Pasé por un café con té verde macha a las 12. 40 para que les vendan la bebida y luego les digan que no tenían macha, les cuesta creer que se queden sin macha dadas las promociones del artículo en este momento. Luego pida un café con leche batida helado de azúcar morena para luego decirle nada de leche de avena, extraño como un artículo principal de esta bebida, así que opte por una leche de soja en su lugar, ya que en este punto estaba bastante molesto. Pero está bien, aunque como por primera vez en la historia tenían látigo vegano disponible. Ciertamente no es la primera vez que he tenido problemas aquí.

Este Starbucks es un lugar fácil para mí para pasar y tomar un café, pero el tiempo de espera para una bebida no vale la pena. Traté de hacer pedidos móviles para reducir el tiempo de espera, pero todavía me encuentro esperando por bebidas. Comprensiblemente hay períodos en los que estos lugares están ocupados lo cual acepto pero lo anterior sucede en cada visita y vamos más de 5 veces por semana a Starbucks y esta sucursal siempre es la misma.

**Crítica de Starbucks Kildean** He sido habitual en Starbucks Kildean, visitando unas tres veces a la semana alrededor de las 7: 40 AM. Desafortunadamente, mi experiencia ha sido bastante variada. Es frustrante encontrar la unidad - a través de cerrado alrededor del 50 % del tiempo, lo que me obliga a aparcar y entrar. Para agilizar mis visitas, comencé a pedir mi café con anticipación, pero en múltiples ocasiones, mi pedido se perdió o se dejó sentado con otros sin preparar. Además, la tienda ha estado fuera de mangas de café durante semanas, lo que es bastante inconveniente. También noté una falta de leche de soja y otras alternativas lácteas, lo que dificulta a quienes preferimos o requerimos estas opciones. Como nota positiva, algunos de los miembros del personal están haciendo todo lo posible y suelen ser agradables. Sin embargo, hay momentos en los que otros empleados parecen abrumados o irritados por la presencia del cliente, lo que resta valor a la experiencia general. Es una pena porque esta ubicación tiene un gran potencial dado su lugar privilegiado y algunos miembros dedicados del equipo. Espero sinceramente que el gerente y el gerente de área tomen nota y trabajen para mejorar estos problemas, ya que esta tienda podría ser una fantástica fuente de dinero con el apoyo y la organización adecuados.

Llegó el viernes 27 de septiembre y esperó 5 minutos para ser servido. Nos preguntaron que iba a recoger a Togo. Le dije que no, pero me dijeron groseramente que ahora estamos cerrados debido a la escasez de personal. Dije que no estás cerrado, estoy en la tienda esperando que me atiendan. De nuevo me dijeron que me fuera porque tenían poco personal. Absoluta desgracia. Conduje 20 millas fuera de mi camino para ser expulsado. Otras 12-15 personas que llegaron detrás de mí también fueron rechazadas. Starbucks deberían avergonzarse de ustedes mismos. No es la primera vez que esto sucede. Cierre el sitio si no puede administrarlo correctamente. ¡Nunca más usaré Starbucks! Sus competidores están mucho más organizados. Apaga las luces y muévete.

Esa es la 3a vez que lo probé y nunca mejoró, 5 miembros del personal 4 clientes y conducir a través de cerrado como de costumbre en la mañana, siempre la misma excusa no suficiente personal, pero pasarlo unas horas más tarde y conducir a través de personal abierto, solo perezoso y no muy servicial cuando pregunte qué hay de nuevo. No es el mejor en absoluto

Rude staff, very sassy, no respect for customers at all. The male member of staff who took my order at the drive thru was very hostile and was very unhelpful when telling me to what they didn’t have in stock rather than suggesting something they do have. I also thought about letting him decide what to order for me because I couldn’t get a word in. The certain member of staff clearly isn’t made out for hospitality and interacting with people and lacks basic respect for others.

I had the most lovely, kind and willing to help girl help me through every stage of my order. Her name, Hannah. Hannah has made me the best Starbucks I have ever had. Definitely If you’re in, try and be served by Hannah. That girls knows her stuff !!!

I LOVE this Starbucks! The staff are so friendly and welcoming! The service is quick and spot on! Not dog friendly inside but plenty of seating outside and covered for those rainy days! There’s always a fresh bowl of water for the pups -and a puppachino on offer! I use the drive through and also go inside. The place is clean and stocked. Not far away from Stirling city centre and just off the M9 (J10) Special shout out to Josh, Nina, the girl who is always cold lol and the girl who loves our sausages and wants to get her bike licence (so sorry, I really should know your name by now!) you guys are SO lovely and chatty. You dont know how much this is appreciated especially after a stressful working day! Thank you thank you! I LOVE your positivity and vibes! X I must also point out that I’ve noticed you have taken on more staff lately and how great they are. They must have had great training as you would think they have been there for years! Keep it up! Appreciated! X

Order came out wrong. Coffees tasted like chemicals. Nothing was clean - surfaces, hoppers, Milk jugs etc Watched staff member drop food in oven and serve anyway. No toilet paper and toilets not cleaned. Disgusting. No help from staff.

Went for a lunchtime drink with my friend. Went to the drive through and asked a simple question to be given a quite hostile response. Got to the the collection window to hear the member of staff who took our order quite clearly talking about me, basically slating me to his colleague. In future make sure they’re out of earshot before you bitch about your customers

3 coffees and a croissant -£21. Tables and floor areas were utterly filthy. One of the drinks was served in a takeaway cup as they had run out of clean mugs - indeed they had, the two mugs we received had lipstick stains from previous guests. Starbucks need to realise how their reputation is being trashed

Tables dirty. Coffee poor, tasted very bitter. I love Starbucks coffee but the barista obviously needs training. Toilets horrible, though I watched several people from a football bus use the toilets . None of these people bought anything but the staff allowed them to wander in and out of the toilets unchallenged. Very disappointing that dogs aren’t allowed inside but they allow drunken football fans to use the toilets without actually buying a thing. Only good thing was the nice girl who took out order, she was pleasant.

