This has to be the worst starbucks in the country. I travel around up and down the country for work and go to so many different starbucks and this starbucks never ever makes the drinks correct !!! Ever. They don't even know how to make them. I always have to remind them what's missing. It's shocking. I Have official decided to never return here. The staff are clearly very under trained. Also the staff can be very immature and uninterested in what they are doing.

Used to go Saturday or Sunday early morning. Clean and good atmosphere. Staff was great all the time. Lovely staff with smile. Best starbucks staff ever in the UK

Bloody useless staff. I appreciate people have to learn but they could at least get the order right...it's really not hard to make a couple of drinks. Costa next time.

Lovely drinks good food and nice staff

I order from Starbucks daily, from the two Southampton branches and the totton one occasionally. Always find the totton store don’t check to see when online app orders come through. Every time we arrive to collect it’s never ready and they walk over to the machine to double check we’ve ordered. Then it’s rushed and have had the syrup missed out a couple of times now. Maybe some more attention needs to be paid just in this area as in store orders placed are good.

I went to pick up my "TooGoodToGo" order and purchased some coffee's as an extra, the food was still great to eat and the coffee's were served to perfection, not too much syrup to mask the notes of the beans used and perfectly compliments the beans, the frothed milk was steamed to perfection and the atmosphere was pleasant and didn't feel rushed or busy which is perfect for me as I don't like a busy atmosphere when I'm trying to enjoy a nice cup of coffee. 5* I would recommend anyone that finds themselves in the area to come visit this Starbucks even if it's just for a cup of tea, they also have cold drinks if that floats your boat.

Always the friendliest staff in the area in the Starbucks Totton store, incredibly welcoming, always make a fuss of both my children and my dog who thinks they are all his lifelong friends. They are super happy to recommend new menu items and we always leave smiling and in a good mood.

We had no straws delivered with our drinks how are we meant to drink them?

delivery was great and so were the drinks. however they mixed it up slightly and put cream on the other drink rather then the one wanted.

A bit disappointed with this place. I was craving the strawberry iced matcha. I asked for an oat milk instead of cows milk. I know the strawberry foam contains cow's milk as I already tried this drink at another Starbucks. I wasn't asked for a name to begin with, which supposed to be a Starbucks theme. I received a drink which was very much green and no strawberry foam in sight. I tried and said I can't taste any strawberries. Barista who was dealing with my order said it's because the foam floated down due to me asking for a non-diary milk to go with it... I'm not a scientist but if it floated down I'd be able to taste it better then? 🤷🏻‍♀️ He then made a bit more of this strawberry foam to make it taste better it sort of ressembled a drink I had at a different location. Trouble is- if you pay £5 for a drink you just expect it to be exactly the same in every Starbucks franchise. No need to make me feel guilty for ordering a non-diary milk with it when I did exactly the same somewhere else and it tasted as it should- delicious! This is why I give only 3 stars. Thank you ✨

Service through drive-thru is always brilliant, the girls are super friendly and make the best drinks. Come every Saturday before a dog walk and have never had a bad experience.

Great driver and quick service however the app states Starbucks egg bites are cooked at home and they were delivered pre cooked so slight inconvenience as I wanted to eat them later on, And we’re not hot. Maybe a choice should be made to have them hot or cold as Ive had them delivered cold previously which I prefer

The staff here are brilliant, really friendly & full of beans . My work colleagues would describe me as grumpy, but the staff always managed to make me crack a smile 😃 I've been to a fair few other starbucks & none of them are a patch on Totton Starbucks. The Manager & staff should be very proud of themselves

Still nice and clean, although always seems busy. The staff do sometimes ask you a series of questions before taking your order, which is a bit odd

Staff at the Totton Starbucks are so sweet, can't beat a Caramel Frappuccino and their sandwiches / paninis are soo good! Can be pricy, but everything is at the moment.

Not very much parking all spaces was full. Although it’s a drive through branch visiting late afternoon it was very busy inside. Service was quick but they few tables free had previous customers mess on them. A good selection of food and hot drinks. Cold drinks selection not so good. Would return and hand to have in the location

Very dim spot light lighting not a warm welcome feeling. Service can vary and it can be a couple of minutes then maybe even longer. Still enjoying the coffee though

Good place to go to with friends and family and it's nearby the lakes after a walk, so come in and enjoy a coffee and cake and relax for a conversation with your friends and family.

