Always have a very warm welcome when visiting this pub. Enjoy the company of the locals and yhe landlady. Though if you do visit they don't serve food. Always a good pint though and and good beer garden.

Me and partner came to this pub for a drink my partner went to the tolliet the pub landlady made a comment of of go and use the tolliet then,I asked if they did food no only drinks was made to feel very uncomfortable and we left.

Staying for one night just had steak meal cost £30!!!! Weather spoons do a steak meal half the price and get alot more on the plate ie. Mushroom onion rings tomato all I got was steak and chips and watercress not impressed

The staff are really friendly and the atmosphere matches. It’s the perfect place if you were going with a larger group as they have lots of space. They also have options for the standard menu if you didn’t want a roast so plenty of options for everyone. Great place!
