Starbucks Coffee in Tewkesbury

Only twice this year. My regular stop when going to Wales, on the bike or in the car, this place is a must. Very welcoming, friendly and clean. Hogging the Bridge weekend.

Iced latte tasted like sewage water.

Well located close to the M5 with easy access & lots of parking.

Expensive! Almost a £ more than Costa. However, unlike Costa they do give a Blue Light Discount. Atmosphere is not one of a place that you'd want to sit for an hour and relax with a coffee. Staff are always very helpful and friendly though.

Coffee always tastes burnt and the staff are always miserable. If you want to wait almost 15 mins for an order, this is the place to go.

Great place to frequent nice toilets

Nice clean store just off the motorway, service was fast and friendly and everything was as you would expect from a big chain.

Staff on the day were fantastic.

No food ordered but if rating on coffee, was one of the better ones I've been too.

No cream for coffee. Coffee and cream is like fish and chips. You can just have the fish. Also cream has less sugar.

i was really disappointed with the staff one individual not gonna name names as i don’t know her name but she was very rude and miserable and didn’t want to serve me for what i wanted so i give this 0 stars

Ideally situated near the motorway. The staff are young and enthusiastic. The place is clean and parking easy. However, the food is often stale (hence the need for reheating?) and the coffee sometimes bitter (do the servers ever taste their coffee?) It is very much a drop by place with local sports teams, families and groups which is positive. Access through the petrol station.

Regular here recent refurb has transformed the interior Usual quality coffee and fruit toast breakfast

Nice atmosphere, friendly staff who were very welcoming and helpful. Clean and tidy with mess cleaned as soon as it was noticed by the staff. Wide selection of both beverages and food and all very good quality.

The cafe has just undergone a refresh and is now a lot brighter with new seating. Always clean and tidy. Lovely staff!

Instead of drive through . We decided to have a sit in for a change. The place was filthy. The team didnt seem to know what was going on . Pandemonium is the only word. You used to WOW me with service and speed and the whole set up. New drink not available. So I had a second choice. That was very poor. Delivered with no pzazz. Its only a coffee...but its the attitude. Having literally just returned from a year in NY ...you let my saturday morning down. Maybe its time for me to change .... Maybe its time for us to use independents. We spend about £200 a month on coffee... Sad times...

Standard Starbucks coffee, no queue when we arrived and very easy to find.

Desperate for a drink stopped of M5 . They don't take cash I'll use Costa, Cafe Nero but NEVER Starbucks again until that policy is reversed . Our choice how we pay you

Vile, dirty, there was 4 of them there and the toilets were covered in god knows what and no toilet paper.

Busy services type store, all drinks served in paper cups regardless of whether you're taking them to go. Service was quick and friendly.

Got served my a young handsome man, oh did he make me blush. I believe his name was Nigel warthog. His dashing smile gave me a feeling I will never forgor 10/10 service. P.S. dont sent me another of toes

I found a fiver here, so gave it 3 stars.

Only 2 people in .and 3 staff on yet every table was so dirty. Definitely needs someone to delegate jobs. Only the young man was polite and it was good to see he washed his hands after coming in after smoking. The toilet was SO SO DIRTY AND SMELLS.

Great little cafe took my 3 year old grandson they were so kind and helpful the ploughman's was fantastic lovley homemade coleslaw great service will definitely go back and would highl recommend going their

Textbook Starbucks. Friendly efficient staff. Everywhere was clean. If you like Starbucks you'll like this.

Friendly staff, clean, nice food and coffee, was able to sit for a hour or so and work with my laptop.

The Gents toilets stunk. The hand dryer didn't work. My friend wasn't too complementary about the Ladies either. The whole place could do with a refurbishment. Flaking paint, sad furniture.

Not to say too much but the staff member namely Emily demonstrated a poor level of customer service skills when I challenged her on the way she made my frappuccino. It was incredibly bland and lacked the essential flavours required to make it enjoyable. When challenged on this, she shrugged it off as if she didn’t care, may I add, being a person of coloured skin, maybe she thought I wasn’t befitting enough for her to articulate an acceptable level of customer services skills. None the less, I won’t be visiting again.. sadly.. just like my frappuccino, this Starbucks certainly lacks substance!

2 frappes made incorrectly no flavour just water, I have these drinks regularly when explained to the staff member met with “I’ve made them how I’m meant to make them.”

Ice coffee🥤 is the best what you need in the hot days

I mean if I'm honest I hate coffee, but met someone in the car park so I felt guilted into buying a hugely overpriced bottle of fruit juice But that said we all need to be nice hence the 5 stars

I try to avoid this company but was meeting someone there and he bought coffee. I was reminded why. The staff member seemed confused with a flat white. It was one of the worst I've ever seen, total lack of crema. It seemed he just poured some warm milk in that was left on the side. The most putrid coffee I've had in years. Christ Starbucks at least offer your staff training it's not their fault they have no idea.

Excellent selection of coffee and snacks to accompany. Parking on site but can be limited at peak times.

Disappointing due to the fact that I was not allowed to pay with a £50 note. As far as I concern it is legal tender and should be accepted.

Felt as though I had hassled the guy who served me. In fairness I think somebody else should have been helping him and perhaps wasn't. Did not feel welcomed or a valued customer. Also waited a good while for my drink. Not at all impressed

Staff could have stopped chatting and kept tables cleared. Lots of mess on floor at tables. Lemon muffins was not moist like the one I had there the day before

Ordered a dirty chai latte 😋 the girl behind the counter was fantastic know exactly what I meant. She explained and helped the other staff to make it along with another off the menu order the lady behind me made. All the staff behind the counter were friendly and super cheerful

Terrible experience. Very slow service and incredibly poor coffee. Did you forget to put the coffee in there?! May have been a one off.

Great service, always busy but worth the wait. If anyone's not tried it, try a Caramel Machiato. Wicked drink.

More interested in talking amongst themselves. Took my name down incorrectly so my coffee just sat there with no apology. Tables were dirty and the place felt unloved.

The coffee machines were not working when I visited so there was only filter coffee available so probably not fair to judge.

Good coffee. Tables inside and outside. Car park. Handy for BP Petrol. Just off M5. North or South.

Great service and the Vegan breakfast bap is fantastic.

I usually get to these guys around 6:30pm - 7pm to do kids pickup and they're never open which is a shame.

flat white i tried very nice. i can now see why people buy this type of coffee and pay good money the best at home is made with milk but it does not have the rustic smell or taste

Brilliant holiday park! Literally 150 meters from the beach. Has everything you need. Clean static caravans, equipped little spa shop, pizza and fish and chips nights, perfect little local walks, walking distance from lovely pub and ice cream parlour! 100% will be revisiting.

Not much to say apart from 4 separate visits in a week and ordered the same product every time from 4 separate staff members. Different results every time with no consistency. Caramel frappuccino was ordered, it was nice but only one managed to match the picture in it's presentation. Nothing special it's just another pricey Starbucks chain.

Problem with seating and covid rules, also prople using seating areas to work on laptops and buying one drink and staying for long periods, it needs manageing better

Impressed with this Starbucks. Despite my drinks request being bespoke the barista was polite and made the order perfectly. Plan to return in the future. 👍🏻

Don't get me wrong, pleasant staff members, but they got 2 of my 4 drinks wrong. I asked for two soya white mochas, which includes coffee, to be given warm milk and some White Mocha flavouring only. Ordinarily this is easily fixed by going back in but we were on a 5hr journey and had hopped back on the motorway with miles between us and the next junction. Good clean site but my experience was let down. Best message I can give others is to check your drink before you leave. 👍
