Starbucks Acle in Broadland

Went this afternoon. They messed up our food order even though it wasn't busy. I collected my coffee, sat down and started drinking it and then they came over and took it away. They said they had accidentally given me my drink in another customers reusable cup. They then bought me a replacement drink a few minutes later which was not what I had ordered.

I really love a good Starbucks and this one is very good. My personal order is 1. Caramel frape without cream 2. Millionaire shortbread Also the staff are very friendly. Actually I prefer Starbucks to Costa.

Always easy to order here!! My favourite Starbucks out of everyone by far, lovely two ladies working today , brunette and coloured pink or red hair. Always friendly, always correct order and taste the best!!

We stopped off here for refreshments and the young woman that served us was so very kind and helpful. I wish we'd got her name as she really was a credit to the company. I wanted a pistachio iced coffee and they had run out. She offered an alternative and added that if I didn't like it then she would swap it for me. Lovely clean facilities and a delicious iced coffee served with a delightful manner. Thank you 😊

As Starbucks goes not so good here , arrived and got stuck as delivery turned up and hemmed us in , told to wait as driver needed wait time, so a 15 minute stop turned into an 1.30 so not good at all , won't stop using Starbucks but won't be coming back here, staff need to smile more and please to god sort the smell out in the toilets, this is not Starbucks standard

Don't allow dogs, coffee as normal bland taste.

We visited the Starbucks in Acle nr Gt Yarmouth. It was filthy! The worst Chai Latte I've ever had, it was like tea!! We were told to take our dog out as dogs are not welcome and it says so on the door. No sign on either doors about dogs! Very disappointed as Starbucks have always allowed us to bring our dog in and I've always experienced a cleanliness at various Starbucks until this visit!

Quite simply, the worst tea I have had the displeasure to consume. Might have been good if there wasn't three gallons of milk in it. I didn't complain this time but should have as the cost was £3.05. Why £3.05? Why not £2.95 to make it a little more palatable. I mean, it's a tea bag and 300ml of water.

A bit on the expensive side but clean and staff pleasent

The caramel latte was lovely and thick and creamy. A tad tastier than Costa. Would of got a five star if the server wasn't on the phone while serving. We are all busy but go out the back and sort out what you have to do on the phone even if it is to do with work. Sorry just my opinion.

come here every Sunday or for private meetings with others. Clean and tidy car work spotless. Toilets very clean staff always polite and friendly highly recooment.. Pretty ces of food are quite steep

Five of us, including 3 year old grandson, drinks were extra hot just as we asked for. Mitchell was so welcoming and so good with my grandson who had the fidgets! A real asset to your Store, thank you Mitchell.

Myself and another client waited in line for a very very long time to get coffee before work, while the Starbucks staff served their super friendly ex-employee. We both decided at the same time to leave and get coffee at BP, where it took just minutes.

Got served by Mitchell very professional and friendly. Gave my dog a "pup cup" never been offered one before! He was intent on providing good customer service and is a credit to you. The shop was clean and tidy and welcome x

Rude staff. Went there 20 months before closing. Asked for cream on my toffee latte like I usually do, the response I got was, "not at this time of day". Extremely rude and looked fed up. Paying for a premium coffee you atleast expect a premium service, worst experience I've had at a Starbucks!

Not dog friendly like most Starbucks 😕 we stayed at the Travelodge which is dog friendly so tried to pop in for breakfast.

Quick and easy rest stop, car parking is shared with the travel lodge so not always easy to get parking. We had hot chocolate yummy, warm and refreshing, first time I tried the cheese and ham toastie wasn’t for me, personally I think it lacked flavour but was ok for a mid-day snack (wouldn’t buy again)

Servers are always friendly and helpful.

Sadly the chap who is there is over run and the tables take ages to be cleared. Not value for money but the management are to blame

The branch at Acle had a problem with the toilet dispensers which I had to report. They were not letting any paper out as the rolls did not turn. The onsite manager had to take a roll out and place it outside. I understand that the dispensers are new. They are a bad design and detracted from the usual Starbucks experience.

