Popped in to grab a morning coffee, realised as soon as I made my order that I forgot to mention Decaf as I am pregnant, keep note no coffee has been made yet. A young lady with false lashes and long dark hair working this morning shift 28/10/24 responded so rudely saying 'well you didn't day that' whilst rolling her eyes. This immediately had me taken back but those in the que behind me were also not impressed. Firstly - I know I didn't say that hence why I mentioned it to ensure it was noted down. There is no need to be rude and I think your in the wrong job to earn your pocket money if your not going to be polite to your customers. lastly she didn't even do decaf and completely ignored my request - image below. The coffee is over £5 so I suggest the staff start paying attention to customer requests.

Was there yesterday to meet a friend for coffee at 11am and the staff more interested in chatting amongst themselves than actually serving the customers. I had to actually say in the end that I am limited to time as it took more than 5 mins for them to make 3 coffees most of that time not actually making coffee but chatting. Coffee is good once you get it.

This is our most local starbucks and definitely our family favourite. Staff always helpful and polite, Jas the manager seems like she cares about her customers and always checks that your coffee is how you like it( my husband is fussy with his coffee!!) Queues generally move quickly and service is efficient.

I ordered no please no thank you just took the money and pointed with his finger to send me down to the collection point when down there people got their coffees I didn’t so I waited and waited , then I asked politely excuse me I think my drink has been forgotten. To which she replied what is it, no apology no sorry for the wait just has my drink shoved on the side the staff seemed pre occupied with a visit from head office or something of the sort either way bad experience

This is my local Starbucks cafe situated within the Sainsburys store , Maxwell road , Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire, England. Every time I go there , I hope it’s cleaner and tidier than before. But as I walk into the seating area I struggle to find a hygienic, tidy and clean table to sit at ! As usual I’ve had to clean my seating area myself ! Then finally once I’m settled, I go for my earl grey tea. The staff are varied on service , some more attentive than others. This time I was served by a regular member of staff who’s very good. The manager I see mostly in charge seams to disappear a lot , to leave other staff to do all the serving , tidying and floor cleaning etc. but as I say clearing up is not first choice of staff , so always messy ! Ok the the food display is tidy and good usual arrangement of hot and cold drinks. But all in all the cafe is not a place for adults without kids to sit , as it’s not hygienic or tidy usually. But I guess if you’re a parent with young kids , you aren’t so fussy on area you sit at ! Ok I guess good for take away , but not good for relaxing rest !

Hygiene is dreadful. Food over floors, tables, chairs and on ledges which has thick dust. 5 employees and hardly any custom so no excuse for not keeping it clean.

We’ve been to this Starbucks three times now and it’s definitely the worst Starbucks service I’ve ever had, every time. Not sure why I went back after the first! Everyone working here couldn’t care less about what you order because they’ll give you something else anyway and with no apology. We complained on one occasion because we were overcharged and when we asked for a refund she said “it’s only £1.20 difference, but it’s difficult for me to refund, do you need the refund?” - we couldn’t believe it. Awful, Won’t be back.

This was the most unpleasant Starbucks experience I’ve ever encountered. The woman on the tills was the rudest and most ignorant young lady I’ve ever encountered, no please or thank you. Didn’t even look up from the tills, I tried to look for the name tag but it was on some sort of chalk and illegible, “Myra” or something. She had brown hair and earrings in, I didn’t even know you could wear earring’s in hospitality so this makes things worse. The drink was so watered down I may as well have brought a bottle of Evian, the lady who made it at least said “have a good day” and had blonde hair. Really angry at the way I was treated because I went out of my way to be polite and courteous. The lady with brown hair was also rude to the young ladies behind me.her tone and customer services levels were completely off. The date and time was Monday 27th July and the time was around 3:55

Visited with 5 children and 2 adults. Purchased children's lunch from sainsburys as they wouldn't eat Starbucks food. Was feeding the children before purchasing a coffee, as they were hungry. A staff member came over and said "this is a Starbucks" We told her we were just sorting out the children and will then purchase our coffees. She then told us we must buy food too as there was a lot of food that the children were eating. As she was so rude, we left! We normally visit 5 times a week at least as this is our local Starbucks. Staff were so rude today. We will never return. Much rather walk to the local Costa than deal with the staff here. Wouldn't recommend anyone with children to visit. The staff need training on how to deal with customers in a professional manner.

