Order was spilt didn’t even have my drink cause it was in the bag spilt.

Surprisingly nice Starbucks drinks in a convienent location with fairly friendly staff.

Today Friday 27th of September me and my daughter grabbed a coffee in Starbucks as my daughter had an awful day being bullied at school and was crying. The staff in this shop were exceptional angels!! Lois tiley and Amie gray ? I think it's spelt, both came over at separate times and gave my daughter support with lovely kind words Lois was so kind it made me cry at how caring they were it made me see that there are truly awesome people in this world my daughter left Starbucks alot happier !! So well done Starbucks you have chosen exceptional staff and this will be one of my favourite places to drink in !

Toilets not clean, no soap, banana loaf was tastless, breakfast wrap no better

This is my go-to coffee when I'm travelling as it is normally convenient but this one is very slow customer service and I was in at 0630

I had a lovely visit yesterday. I was served by a barista named Stella who was so polite and brilliant as well as getting my order right. Great service and coffee. Thank you Stella and the team.

Great location next to Temple Quay station and lots of office blocks. Greeted with a smile by the staff and they process orders swiftly. A nice welcoming spot to hang out and catch up with friends or work.

Disgusting service, there was a plaster in my coffee, and the staff did absolutely nothing about it, they gave me another coffee but made me pay! don't go here ever.

I wanted to share my Experiance today in the temple Quay as i was VERY impressed by the service that i had, they where All very welcoming, warm and freindly from the start. there was no que so they were quick with a smile greeted by Lucia asking what i would like to drink. i wasnt to sure at the time so She gave me time do so. the drink came Quickly and was delicious made by Natasha i believe. I also asked if it was possible to reserve a table for a meeting 12pm which is something i imagine they dont normally do however withought hesitation alice said ofcourse they went above and beyond there normal roles and set that up for me instantly. Amie and Harriet had asked if there was anything else i needed and made it a pleasent and personal experiance. Thankyou very much team at Starbucks Temple Quay ill come again!!

My Eggnog was just perfect and they followed my instructions to the letter. I was really inpressed by how quickly it was delivered. I will definitely use this store again.

Quality and delivery time fine. Courier was abrupt and cut me off on the call, after shouting "come outside"!

Absolutely the worst Starbucks experience I've ever had; the service was unbelievably terrible. Despite scanning my Starbucks app, there was an issue, and my points didn't show up. When I asked an employee about it, they rudely insisted, 'No, I scanned it,' without being helpful at all. On 11/06/23 around 11:30 AM, there were 5-6 people working inside, and they were all chatting and laughing loudly, not paying attention to the customers. I've never seen this behavior in Starbucks before. (Of course, I don't mind people laughing and having fun, but this was done in a very disrespectful manner.) Despite empty cups on the tables, no one bothered to clean up. This will definitely be my last visit to this Starbucks. There are other places nearby like Greggs and another one which are much more courteous and respectful.

It's Starbucks,.. they're nearly everywhere and generally ok for your coffee on the go

Arrived hot and fresh and quick apart from the cinnamon roll which was stale everything else was fresh and tasty

Love Starbucks only place that make my hot White Chocolate with cream. A treat now & again.

A lovely café to stop at while you’re waiting. Lucia was incredibly helpful.

We sat outside but apparently that's where the smokers sit. People still smoke? A lot of people sitting alone but conducting meetings by telephone. Not a quiet place for contemplation but good food, coffee and drinks offerings.

Seemed disorganised inside. We sat outside, no one came to clear or clean the tables. I took the used paper cups back inside left by previous customers. No rubbish bin outside. Had to go in and ask for ash tray. Did not eat.

Ricky was the most lovely server and barista! Amazing customer service! Give him a treat!

First visit, early one Sunday morning (when not a lot else open) before catching train home after break in Bristol. Very conveniently located close to Temple Meads Station. Bacon Bap and Luxury Fruit Toast was excellent. I haven't been in Starbucks for years, and this was a pleasant surprise. Friendly staff and great service.

Starbucks is always good. I always have caramel frappe with extra caramel sauce . 😋 it's pretty cheep and worth it definitely!

Perfectly placed right outside the train station in the center of bristol, and right next to a phillpots breakfast diner and a wetherspoons if you fancy a pint. Plenty of access to the rest of the city from here and ideally located next to the river for more of a scenic view.

Some feedback for the management. Whilst the majority of staff are very friendly, the same can not be said for Chev. A rather rude girl, who made me feel like an inconvenience to her day.

The driver did multiple other deliveries while bring mine here, I ordered two coffees they are both cold. He stopped at various locations alone the way for 5-10 minutes obviously collecting other orders from places. And proceeded to deliver them before mine! Disgusting service, get him out get me a refund

Shambles, waited 20 minutes whilst staff were just chatting, didn't even shout when my coffee was done, another customer handed it to me and he was coughing everywhere. Disgusting. Coffee was cold by the time I got to drink it

The order was late, the coffee was hardly warm and the cups were about half empty! I go to Starbucks most days and haven’t ever had a problem until it was delivered. I was totally disappointed all round. Wouldn’t recommend I’m afraid.

Easily the best Starbucks in Bristol. The staff are a delight and they have never made a mistake on my order, unlike other stores

Employees are nice but it’s consistently one of the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Wifi connection is also poor so it doesn’t make a good place to work/study.

The frappochino was missing the whip cream which I paid for but was still nice and hadn't spilt like some people have experienced. Tuna panini was terrible don't get a panini from here they come with very little filling

A starbucks is a Starbucks but the staff here are just the best!

I've tried Starbucks before and was disappointed thought we'd give this one a go. Terrible tea making I don't think they use boiling water tea bag milk and water all in at the same time. So weak didn't taste of anything. They gave us an extra teabag but that didn't make any difference. Hope they're coffee is better Won't be going back

Got to say that this is the best Starbucks in Bristol! Love the upstairs seating area to do work since it’s really quiet and has lots of natural light from the big window. Bonus points for squeaky clean toilets!

This is the best Starbucks in Bristol, even though there aren't that many left. Loads of seats, loads of space upstairs and lovely staff.

What is there not to like.. great coffee

Coffee was usual standard. I would recommend the breakfast roll. The location is a good stop off point for those following cycle route 4. Less busy than if you press on into Bristol centre.

Lovely team. Very nice and polite. They give me very good advice about cofe bins.

I find Starbucks in general so hit and miss. It's not the staff or the surroundings as they're fine but always the coffee, specifically bitterness and temperature. There seems to be a real inconsistentcy regarding that across all Starbucks

Waited 20 minutes and didn't get my drink, asked for a refund and they couldn't manage it even with a receipt. Now out of pocket with nothing to show for the expense. Couldn't wait any longer as was now late for a meeting. Starbucks now blacklisted, hope they go bust and the incompetent staff lose their jobs.

Giving a 5 star because of the young man serving behind the counter.. I wish I could name him! He's studying artificial intelligence in computers.. Think he should be a diplomat. His very talented people skills are 10 out of 10, smoothing out a moody customer with kindness and spreading cheer with good service and good coffee ☕... Just need to pay the taxes now 😉