Clean, quiet pitstop. Just what was needed.

This place has potential, if it actually had any stock..! every time I’ve been here they have ran out of everything including milk..! No oat milk, no cold brew, no new drinks available. Ordered an iced latte but got a hot one, probably because they had hot milk sitting on the side and they couldn’t be bothered to make a cold version! I was the only one in there 🤨. £8 for a small coffee and tiny slice of cake that was shoved in a paper bag so the icing went everywhere. I enjoy Starbucks, but this location needs to improve.

Very poor customer service, had to walk out after waiting to be served! No smiles, acknowledgment or friendly faces! I would be sacked if I treated my customers at work like this!

Really poor customer service. Completely ignored so after 10 to 15 minutes of waiting to be served we left. Another customer behind us also left so that was two customers lost. We wouldn’t have minded if the shop assistant had asked us to wait for a bit but nothing.

This store does not open at 6:30 and when we asked the store assistant if it was opening she responded petulantly and still refused to open.

Supposed to be open at 7-30 but didn’t open until 8.40. Lost of people left outside many walking away after a long wait. Asked member of staff when open and was told Ido not know.

Did a pit stop for a coffee break with the family, and the atmosphere was like a funeral. The 2 staff members didn't show any pleasure to be there, service very slow. Did ask for 2 ice coffee( one of them been one shot, but on the end, both did come with a double shot of coffee) Did ask also for 3 espressos, and one of them did come with hair inside of the cup. Overall, it will be one of my last places to stop on my next trip

Has to be the worst Company who RIPS OFF AND MUGS customers. Not comparable to any other chain their prices are EXTORTIONATE for little to no food, coffee and all other drinks. The public should think with there feet and avoid this chain until something is done, ie close it down for their excessive GREED. They are not even comfortable to sit in!

Very helpful staff and good location. Was also able to complete some work here with reliable WiFi. Sometimes they are often out of stock on a few items.

Staff are friendly, that's the only positive. They are always out of stock! We've been multiple times and they never have what we want. No chai lattes, no coconut milk, no lids to their hot drink cups, none of the special drinks as the new waffle cone ones were due out the following week so had no stock. We had one trip recently where we tried around 5 drinks and the server kept apologising saying they weren't available (again the week before the waffle cone frappachino launch) Really disappointing as we make a diversion to go past the cafe and never have what we want.

Just like any other Starbucks except the queue was quite long, but its next door to a garage, so its probably always busy.... Same quality of service....good!

I’m gutted to say today was the worst customer service I’ve experienced in Starbucks (by Debs), I was spoken down to and was made to feel like a nuisance in front of other customers. I always come to this Starbucks as it’s on my way to work, but after today I don’t think I’ll be returning and if I do I hope to have a more welcoming/friendly service. A coffee for me really makes my day, it’s my little treat which I look forward to, but after todays service I’ve left feeling disappointed. Debs didn’t seem welcoming from the get go when asking what would I like, but then I accidentally scanned my points card twice too quickly which she then huffed and looked at me and said “ohh now I have to start again”. There was no communication towards me, clearly because she was p***sed off with me. She called her colleague over saying “the system has tripled the points because SHE scanned her points to quickly”. She served me on another till but when gave me my order still no communication, no thank you, no apology, no nothing. So rude! I’m so gutted from the experience I just had.

Good Morning coffee at a reasonable price.

Staff are polite. Seating and table area are disgustingly dirty. Such a shame, it wouldn’t take much effort to do a deep clean once in a while!

