This is my local Starbucks and go here for my morning coffee. Most recently there have been occasions where the manager that opens in the morning likes to open the store at 7 AM as opposed to the store hours of 06h30 AM onward. Also claims that he can’t make any beverages before 07h00 but then Online Pick up is open - seems strange.

I came to strabucks and I bought a drink and I told them to put it into 2 cups and they only gave me and I always get the same amount in one cup but she only gave me half

I came last week and today around 9.30am and apparently it's closed.

Why is this branch ALWAYS out of Chai tea? I usually get one every day in the cooler months and 5 out of 7 days they don’t have it (and apologise) but they lose a sale as there’s nothing else I want. Oh well, another customer gone.

I was very disappointed with this Starbucks. I went in at 13.00 and it was not busy at all. I ordered a soya chai latte and asked for it to be 'hot'. The lady who took my money did tell the barista to make it hot, but they were so busy talking between themselves that when my drink came, it was not even warm!! It was room temperature. I didn't go back as I had to get back to work, but I would not go back to this particular Starbucks again.

I ordered filter coffee with splash of cold milk , what I received is half a cup of black filter coffee No milk , the rest of coffee was spilled during transport

Just got a Starbucks in here today chocolate frap tasted just of milk and ice and a bitter taste couldn’t taste anything else, waste of money had to chuck it.

Disgusting! They always close earlier than they should. They should have closed at 7pm but all the staff are gone and it’s 6:30pm. I’ve gone into the shop to place an order, their tills weren’t working so they advised me to order through the Starbucks app and I can collect the order in a few minutes, which was fine. I placed the order, payment has gone through, and I went back into my car to wait for my order. After a few minutes I went back into the shop to see that it was closed. No staff were there, the lights are turned off. I made the payment and I don’t have an order.

Ordered coffee and the new summer pizza for delivery, the coffee is half empty with no ice inside, pizza is a panini. I have these all the time from other Starbucks stores so I know how they are supposed to look like. This is the first time ever I have a faulty Starbucks drink. Tried to call the store they say maybe the weather is hot so ice has melted, but if that’s true the cup should be more full rather than less full? In other words if the cup is half full AFTER ice melted then I can’t imagine how much drink was originally in there? A third of the cup? To be honest it looks like to me an old drink that has been done previously and been sitting in the store for some time.

The people that prepare the coffees are very impatient and rude to the clients. Today, I invited my mom for a coffee, when one of the ladies offered to my mum cream in her coffee my mother didn’t understand what she said and she just decided to put the cream on her coffee anyway and in a bad attitude. It is the second time that I go there and received this kind of bad attitude.

I always seem to complain but today I met of the most kindest nicest driver. He was so sincere. Checked the bag hadn’t leaked. Make sure I was happy with the order. He needs to be team leader. He could teach some of the drivers how to act. Please pass this to his manager. He really deserves it

You put a pork sausage sandwich in the bag. I didn’t order it. My husband is Muslim and is now going crazy that the coffee is contaminated. Thank you for spoiling Sunday morning

I requested a cream frapp so no coffee and got a coffee based one I am pregnant so cannot drink caffeine I also paid extra for vegan whip cream and it came with none not the best of services so I’m stuck with a drink that I can’t even drink now

I won't be going back in this Starbucks ever. Incompetent staff, got order COMPLETELY wrong and then wondered why I got annoyed when I challenged my order to say it tasted revolting. Mistakes are made for sure, but it was the way they responded to me as if I was crazy. They were wearing masks, fair enough, but I couldn't understand a word they were saying. But those two staff working at 4.30-5pm on 27/10/21 were really really rude. They did apologise and give me the refund, but it's the principle of how they initially responded and they should have checked with me my order if not sure, because there were words I never said that appeared in my order. Also there was no one in the cafe when I went in, so plenty of opportunity for them to have cleared tables and wiped them down, especially during these Covid times, instead, I had to do it myself before I could use it, which I don't mind doing, but I think it should be part of their job if they have the time to do it. Only gave one star because I had too.

