people unless you sit out in the precinct.

Everyone was friendly and they were approachable however I think food wise the image speaks for itself.

Good Barista, he kinda commented on my complicated drink but not in a mean way. More importantly he did it exactly as I would love to drink it (Short white mocha, single pump, extra hot with no cream) 🤓

Hi!!! I went today with my dad to order a starbucks and i was served by THE nicest barista ever, i believe they are in current training and they had brown/blondish hair! For a trainee he was doing a very good job and seemed well coordinated with really good customer service i.e asking if i wanted my drink in my new cup i had just picked up. Overall really good service and quick to get out!

Ordered the Iced Blonde Latte, won't be having it again as it wasn't very nice. I had to put 3 sugars in which still wasn't enough to make it taste better and I don't usually add sugar to drinks. My daughter had the same and agreed with me. The tables were not cleared quick enough, not sure if they were short staffed, but the staff were fairly busy but friendly.

Nice place , it was a very hot day and wanted to drink iced coffee, the screen showed Iced cappuccino I tried to order but one of the staff interrupted the cashier and said not available I know it is on the screen but machine not working hence I ordered ice latte for me and my wife and was ok .

Poor customer service (16/07/2022)

Even though I do come here on the odd occasion, sometimes I do see some tables not cleaned and sometimes the staff standing around chatting instead of doing their job and sometimes, their is not enough staff to and also too many younger staff and not enough mature staff.

Good for a trip on the way home from work, if a little dead...

My normal go to is Costa, but this was ok so enjoy

The lady has an attitude with everyone. Running around wiping things down and being aggressive with her co-workers as well. Just terrible.

Nice staff, however, not the greatest layout of the cafe seating area and could do with an extra member of staff taking care of cleaning. It can get pretty cold sitting here as its so open and close to the outside doors of the shopping centre. It does get very busy at times.
