Starbucks in Manchester

Severed by Amberlea this afternoon. Her customer service is top-notch as always, very friendly and helpful. Always goes the extra mile and never fails to get my order wrong. Definitely deserves a Christmas bonus

Rat running around my feet whilst been served, then went behind counter… I pointed it out to staff & there reaction was ‘nothing’ they shrugged there shoulder & continued serving people, this indicates the Rats are common & staff don’t care…. extremely disappointed !! shame on starbucks !!!

Just called in for a pre flight coffee. Service from the staff was excellent. Nice coffee and a good place to people watch.

Staff are really rude for no reason, they genuinely talked me like dirt when I ordered and paid. Horrible customer service.

Best view in the house for seeing the planes. I also like the sign says Starbucks Coffee rather than just Starbucks like most of the branches. Decent latte as usual.

I was served by a very pleasant lady called Gemma. She was polite and attentive. It made our experience much better. The food was quality and arrived very quickly. The facilities were perfect and we enjoyed our pre flight breakfast, very much.

Went to Starbucks Coffee at Manchester Airport. Great customer service from Liam, he also filled up my water bottle.

I cannot believe the shocking quality of croissants available here. The almond one was difficult to bite through, the plain one was papery and tasteless. As for the banana and walnut cake….we thought it would be hard for it not to be moist but we were wrong. It was dry and again fairly tasteless. I’m not sure it had ever been shown a real banana!! Luckily you can’t really go wrong with a black tea and the black coffee was ok according to my husband. Altogether a very disappointing experience. We won’t be visiting again.

This is a decent coffee shop, which offers alcohol as well as the usual Starbucks’ selection. There are also Manchester and England mugs for sake. I had an americano, which was very good and the usual price.

The drinks were very enjoyable and we had excellent service from Samantha & suzanna.Thank you for the efficiency in this time of chaos.

Samantha zuzanna was very friendly and kind,coffee was great service was quick and swift. Food was fresh and tasted great

Came in while waiting for my flight, i was Served by Gemma for my iced latte , she was lovely and very friendly and answered all my questions about the drinks they had available!!!

The staff were so kind!! I spilled my tea on myself 😞 When my husband informed them, they promptly clean up the floor and while I was in the toilet tidying up myself, my tea was replaced and i was given a spare tea bag!! Kindness made a massive different to a very tired traveller. Thank you to the team that was working on Monday between 1900 -2000.

I didn’t know what drink I wanted to get so I asked Haoda (staff) to recommend me a drink. She only asked a few questions in relation to my preference, with that, she was able to recommend me a drink. Another staff, Samantha made and served me my drink. Both staffs were very nice and accommodating. Thanks girls….🤗

Great service from Rio, very friendly and helpful

My drink was half full and cold, I thought maybe an accident and spoke to the workers incase there was a mix up. However they accused me of giving them an old drink that I didn’t like although I had not drank from it? I still gave them the benefit of the doubt because I’ve worked in similar job roles until I said I’ll make a new order and they told me to get out. I found this disappointing and disrespectful especially since I didn’t even cause any disruption or altercation.

Got fired for eating food that was meant to be thrown in the bin. Ridiculous.

Gemma was honestly amazing, coming through the airport today it was very very hot and I didn’t know where I could fill my water bottle up and I felt like I was about to pass out she could tell something was wrong and sat me down and have me ice water till I felt better and helped me pick something refreshing and sweet to keep my sugar levels up

We have visited Starbucks this morning. There was a quite long queue which been moving pretty fast. Barbara took our drink order and grabbed our muffin in no time. Coffees were made quickly and were really delicious.we'll pay a visit next time too.

Everything was fine except for the stale food. We ordered a banana loaf and a cinnamon swirl and they were both dry

Today while rushing for my flight I needed to get a coffee, luckily for me at this Starbucks the Barista, Ifrah was experienced and extremely helpful. I was unfamiliar with the new styles of coffee and she explained them all to me and recommended an "iced white mocha." This was an excellent choice and I thoroughly enjoyed the coffee and it changed my mood and made my flight an enjoyable experience.

The service was excellent. Haoda was so helpful and friendly. Made my trip to starbucks much more worth it. I got caramel macchiato with one shot decafe and 5 pumps of vanilla and it was lovely, I recommend.