The pumpkin spice ice latte came with no cream, extremely watery because of the amount of ice that was in it. Iced white mocha is nice, came with cream and lots of flavour. Disappointed with the pumpkin spice iced latte.

Used to be my favourite starbucks but gone down hill. Placed an order with uber eats, coffee turned up incorrect. (No caramel drizzle or vanilla shot) when I called was told it definitely did have! (uber driver obviously did the ol switcharoo) And that if I came in they'd swap it. £8 for the wrong coffee...

Order marked as delivered but we do not have the order, driver called as he was in the wrong place but have had no contact since then

Disappointed and rude staff. Staff just chatting to each other instead of serving customers. Staff were being immature and unprofessional, just messing around on the headsets to one another one was sat outside. Tables were filthy and rubbish was piling up at the bin area.

It should be better and there’s no reason why it can’t be. I’m continually disappointed from incorrect orders, missing takeaway cutlery, mistakes made with takeaway cups instead of ceramic cups, dirty tables, dirty floors that are left even if the staff and managers know about them, giddy staff shrieking about banalities, air con that’s not set correctly, unprofessional attitudes.

All round good experience, except they put cream on my drink when I asked for it without and not the first time. Other then that 10/10

I still have not received a refund of £6.50 for the item that you could not deliver. I was told by the driver that you would refund me and it has been a week now. Pleas refund me ASAP. Thank you!

Just needed a loo, but had a coffee as well.

My iced white chocolate mocha was placed sideways in its bag resulting in it leaking in the bag and all over the floor, i am left with half a drink.

Loved the hot choc wi hazelnut syrup. Great service an staff v pleasant. Lovely atmosphere.

Toasties we’re nice but unfortunately frap had no flavour, just tasted like blended ice with a bit of milk.

Food was piping hot and delicious. Coffee was also nicely hot and packed safely. Delivery driver was excellent and extremely friendly.

Drive through is always excellent. Tom is very polite and efficient.

The frap was just crushed ice, no flavour, didn’t taste like it had milk or caramel in it. Just iced ice with cream

This place used to be really good but it seems they've given up, I haven't had an order correct for the last 3 visits, today they asked me asked if I wanted whipped cream when I had confirmed it on the order already, and when I said yes they still forgot to do it! I got the caramel waffle latte and they forgot the waffle topping and the additional caramel drizzle I added, I paid for 2 espresso shots extra and there is absolutely no taste of that either. I paid for a premium latte with all the bells and whistles but I received coffee with a touch of caramel in it, I'm just going to pop to costa in Romsey from now on.

Felt like an item on a production line, that is when I was eventually noticed by the 4 staff (all young) serving just 2 drive through cars. Even then the inattentive staff got my simple order wrong!

Very dirty in general, lots of plates etc left on tables, which also needed a good clean. Nice coffee though

I ordered 2 caramel cream frappuccinos. They came but just as frothy milk. Literally a cup of fluff and I'm absolutely disgusted that they would charge so much money to not send the correct item. I have no way of contacting the business and there is no option on this app or online on how to contact. Completely unhappy with this service and I will put in a complaint

Lovely store and really friendly staff

Been coming here since it's opening and the staff here are lovely and friendly. Perfect for that weekend coffee craving where you can sit inside or outside in peace without too much noise from the traffic compared to the city centre.

Received the wrong item, that item was the whole reason I even made the order,

Ordered an egg mayo sandwhich, I was given an egg and ham sub roll- I'm vegetarian, I am not able to eat this. You really need to be double checking that you are giving people their correct food, there's not even a number for the place because I would have definitely called to get the correct item delivered to me. All well and good getting a refund on the item, but now I have to go without, I'm not ordering the item again in case I'm delivered the incorrect one again, and I also shouldn't have to pay all that delivery fee again.

We visited the drive-thru early on a Saturday morning and was greeted by the most up beat staff member called Rory on the telecom! He made us laugh and was just loving life, which is so nice to see. It was our first time visiting and now we will continue to go back because of the service and lovely team-Just amazing!

My driver was efficient without spillages; and my drink was delivered perfectly ice cold, would definitely use this service again.