I ordered two of the peach ice teas ( I order this very frequently at different locations). The teas I received were rancid, the one sip I took have left an awful taste in my mouth. The taste is something like fruit left in the fridge for too long it’s turned fizzy.

This is the second time I asked for a Chai tea latte and received a coffee latte … so annoying after waiting so long and the bacon roll was just taken out of the wrapper and placed in the brown bag . It was not toasted and bacon was cold. I had to fry the bacon and toast the roll myself. Totally unacceptable. I will not be ordering from here again!

Both venti drinks the lid was not put on properly, it arrived in a pool of coffee inside the guy delivery bag!

Constantly forget to add items to drinks that you have to pay for. If I pay for something I expect it to be added it’s really not THAT hard

Hi - I don’t like to complain as it wasn’t the drivers fault but every time I’ve ordered with just eat, the driver is sent to the wrong address and it means I have to guide them to my address. This order also had completely leaked underneath leaving me with 3/4 of my drink. Is there a way of making my address more clear for drivers?

Incorrect order. Gave us a bacon sandwich which cheese and sauce, instead of a sausage sandwich with no sauce. Couldn’t be eaten. Just Eat made it as difficult as possible to resolve and still not sorted - have to email with photo evidence to get a refund rather than food replacement. Obviously done in the hope people won’t bother for that much money. Croissant was great, coffees were great!

Both coffees were very watered down, and as we ordered venti and they were late we feel a lack of care was taken. If we had been in the shop and tried, we would have asked for new ones. A real shame when using this app for the first time.

My drinks were amazing. I've never had better, even when ordering in store at other locations. When they give you your sweetener/sugar, they'll give you the sachets, so you can make sure you add as much or little as you want! Honestly, I may never go into Starbucks again and just order from here exclusively!

Open again and taking orders, placed an order from the app and promptly picked up. ( Just some friendly feedback, I have using this and other star bucks branches for ages and somehow over where the caramel is always sedimented at the bottom rather than well mixed in the drink ).

Not much to not live about Starbucks, I guess only tribe would be that this is a very small store for such a populated area, there is not enough seating with out feeling like you ste sitting in someone's else's lap. ( on busy days anyway)

Rude "manbun" staffer at the tills who argued when I said I had been given the wrong order. I had to open my drink to show the barista who agreed it was the wrong order and re-made it for me whilst "manbun" rolled his eyes in the background. Not good service but one star for the barista who made my order correctly the second time

Very cute and cosy starbucks!! One of the best! its located at a corner and has many windows which makes it super bright, which is really good for me! I have to say that it doesn’t have many places to sit though...!!!

Weekday staff are fantastic, weekend staff are terrible. The quality of the coffee is so different. Avoid at the weekends, enjoy in the week.

Ok, so their coffee is ok. It could be cheaper for a cup of filter coffee but hey ho. It was warm, wet and needed.

I went in here this morning (Parsons Green branch) the "background music" was too loud, I ordered a "cookies and cream "grande, the young girl on the till could not understand me! I had to repeat my order twice as the music was really loud and her "English" was not very good, I also bought a " b-B Q " chicken sandwich, I got my sandwich, but was served a " Ice tea " I said "THIS is not what I ordered!" the girl did not understand me! her coworker had to "step in" and show her the drink I ordered! she still could not reply as she was not able to speak English! please train your staff! I will not be going in here again!

It says they close at 7pm I tried to buy a drink to take away at 18.52 to be precise and she refused. I shall be writing to head office. I know her name as im in there every day! How mean she should not be cashing up early and refusing customers entry!

Nice Starbucks, though quite small with some table seating and stools. Staff are very nice and efficient, and there’s a free to use restroom available. Ultimately a nice place to stop by if you catch it when it’s not too busy.

Filter coffee was lukewarm, and this branch is not as nice as the one nearby that Starbucks have recently closed in Wandsworth Bridge Road.
