Starbucks Coffee in Leeds

no milk in the coffee and toastie wasn't very warm and stuck to the bottom of the box, maybe wrap warm food to insulate and prevent sticking. otherwise I enjoyed it

So delicious and yummy and perfect.

Worst experience, never coming back🙂‍↕️ doesn’t even bother to properly train their new workers before allowing them to handle orders. I tripled checked checked my order with the new worker, even taking a picture of the drink on the board to show them, didn’t even bother to look at my screen and made the wrong drink, no apologies either. The old worker also just went to the back and left the new worker stood there trying to figure out how to make the drink. Measurements of the drink were probably made wrong as it didn’t even taste like how it should

Glorious service from a lovely young woman named Esther. Would return purely for her lovely smile. And that scouse accent is just irresistable!

I was served by the lovely Esther today on my daily Starbucks visit. I’ve never had such a nice mint choc chip Frappuccino. Will be coming back for so much more if that lovely lady is there.

I am not usually a fan of Starbucks but the service made my day! ESTHER LI, the most attentive server, truly made this experience memorable. Thank you to this kind glowy girl for giving such a wonderful recommendation for the dragon fruit drink! Tom, I believe, assisted in this phenomenal experience. Amazing experience whenever I visit this statbucks store!! The employees are always so kind and clearly happy to be working in such a joyous and pleasant environment, especially one girl who's name I believe is esther! the drinks she makes are 10/10 and she's so welcoming!!

Incorrect item and spilled everywhere. Very disappointed.

I recently had two very bad buying experiences, both with the same employee. I don't know why, but the service was very bad. The first time my friend and I bought two drinks, there was a lot of liquid left on the LIDS that she didn't wipe off, and I ordered a hazelnut latte with no hazelnut syrup, which was ridiculous. The next time I met her, I ordered an iced latte, was very dismissive of my service, and then threw the straw to me after making it. This makes me feel very uncomfortable. This Asian Hong Kong woman is a friend of my friend, so I didn't want to say anything about it, but once again the bad attitude was the last straw. Her name is Esther, and if you see her working in the shop, I suggest you move to another coffee shop.

This Starbucks is the real deal, no doubt about it. I've only been coming here for a couple of months, but they never miss a beat. The manager is an absolute coffee wizard, each cup they make themselves is perfection, coming out tasting amazing every single time. You can tell they've got their ducks in a row too. The place always looks spick and span, and the vibe is super chill and welcoming. As someone who's managed places in the restaurant biz for over a decade, I can appreciate just how much effort goes into running a tight ship like this.

It was only a drink of hot chocolate which, I had but to be honest I like Costa hot chocolate better.

I ordered too good to go at this shop, collecting time is 5:40-6, I arrived at 5.59 but they already closed the door, and the staff disappeared, I kept knocking the door the staff came but ignored me and refused to open the door… my worst experience in England. Gonna report it to the upper service 👎👎👎

Very big, echoey, and a bit soulless. Faux 'industrial' ambience with bright bare bulbs between patches of gloom. Seating is all hard and uncomfortable. Not cosy or inviting at all, but I suppose that's what prople seem to like nowadays. Set over two levels (the main floor and a mezzanine), and as always seems to to the case, all the low seating is upstairs. The ground floor seems to be mostly bar stools and a few wooden chairs with low tables (perfect for bruised shins and spilled drinks when sitting down!) The server mixed up my order (brought out mint tea instead of an ordinary tea) although this was quickly rectified. Possibly due to language barrier. I'm not a coffee drinker so can't comment on that side of things, but this location is *really* not my thing and reminded me why I rarely visit the overpriced chain coffee shops that are increasingly replacing pubs, cafes etc. I guess I'm just too old and uncool for places like this!

Staff is lovely and patient. Great with folks who have anxiety or difficulty ordering under pressure.

Ordered coffee in my frappe, received my order with the frappe having no coffee in

Went in this morning at 8.20. Staff seems tired. Also I told the lady I am eating in. She gave me my croissant In a bag. Waited another 5 minutes for my coffee, the gentleman gave me my croissant no serviette no receipt no tray what so every. Poor service. Then I still had to ask for a plate she gave me the plate not even a tray. Won’t go back there

We were there to collect a TooGoodToGo order, however the blonde lady stated she cancelled the order 2 hours ago and something wrong with the app and not sure that she can give us something. Later, she gave us a couple of pastries and a ham and cheese sandwich which we said we can't eat because we don't eat ham. She said we can throw out somewhere😡. Isn't the aim of this app not to do food waste?! Then she said she can't cancel our order because we have already took it. Disgusting behaviour, never come back.

