I ordered white iced chocolate mocha with more espresso it tasted no coffee in it, and then I ask she said I did but I always order from Starbucks sainsbury's it always good up to standard pls I think they need more training before make coffee to customers.

Service was great - only thing good here. Chai latte ordered and essentially milk with cinnamon.. quite disappointing so many shops don't know how to make the drink. Cappuccino was decent no complaints there. Atmosphere is also good. Wish they improved their recipe as paying £5 almost for milk and cinnamon is just wild. Wondering if there's a way to customize it to make it taste like real chaii latte...

I am deeply disappointed and outraged by my recent experience at Starbucks. Today, I specifically requested a decaf coffee due to my chronic GERD condition, which I confirmed multiple times with the staff. Despite my explicit request, I was served caffeinated coffee. As someone suffering from GERD, caffeine is a severe trigger that exacerbates my condition. Just this week, I was booked off work due to a severe GERD flare-up, resulting in esophagus, lung, and chest infections, and I am currently on antibiotics. Leaving my house today, I trusted Starbucks to accommodate my health needs, only to be met with yet another dangerous mistake. Although the staff realized their error quickly, it was too late as I had already consumed some of the drink. I expressed my concern and dissatisfaction, but the staff seemed indifferent to the severity of their mistake. They may feel unfairly criticized, but they fail to comprehend the immense pain and complications such a mistake can cause—breathing difficulties, infections, and additional time off work, among other issues. This is no trivial matter! How can I trust Starbucks with my health and safety after repeated mistakes? This is unacceptable and highly distressing. Due to this incident and previous experiences, I have made the sad decision to stop visiting and supporting Starbucks. This is not a decision I take lightly, but my health and safety must come first.

I have been trying to complain but unable to find contact details , so leaving this here for record . Just ordered 4 drinks , guy was on his own. All 4 of us complaining regarding taste . I will remove this review if I get a refund nextime I go. Worst starbucks ever.

15 arrived at 5.45 and was refused to be served by Kathrina. Very rude, said she already cleaned up and will not worm the sandwich. As far as I know they should be open until 6pm and clean afterwards.....

Katherine is always there with a smile on her face, happy to help and very polite. My coffee is always good. But I choose this starbucks for the polite staff, quick service and nice atmosphere. Great team.

Mobile order and collection took ages, ordered 15 minutes in advance and still waiting 10+ minutes in the shop. Thought click and collect was meant to be quick and easy, would of been quicker and easier to grow and roast beans myself

Disappointing- ordered a shaken oat iced coffee (something I get all of the time at Starbucks so it should be fairly standard regardless of the location) and the barista went way off recipe. There was barely any ice and it was almost half oat milk so it was more like a latte. Annoying when you pay £5 for a drink.

Popped in to grab a coffee on the 30th july in the morning while we picked someone up from the hotel, the chap on the till was so lovely and friendly, what a great team member to have,he improved my day for sure. The store was clean and tidy, well laid out, options were clear and there were plenty of them, I enjoyed my hot chocolate and pain au chocolate, both tasty! I didn't even know there was a Starbucks here but it was the perfect addition to the hotel,would recommend you pop in to see the lovely staff and get your coffee fix.

It's a Starbucks coffee is OK although I do like the blonde cappuccino which you can only get from Starbucks. Service was quick and efficient and the atmosphere was pleasant and what you would expect in a place like this.

You can have great staff who react to your every whim, but it doesn’t replace poor stock control or lack of customer communication. When you advertise a product make sure it is available and when it’s not put a sign up - to wait in a queue then told you have run out is not acceptable - so I leave and go to your competitor 😤
