Costa Coffee in Broadland

Not the best Costa I've been to. Bit of a wait for the order but otherwise OK. Good choice of snacks available.

The best costa in norwich, all the staff are friendly, clean store and great atmosphere.

Great service, helpful and friendly staff and as usual great drinks. Restaurant clean and tidy. Good amount of free parking with a 3 hour restriction.

Great spot to grab a quick drink on lunch on when travelling nearby. They have a selection of savoury foods and sweets/cakes if you want something extra with your drink. If you go in between 12 and 1:30 it will be busy as the local business parks spill out into so be prepared for a wait and a fight for a seat. The staff are all friendly and I've never had a bad experience while there.

Tired outlet with staff keen to make best of it. Seating needs overhauling and as usual prices are expensive.

Popped in while I was waiting to go somewhere else. There was a constant stream of customers but it wasn't too busy. There were plenty of seats available and I sat at a table for 3 with nice comfy seats. The atmosphere was quite and relaxed. There wasn't a queue to get served. The girl serving me was nice and helpful. I had porridge with a little jar of honey and a cup of tea. It came to £5.55 which I thought was quite a lot. The tea was OK, enough in the pot for 2 cups, but the porridge was a bit thick and stodgy, even after I added the honey and the left over milk.

Always pop in with the kids for a Costa! ☕ Nice atmosphere.

The car park is ridiculous so small make it bigger

Leaving a poor review so hopefully this place sorts itself out. Costa points card is always asked for but never allowed to redeem free drink, been link this for weeks now. Sort it out

Busy, efficient with a nice vibe. Tends to be busier on weekends. Have had a few mid-week visits where service is much quicker. There has been a noticeable increase in staff who all appear enthused and efficient.

Popular as a place both for business meetings and friends getting together.

Kieran Partridge is the highlight of the store. Phenomenal barista with excellent jokes. He's the goat.

Use this costa most evenings when leaving work. Sick and tired of them never getting a flat white correct! Most times is given to me barely warm that I have to get out of the car to walk back into store and complain. To then be given a new one back which is then extra hot to take the p**s! Staffs attitude at times has been pretty disgusting when I’ve had to take it back in too. Staff need more training on how to make a coffee to correct temps etc rather than have attitude and use poor excuses then stand looking at you like you’ve done something wrong! It’s not like the coffee is a cheap £1 instant coffee so don’t expect this with costa!

Very poor experience today, despite there being almost no customers inside and zero drive through customers and a healthy quota of staff service was very very slow (waiting at an empty till), availability of food was poor and the order presented incomplete. Fortunately we discovered the missing items before leaving the carpark. Poor effort today Costa.

They had a electricity issue so we're not serving

An ideal place for leisure or business, the staff were friendly and didn't complain when we said no chocolate on the coffee, he had added without asking. The cakes are good too

Normally really good. Today the girl behind the counter was coughing every 2 mins into her hands and then touching food and making drinks, put me right off especially with Covid around. I would suggest not having someone on front of house speaking germs. I decided to leave my order today and go somewhere else.

Kieran on the drive through is hands down the most friendly and up beat staff member we've been served by at this costa. We frequent it regularly and were so pleasantly surprised at how great his service was!

Good quick service with pleasant staff

The cloth they were using to wipe the steam wand was disgusting. They had multiple members of staff wandering around, rather than helping serve the queue. The barista complained about making my drink. Food/drink was up to standard, waiting time wasn't too bad & place was generally quite clean.

This outlet also stocks M&S food, so the quality is better than standard Costa offerings for the most part. Service was quick considering how busy it was and everything was clean, tidy and well stocked. I just wish the drinks range was better, especially seasonal ones for autumn.

Avg Costa, service bit slow, porridge couple of steps down from any supermarket brands. Only reason to return is their drive through

New comfortable Costa on business park close to Premier Inn. Plenty of space very expensive compared to Manchester prices.

Ordered a Mango frappe. They very often have run out of the correct cups, and you end up with a coffee takeaway container. With a straw that isn't big enough for the Mango balls.

Ok place for a coffee break apart from slow service and having to get a clean cup as the one I received was dirty

A very busy morning in with alot going on and as one of the stuff was sorting something else out, there was only a lady called hannah, she was working as hard as you could under alot of pressure but still had a huge smile and was chatty and helpful. Will definitely come back.

I visited here on a weekday morning for a Coffee Frappe on the way to work. I have been before. There is a large car park. I didn't have any problems getting a space as I was there about 7am. The staff were talking amongst themselves when I stood at the ordering point and carried on their conversation without acknowledging me at all until they had finished their chat (non work related). I ordered my drink and paid. The girl who served me wasn't particularly friendly and said the bare minimum to me. My drink wasn't great. I love the coffee frappes (without the calorie laden cream / toppings) and it's my go-to drink on a hot day. But the one I got from here was rubbish. It normally comes thick and cold. The best way I can describe it is like an icy coffee flavoured milkshake with a texture almost identical to the ice-cream milkshakes from McDonald's. But this one was like they'd missed putting the ice in at all! It was a thin, lukewarm milkshake that tasted like they'd just put an espresso and some milk in a blended and frothed it up, missing the ice completely. I would return here. But only because it is the only one for miles around that opens early enough for people who start work early to go to. The others all open too late! It wouldn't be my Costa Coffee of choice.

Small branch, lots of seating indoors and outside. Very busy due to drive-through customers being served first. Not great when you on have 30 mins lunch break. Ice tea was delicious, would return to try other flavours.

It's an ok café for a cuppa. You may not get a very speedy service however there are bench seats and tables outside with a sun canopy.

At last, I've found a Costa drink I like! Choc oat velvet iced drink. Amazing. Your staff at the broadband business park drive thru need some work. I need lactose free. I didn't get confidence from them that the drink was as requested. Took lactaid in case.

Ordered a mocha after the bubbles were removed the drink started almost half way. Didn’t have the time to return. I wouldn’t mind my other half at some point

Nice coffee, but painfully slow service. We came in for a spit of lunch, but two hot chocolates, and a gingerbread coffee with three sausage sandwiches later I thought I was in for my supper 🤣 would have got more stars but also charged a pupachino as a full price drink!

Absolutely disgusting flies over all the cakes food left on tables covered in flies should be shut down and pest control brought in staff was not bothered they should not be allowed to sell them like that and people was buying them disgusting

Friendly, helpful staff, knowledgeable, clean and tidy, a large selection of drinks and food, drive through, plenty of parking, easy to fined.

Good Costa and handy with the drive through. Car park is too small so sitting in is a bit hit and miss. Drive through can be long, Sunday mid morning we waited around 20 mins to get through. Food and drink is usual Costa and generally well prepared.

To the Manager at Costa Broadland Business Park - give your team a raise or a bonus, they have been working their socks off today, short-staffed but still made it work, and they were all super-efficient, friendly and calm

I Will never buy costa again after being a regular customer I met a friend to give a birthday card and was in the carpark which was empty for all of 9 minutes to receive a £100 fine for being a non-patron. Disgusting after being a regular loyal customer this was the only time I didn’t purchase a drink. Avoid at all costs!!!!
