Visitamos esta cafetería un domingo por la noche. Al llegar, muchas mesas estaban sucias por clientes anteriores, así que limpiamos una para nosotros. Pedimos dos cafés descafeinados y un refrigerio. Los cafés estaban tan débiles que no podías probar el café. Por accidente o diseño, no habían puesto la cantidad requerida de café en la máquina. La persona que preparaba los cafés se tomó una gran cantidad de tiempo para hacerlos y no parecía confiar en saber lo que estaban haciendo. Primero comenzaron a hacerlos con café normal y tuve que recordarles que pedimos descafeinado. Luego tuvieron otra oportunidad. Después de haber esperado a que el café se enfriara un poco antes de probarlo, no tuvimos tiempo de quejarnos y esperar a que se hiciera otro. Nunca volveremos.

I went in asked for "DESI MIXED GRILL" took home but impossible to eat as there were for too much chillies. Waist of £18.99. I will NEVER use this place again. Might as weel go next door in Turkish .

High StreetCame to Marks and Spencer for coffee, asked for our tea and tea cakes! They did not have any tea cakes, this happens frequently when going to their cafes. All they say is it’s not available on that day, but it happens frequently!!! I’ve complained for years about this, not having goats or soya milk in the cafe!! They sell it in the shop, so they do have it!!! When toast came it was warm to say the least!!! Also staff were rude, they seemed annoyed we even asked and asked why it happens a lot! We didn’t really get an answer! Also when trying to pay the lady was rude and told me I had to wait, but she was really abrupt!!! Made me feel like I was an inconvenience! If I spoke to my patients like that, I would be warned!!! When we walked to the tables not one was clean, we had sat down for about 10 minutes before they started to clear them!!! Inefficiency at its best!!!

131 The Westgate Queen Street Westgate Shopping CentreUdon noodles overcooked. Beef of minor quality; worse than chewing gum. Taste as if sth had burned in the frying pan and pan not properly cleaned. Almost only noodles: seems to be the cheapest ingridient. Carrot's texture as if frozen veggies. Almost 13£ for the large is way to expensive for what you get.
