Starbucks in Trafford

The place is good, but I took the order for my travel

Very rude staff members went there teice first day they wrong my order i order macha recieve just normal late …second day they didnt scan my app the atmosphere is not good

Used to be great until the recent relocation. Now there are significantly fewer seats than before, due to the layout.

Great fast service in a busy environment.

We didn't eat here, just had coffee. It was very clean, the service was excellent and the staff were very friendly

Usual wait for drinks but decent coffee in a coffee shop. Some dirty tables not cleared.

Hit and miss for sure. Sometimes the drinks are incredible and other times they totally suck. Certain employees are amazing and others are incredibly rude. They need to learn that mobile orders come before new orders… I work in the Trafford centre, so I always pre-order- The app says it should only take 5-7 minutes. Yesterday I ordered 20 minutes ahead, got there and it wasn’t ready, waited another 15 minutes before I (politely) had to say something because I was now about to be late for work. I was met with a rude tone. “As you can see theres a big queue” Yes pal, that’s why I ordered ahead to beat the queues. Duh? The whole point of ordering ahead is that it’s ready to collect by the time you’re there. Anyway, I Had to ditch my order and had tears for breakfast instead of my coffee:( This wasn’t even the first time I’ve had terrible service in this particular branch either.

Love Starbucks, love their coffee more... good service if a little impersonal, but that could be just this shop.....it was very busy but I wasn't kept waiting long. Unfortunately as it was so busy it was lacking in other areas, table clearing etc which I really didn't like, and spillages not cleared up.. overall it was good but not great

Very dirty coffee shop, with no taste at all The staff don't care about the customer, which mainly makes you pay then wait 15 min to your order and then set down on a dirty table.

As all ways nice Coffee The aroma weaks you up iven after a long day

The drinks were good but tbf, the arndale ones are even better. And they put in a lot of ice even when we asked for 'very less ice' and when we pointed out they basically said it was less ice. (it wasn't) Otherwise usual Starbucks coffee.

Only two infront of me in the queue. Fast service after ordering. I had fruit toast which was piping hot with lots of butter 😋 Parking isn't a problem, and this Starbucks is ideally situated in the ground floor in the middle of the Trafford Centre.

The coffee shop is located in the first floor of a shop. They have a sign outside but had to wander through the store and ask someone where it was located. Cool staff and fast service and good coffee.

Biscuit didn't taste as fresh as they usually do even though it had a month left on the bbd. Coffee could of been hotter but on this occasion the teenager was in a rush so made do 🤣. The lady taking the order was polite and friendly.

Had a gorgeous dairy free mocha coffee here. Service was quick and the tables in the surrounding area were all cleared and clean. Will definitely visit again as I'm lactose intolerant and I had absolutely no reaction at all to my drink

payel and i think his name was no was both very rude and laughed in my face the minute i asked them for what i wanted they laughed and was incredibly rude they tried to back themselves up by saying their new however this was unprofessional and very impolite i hope this issue can be fixed as i am unsatisfied with this experience

Could be cleaner and comfier, but the service was fast (if a little unfriendly, but it was rammed, so) and the coffee/food was good.

Love an iced coffee from here, always friendly service and great drinks every time.

Starbucks is the worst coffeeshop, food wise, they are putting too much sugar. Unhealthy food/drinks Politically; supporting Israel and the war against Palestine put me off in going there ever again

Service was far too slow, possibly because of the sheer volume of public.

Good atmosphere but diluted drinks. All seemed watered down.

Popped in for a caffeine fix whilst shopping. Iced Americans with caramel syrup, latte and water, plus cookie for dd.

Nothing really special, a normal Starbucks, friendly staff, nice frapes and chill atmosphere

Basic white girl experience 10/10 would go again

The place was overrun with flys. Whilst waiting in the queue to order we noticed the cakes and sundries in glass display cases were covered in small flys. We counted at least 30 in each glass box. Then when I went to add milk to my drink that counter was infested with the same small flys. I'm sure if the food standards agency had seen this they would have been closed immediately. It seems profit is more important than customers health!!

Pricey and not as awesome as it looks.

It was quite busy, waited a while for our drinks. Found a table and chairs which were very crummy and stained. Coffee was OK. Would I go back? Probably not my first choice.

Had a cup of flat white and sausage butty .. coffe was very nice but butty was tastless. Wouldn't recommend.

I’m allergic to semi skimmed milk and I CLEARLY mentioned to the barista I want oat milk and yet they failed to deliver . Please avoid this Starbucks at all costs! Horrible customer service.

Great place to come mid-shop and get a coffee! the staff were so friendly and polite, especially or server Homan who was super cheerful and welcoming. It was clear he is very passionate about his job! :) Excellent customer service!

So basically at Starbucks the food is amazing, especially the drinks as iced coffee, caramel latte and caramel frappuccino the service is very good but could be better with a smiles on employees faces and the atmosphere is very good but could be better. They could design the walls and all that. My experience was very good with Starbucks coffee.

Usual coffee place with some good coffees and the hot chocolate is Fab. We had some nice pastries and cake.

It was the one on stockport station.dudnt have to wait long

The staff talking too loud and do jocking each other and disturbing customer who enjoy the drink at table...

This starbucks always has a nice and chill atmosphere. Just wish customers were not so rude towards the staff when they are trying to simply do their job.🙃

Only had drinks. It was awkward as it was in the middle of the walkway at Trafford Centre and we were a party of 8, so a bit cramped. Otherwise all good.

First Time of visiting Starbucks and I loved it! The service was amazing the atmosphere and the food was delightful. Definitley will be heading there again

Worst ever, never ever me again with these scammers.

Not pleasant. Nasty coffee, expensive, no seating an hour before closing time so they can leave early, got our order wrong. Other than that....

Great place for a drink but one or two customers seem to not understand the rules of personal space.

They have automatic machines so what happened to baristas...? Basically, coffee bean to cup machines. Not special and seriously expensive for virtually instant coffee. The people they employ are not trained in anything.. Customer service, handling food, or fundamental to the offering brewing good coffee or frothing milk! Crazy at £4 a pop!

I much prefer a caramel frappe from McDonald's but my daughter likes a caramel frappe from here and the chocolate wafer straws are nice.

They are nice n professional coffee is great

Staff were lovely and the drinks and food were excellent!

Not one table clean very scruffy for the Trafford Centre and they clearly don't know a latte from a cappuccino especially when u ask for a wet cappuccino never mind

All the tables were empty but not clean
