Starbucks in Manchester

Got served by a girl called Mirren, friendly service and made sure I got my order correct and on time as I was in a hurry for my flight, will definitely be returning after my short time away

A bit loud next to the Cafe Balzar (Bar) next door, bring your noice-cancelling head phones if you are trying to sit here and enjoy your coffee in peace...

I have ordered tofee nut latte and it was perfect. It was made by Denisa, she was also very attentive and she made sure and asked me, if I'd like the sprinkle on top.

The queue was huge, but the service was very quick and efficient. The chap at the till was rapid and provided a great service, no messing around.

I dont order from Starbucks often, however the staff today were very helpful, and asked questions about me to recommend a drink that would be perfect for me, they were all so friendly and welcoming, asking me about where I was going on holiday and how my day has been, I will definitely be coming back when I next travel, their service was fantastic and when they asked if I would like to leave a review I said yes immediately as they earned it!!!!

Rat running around my feet whilst been served, then went behind counter… I pointed it out to staff & there reaction was ‘nothing’ they shrugged there shoulder & continued serving people, this indicates the Rats are common & staff don’t care…. extremely disappointed !! shame on starbucks !!!

Best view in the house for seeing the planes. I also like the sign says Starbucks Coffee rather than just Starbucks like most of the branches. Decent latte as usual.

I was served by a very pleasant lady called Gemma. She was polite and attentive. It made our experience much better. The food was quality and arrived very quickly. The facilities were perfect and we enjoyed our pre flight breakfast, very much.

Went to Starbucks Coffee at Manchester Airport. Great customer service from Liam, he also filled up my water bottle.

I cannot believe the shocking quality of croissants available here. The almond one was difficult to bite through, the plain one was papery and tasteless. As for the banana and walnut cake….we thought it would be hard for it not to be moist but we were wrong. It was dry and again fairly tasteless. I’m not sure it had ever been shown a real banana!! Luckily you can’t really go wrong with a black tea and the black coffee was ok according to my husband. Altogether a very disappointing experience. We won’t be visiting again.

This is a decent coffee shop, which offers alcohol as well as the usual Starbucks’ selection. There are also Manchester and England mugs for sake. I had an americano, which was very good and the usual price.

Samantha zuzanna was very friendly and kind,coffee was great service was quick and swift. Food was fresh and tasted great

The staff were so kind!! I spilled my tea on myself 😞 When my husband informed them, they promptly clean up the floor and while I was in the toilet tidying up myself, my tea was replaced and i was given a spare tea bag!! Kindness made a massive different to a very tired traveller. Thank you to the team that was working on Monday between 1900 -2000.

I didn’t know what drink I wanted to get so I asked Haoda (staff) to recommend me a drink. She only asked a few questions in relation to my preference, with that, she was able to recommend me a drink. Another staff, Samantha made and served me my drink. Both staffs were very nice and accommodating. Thanks girls….🤗

Great service from Rio, very friendly and helpful

My drink was half full and cold, I thought maybe an accident and spoke to the workers incase there was a mix up. However they accused me of giving them an old drink that I didn’t like although I had not drank from it? I still gave them the benefit of the doubt because I’ve worked in similar job roles until I said I’ll make a new order and they told me to get out. I found this disappointing and disrespectful especially since I didn’t even cause any disruption or altercation.

Got fired for eating food that was meant to be thrown in the bin. Ridiculous.

So lovely to meet Liam at the Starbucks in Manchester airport this morning. He was really friendly and provided my coffee quickly which was much needed! A welcome start to the day! Thanks Liam! :)