I’m at the college a 5 minute walk away so I come here often. Staff are always friendly and helpful no idea what the other reviews are on about. Sometimes there is a shortage of things in stock but overall it’s still good. Treat people nicely and they’ll treat you back nicely.

I’ve just been in this Starbucks and took my coffee back, my coffee didn’t taste right ! the 2 girls argued with me saying it was right. I just want a nice coffee and didn’t come looking for an argument and now I’m leaving upset, I look back and they are laughing about it! Are you kidding! Unbelievable !!!

I get the same Starbucks drink every time I go to a Starbucks and that is a lot! Why is it every time I come to this particular one it’s a hit or miss depending on who you get? Surely you all have the same training? When I go back to ask for a fix often the servers act like I’m asking them for their wages!!! I only want the amount of syrup I was meant to get in the first place, instead of half pumps !! Enrages me, not the error, the rudeness and lack of empathy or apology. 2 girls are quite good but unfortunately they can work every day! I’ll be sure to get names next time. 2 young girls one light mousy wavy hair and one dark hair tied in low tucked pony - thank you for saving this branch, if it want for you 2 this branch would go out of business ! x

Visited when it opened. Sat in the drive thru for 45 minutes for 2 overpriced bad drinks. Decided to give it a go again as been open months now. Sat in. 2 medium drinks over £10. Don't mind if good but hot Choclate was barely warm and waited over 10 minutes. Only 2 customers in and 1 in drive thru lane yet service very slow. No apology for this, no smiles, no welcoming staff.... Young and inexperienced. Listened to them get the orders after mine wrong and didn't seem to know what was on their menu. Won't be back.

Rarely have everything on the menu and not the usual high standard for the price you are paying. Also never has marshmallows for babychinos or hot chocolate and very slow service. That was the last try until I hear it’s improved if it ever does!

Servers are very rude! To busy on their phones/ chatting to one another to serve! I’ve been a handful of times and get the same drink, normally no problem with the actual beverage however staff on duty clearly need retrained as I’ve never had such a bad drink! First issue was they claimed to have no oat, coconut or almond milk however had all an hour previously when my friend visited… strange. I ordered and payed for a venti (large) but received a grande (medium) not a massive deal so never said anything, the barista then proceeded to short change me, again was only by 40p so never said anything. After about 5 minutes I eventually revived my drink even tho there was only 1 car in front and behind me and sit in area appeared to be dead! I got my iced matcha like always and drove away, I’ve had this drink for years and know exactly how it’s made, this particular barista obviously was to lazy to blend the drink so decided to just dumb the matcha in and stir it and there were so many large clumps that it was in drinkable, I also asked for vanilla in the drink and there was definitely low/none in there. At this point I was over it so didn’t go back and complain as the employee blatantly didn’t care what so ever. This was very annoying especially after being charged well over.

I have been to this store many times and regret it each time. Not once have I had a correct order, I no longer use the drive in, I go in to order so I can check my drink is correct. Today I was faced with Victoria! Victoria didn’t put coffee in my coffee so I ended up with hot milk … again. When I nicely pointed it out to her she went in such a strop, why an attitude on this one! no apology, just binned my drink, made another one and put it on the counter, she even bit the head off the poor lad that was working with her. I was like ‘oh man!’ And she snipped at me ‘what was that?’ I hope she is not like this all day every day otherwise it’s time to get a job in a basement Victoria …. Away from people! I think I’ll stick with the extra drive to the Starbucks on the A9, they get it right ever time and you get great banter from them, very welcoming and very friendly x

I went Stirling Starbucks on Friday morning. I went into the building. They were really busy and the staff were run off there feet and even although there were only 2 people working i did not have to wait long for my coffee . My caramel macchiato was brilliant. I will definitely be back

Went to enter the building and was told that they were closing. Then they said that their drive-through would still be open in an hour. We went about town and then went back through the drive-through to get iced drinks but they ran out of ice. We didn’t want hot drinks we wanted iced drinks. Come on Starbucks be better than that. The best part about it is they’re right next-door to a spar why couldn’t they go over there and get a bag of ice? Anyway lost sell for them more money to Costa.

Went in to get a coffee . This is the first and last timebi will go here. Stood at the counter waiting to be served. 2 members of staff stood over in the seating area chatting. They looked over to see me waiting and carried on chatting and laughing. After 5 minutes I decided to leave. I go to Costa daily and never experienced this before . Customer service clearly doesn't exist here.

Very nice hotel and well situated for travelling Staff were very helpful especially Thomas the bar man / waiter his service was well above what we expected and we would give top marks Only downside was the room was cold as the radiator did not heat room well but we made the best of it

Very dim place. Very messy tables with trays and crockery everywhere. Had to clean table myself.staff all standing about chatting. Staff using phones.felt pressure to order when I walked through the door. Young staff member trying to take order when am still standing in doorway. Food Very overpriced for Very little.cobwebs on light fittings.a member of staff went into clean toilet as left door open.proceeded to clean toilet with no gloves on then when finished went straight back to serving food. Obviously have no cleaner. Worst cafe I have ever been in will never be back and will never recommend this horrible place to anyone. Staff member carrying full bin bags through the cafe when it has customers.
