Costa Coffee in Tewkesbury

As im a regular at costa also have 2 family members work for them also. I found the experience I recived today at this branch terrible. I asked for my drinks to be extra hot and the look I got of the woman doing the drinks. She replied with it will burn you and the face well a smile would be great with a service. Not only that do they not clean the food cabinet as it has thick dust on. Not very hygienic I must say.

What a hero Luke is!! He is working alone all day and moving so fast he will meet himself coming back!! It's a busy cafe and he is taking the orders, making the coffee , heating the toasted sandwiches taking the money and being very pleasant!! He is like a machine going as fast as is humanly possible. He had not had a break at 2.00 but he was very tired by then. Her is a lovely young man who is working so hard with no support. Well done Luke you are very much appreciated for the super service that you gave us today. Thank you.

This is the slowest Costa I have ever been in, it’s not even busy, there were 4 coffees before mine and I was waiting 20 minuets

Great it was nice and clean I just had to ask for the lady to clean it up and she cleaned the mess up.

The girls in Costa are amazing. They are so funny and so kind to everyone that goes into the shop. I've been to a few Costas and the Cleeve shop is definitely the best and friendliest by far.

Lovely little local costa. Perfect after getting shopping in Tesco or even just for a refreshing drink. All the staff are lovely! One lady in particular who works here is a ray of sunshine. Her singing and positive attitude made my day. Unfortunately, I didn't catch her name but I hope this gets back to her somehow.

Too many "uncleared" tables. Had to move crockery, trays etc.

Called ystrdy and today with my 2 granddaughters. Taz served us ystrdy and then today remembered what we like and how we like it. So friendly. She is an asset to Costa

Went into Costa Bishops Cleese ( Tesco) today Monday 16th August at 15:50 selected a toasted sandwich the assistant behind the counter was quite rude and said we are closed can’t you see the lights are off look pointing to behind at coffee machines it’s all shut. Why is it advertised on the web site open till 17:00hrs? What has happend to polite customer service😳

Simply asked the question ‘are you open’ 15 minutes ago and got a response that was so rude and abrupt when a coffee at 7:55am isn’t an unreasonable request tbh, I’m a firm believer that If one is unhappy with ones life and job then one should make changes and not project ones problems onto potential paying customers who may I add will never visit costa there again ever! Why on earth do scummy people get jobs in customer service when their customer service skills are abysmal

Love it here, however when it is busy it can be chaotic.

Drove to this Costa to pick up a morning coffee and opening hours said it opened at 11, got here to be told they were closed with no explanation as to why... what a waisted trip

The Team and this location are awesome. It feels like you are in a single branch, family run coffee shop, rather than a large chain. Well done guys 👏👏👏👏

Good place for a nice roll and hot chocolate, can be very busy depending on the day and time your there.

Costa does the best mint choc chip smoothies for the summer, I try and go in to costa at least once a week for one, in the winter o have a hot chocolate and my daughter has a cappuccino

Best service in area and a beautiful shop with great staff and customers

Not a bad little Costa place located in the Tesco supermarket. In a way quite ingenious as you can start or finish your shopping with a nice cup of coffee. The place itself is small but seems sufficiently large enough for the people there. Food is as you would expect from a Costa and the drinks are good too.

Cozy starter to your dayly shopping

Costa is within Tescos. It's much like any other Costa. Nice to have a coffee before or after a shop.