Coffee spilt everywhere and ruined all items. Had to throw whole order straight in bin. Sent just eat a photo of the spoiled order and I was told I wasn’t eligible for a refund. Terrible.

I am extremely disappointed. I ordered 2 drinks, and one of them had completely leaked out except for the ice. I would appreciate a refund or something as I am not going to pay for 2 drinks even though I only received 1. Thank you

No straws arrived to drink the drink

Sometimes they get my order wrong I’ll order a match green tea and sometimes get it with ice or hot. Hot drinks arrived cold this time so wonder if it was stood there for a while. Still tastes good though

Amazing job to the Starbucks team today. Was a busy Friday shift with a line going outside the door. There were only two employees and they handled it like a star. They were efficient, professional and were really really nice. Unfortunately, some very rude customers had been very impatient and were getting aggressive but the employees handled this very well. A really good job especially to their employee, Mona, who handled each order with the utmost professionalism and always seemed to have a smile despite the busy day. Good job Starbucks Merrion Centre

Been to one Starbucks been to all really. Stopped off for coffee and to buy beans. Been trying to buy decaf coffee beans, very hard to get hold of them, but they did have them in. Yay!!! Staff friendly as ever.

The best in the town, good for students with nice quite and well designed seating area.

Too Good To Go - Unable to collect as store closed early. Required to contact Customer Service to obtain refund. Wouldn't recommend if you'd like to receive what had been paid for. Shameful.

They don‘t even understand the word blended this means they don’t even know the rules to order a cup of coffee and they make the price of so coffee more expensive than other shops even if we mentioned it the still insist to give us a higher price

They do, do a good cup of tea, if they use the right tea bags, some Starbucks don't always and skimp.

The staff here can be rather moody apart from Mags. She is amazing - the 5* is for her. Her service is always 10/10, very attentive and lovely, she always make my drinks fabulously , great to see a friendly face. Keep it up Mags :) !!

Didn’t bother heating my all day breakfast wrap when I got an Uber eats.

The automatic map for my address is wrong, so I always provide good instructions on how to find the property. Drivers consistently ignore my instructions. In this case, the driver (cyclist?) spent 10 minutes searching the area around the automatic map pin but actually did then check my instructions. The drink was mostly spilled, but the food was as expected.

Wonderful as always, Food was piping hot, my drink was packaged perfectly and delivery was right on time.

I'm autistic and struggle with talking, and I went in to get a drink and had my order written down, and they were absolutely lovely, made sure everything was quiet and helped me find something I liked when they didn't have my initial order in stock! I've had some awful encounters in coffee shops before, but they were lovely, it really made my day :)

Nice & spacious place. Handy & local to work. More seating than other places & has more sockets for those that need ro charge phone or connect for laptops.

Really good delivery service. Drinks arrived well packages and secure. I ordered a caramel iced macchiato with extra caramel sauce, however there wasn’t much caramel at all considering I payed extra for it. Other than that everything 👍🏽.

I do not regularly frequent Starbucks however on this occasion it was clean and very well set out. I was welcomed by a lovely man named penguin? He was very polite and made my experience a positive one, this man is a credit to this branch of starbucks and I wish him the best 👍👍

Quiet, lots of space to work and friendly staff.

Unfortunately the order I received was wrong. I ordered a hot drink but a frappuccino was delivered instead. I call Starbucks and they apologised and just eat will refund me but it is disappointing to not receive what I had ordered

Visited here after been to Local Government Offices, so in a good location for footfall from people around. Very friendly staff, helpful, complying to how you like your drinks. Shortbread cake with chocolate and toffee filling was great. Would recommend here for a quick coffee break or meeting with friends or family. Felt welcome whilst having my drink and cake.

Brand new place big spacious and nice I recommend taking your friend here when going out to enjoy a coffee . This is the nicest Starbucks in Leeds that I've seen now , there are others not too far from.there in city center but they all are nice this is all about the space inside.