Went in today about 11 o clock am, Firstly the toilet really smells of wee, That's just a lack of proper cleaning, I sat in the window on the Tub chairs. The Chairs were dirty and had crumb's and hair on them. The floor had crumbs and bits and pieces / dust everywhere you looked. The whole place gave off the appearance that it really needs a good deep clean. The staff were friendly but while one was serving the couple in front of me two were just standing idle chatting and only sprung into serving mode when a few more people walked in then went to serve them and not me even though they had seen me come in then stand a wait to be served. Coffee at £4 for a medium cup. Although it was better than average i can get a bacon roll and a coffee next door in the Marks and Spencer garage for £3.50 and i would say its just as nice if not better. This is my first time in here and i doubt i will return even though i pass it often and use the garage next door regularly. Its a shame becouse its very local and i like the coffee but for me its over priced and a bit grubby.

Breakfast wasn't too bad but overall place was grubby. Chairs were stained, floors needed sweeping and toilets were less than clean even the hand dryers weren't working. Not the nicest place to start the day

Since I left here I have always popped in every so often and it's so lovely to see that that staff are still so customer focused, not just with me but with others too!

Used to work here and quite surprised to see it gone quite downhill. Staff didn't look like they wanted to engage with each other let alone the customers. One coffee machine was out of use, the dishwasher was broken, there were cups everywhere despite it not being busy and 3 of them on shift. No atmosphere at all.

Nothing wrong with the coffee it's more the actual surroundings. The surroundings are shockingly dirty the cloth chairs are filthy giant hair balls on the floor , nearly every light had cobwebs handing from them and seen one staff member clean the tables off with her hand onto a plate but not sanitised the table afterwards highly doubt I'll go back

Usual good standard of Starbucks coffee. Breakfast roll was great. Clean and tidy at 7:30 in the morning. Friendly staff.

Absolutely terrible service. It took 45mins in total to get served. Only 2 members of staff and they definitely weren't rushing!! Orders were being done in completely wrong order. My hot chocolate was only 2 thirds full and wasn't even hot.

This has to be the dirtiest coffee establishment I have ever been in. Majority of tables needing clearing, we managed to find one that didn't but table still in need of a good wipe down, as do others, chairs stained and dirty and preparation sides behind the counter covered in spillages and mess, wouldn't use again.

Normal quick stop bog standard coffee shop. Fine for travellers and workmen.

Impossibly long queues, slow service, and burnt coffee. May have been the day I visited (Sunday morning) but it took me nearly 20 minutes to get a take away drink

Love starbucks but a touch grubby

REALLLLLLLY Went in ordered a sit in coffee and till showed a takeout charge that I queried. Oh the dishwasher is broken so we have to charge you for the paper cups sooo in essence because your machine is broken I pay extra for that. Judging by the floor and tables the brush and cleaning cloths must also be broken

Liked it but seats could do with refurb.

the coffee was great, however the floor ad tables looked like they hadn't been cleaned all weekend.And as for the toilets let's just say very smelly. I expect better from this chain .very pleasant staff, just needs a clean.

My partner just ordered a Cold Brew Coffee for me and was told that Cold Brew isn’t coffee? Very confused. Not sure if the person serving her knew what she was doing as I always have it from this location. Ended up with being offered a cold americano instead as there recommendation

Very friendly and polite staff, my cappuccino was perfect.

Not a good service. Boy ? With pink hair and sparkly hairband was rude and unwelcoming.

Starbucks - good coffee and local to me so use this place a lot however - they need to employ more staff so the tables get cleared ! The floors are dirty and the fabric chairs stained.

On this visit the coffee was good but they still don't clean the tables frequently enough to become the best Starbucks in Norfolk. Which they we're too busy talking about rather than cleaning the tables 😜

The restaurant is absolutely filthy. Dirty soiled fabric on the seating. Dirty tables even though it wasn’t busy and the gents was absolutely disgusting and can’t have had a proper clean for weeks. At £7:80 for two lates I expect better standards. Will not be going in there again.

Decent coffee but could do with a good clean. All of the fabric seats are stained and despite it not being very busy, the floor was dirty and there were empty cups on several tables.