Called in for a coffee whilst driving up the M40. The service was quick, efficient and friendly. My wife was able to have Soya milk in her coffee at no extra cost. The eats were good and some were Gluten Free, which pleased my wife. The cost was slightly higher than you would normally pay but that's to be expected from a motorway service area

As visitors to Beaconsfield, and using the place for a quick lunch, we settled for this Starbucks which I was surprised to find inside the supermarket. The layout did not offer any atmosphere and the space was functional at best. It proved suitable for a quick stop but we would not return.

Me and my daughter were on a trip to London to oxford and return that took 7 hrs as traffic, rd works etc, she was gagging for a coffee so even though pouring with rain and two tired kids we stopped at this Starbucks to get two med caramel lattes, even after repeating our orders then writing our names separately on our cups then the guys serving us again repeating our orders when done and saying our names none had the caramel in them! So I couldnt drink mine and my daughter didn't enjoy hers at all, I usually wouldn't complain but how can you make two caramel lattes and forget to put it in both?! Just laziness..

Coffee is okay, service is hit and miss depending on the manageress's mood, seating is terribly designed, battling with supermarket trolleys however, no excuse for how messy and unclean the place is. I'm surprised Sainsbury's let them get away with it.

For me, it is exactly what I would expect from a Starbucks - the coffee is fine although I always prefer an extra shot, they are all over priced so one cannot complain about the price unless you were forced to go in against your will! The food products are good and I cannot plain about the service, always efficient and friendly on my visits. It has a very handy location attached to Sainsbury's so a convenient refreshment zone during your shopping expedition.

Excellent coffee, excellent hot sandwiches, and pastries. Service very good. Shame you don't do a loyalty card to reward those that consistently use you. Also the cost is rather high but I suppose you pay for what you get.

I do love Starbucks coffee - here, it's no different to the bigger dedicated outlets. The coffee is made from scratch and for some reason just turns out nicer than it's rival big brand on the high street. More appealing food as well, and the customisation is much more varied as well. Also great to pick up a coffee as you're leaving from doing your 'big' shop!

There is never a constant turnover in staff here so to me the professionalism and ability of the staff to provide a good cup of coffee is constant. The new refit means it looks a lot cleaner for longer. If there is a queue it is actioned quite quickly.

Starbucks - please train your staff better in customer service. Despite being a regular (my son's at the school next door), the woman who serves me most mornings is really quite rude, unpleasant and grumpy. And it's not just to me, she's pretty unpleasant to most of the mums. She also argues over the eat-in/take-away price on the muffins, although we always take-away. And I've witnessed her shout at other customers. (BTW it's not Jaz, she's lovely!) Your regulars deserve better and I'm sure there are plenty people looking for a job who'd be much more pleasant.

Great location, nice Newley done out. Always a que tough, lovely seating upstairs but can get very hot... Recommended as you can go to McDonald's and M&S; at the same time, parking free for one hour.

Coffee ok may taste a bit like weak warm water and was a was a bit confusing ordering my coffee as I gave them a £10 note to pay for coffee and then putting my change onto my Starbucks card has put me off as I needed that change.... now thinking about it they should call themselves Starbucks warm wee coffee

Next to sainsburys, so easy to sit after a long shopping trip. Entrance from sainsburys or exterior. Modern clean feeling. The supermarket sound is present, but dosent disturb the experience. overall great place.

A great place with friendly helpful staff , who are always super busy , so wait is sometimes required. I never mind as people can only do one thing at a time , and the surroundings are pleasant.Go with a serene attitude and empathy for your fellow man (or woman) who is working flat out for you , and then enjoy your delicious coffee.

Popped in for a drink. We were completely ignored even though the place was really quiet. We eventually walked out. How much would a "I'll be with you in a minute" cost?

I went with my elderly parents for lunch. My Dad has memory issues and struggled to tell the waitress what his order was. She was really patient and helpful.

We love going here, staff are friendly, food is amazing and there's the garden centre to wander around afterwards. Brilliant way to spend an afternoon
