Starbucks in Derby

Visited today Monday 10th June 2024. Parked ok and got seat ok as wasnt busy. Food and drink was ok. We do Like Starbucks coffees but it is getting too pricey at £4.50 for a medium lattee so will be going elsewhere from now on as they seem to just keep putting up the prices

Always an amazing visit to the College RP venue in Normanton Derby! Billy is a real asset to the store and always greats us with a warm welcome when we’re here for a late night study session! All the staff at the Normanton branch are always amazing and make an effort to remember us. They also make our orders perfectly and so quickly. Thank you for being a great pick me up during our late night study sessions!

Sadly i got a parking ticket whilst using the facilities! Hardky fair and won't use again! You try and support local and look what you get

£4.20 for a takeaway Americano is outrageous and 60p more than Starbucks in town. Does it really cost over 4 quad for a bit of coffee, water, bit of milk and a paper cup? The place is noisy and the service is slow.

Staff amazingly helpful - went above and beyond to make me and my dog feel very welcome. Coffee was best I’ve had in Starbucks for a while.

This branch of Starbucks is the most filthy I've ever been to. I was there with my daughter and I counted 10 tables with dirty cups and food rubbish. We were there for 40 minutes and I only saw 3 cars drive through and no other walk in customers. The staff seem disinterested and distracted by their phones. Will not be visiting this branch of Starbucks again.

This is a relatively new Starbucks in a new development close to derby County Football Ground. Ample free parking with Blue badge parking. Very smart interior with plenty of tables and chairs inside and some outdoor seating. There is also a drive through. Visited this morning Friday 22nd October 2021 and it wasnt busy at all. There was 5 staff behind the counter, at the start i was the only person in the queue, waited about 5minutes before anyone served me. Chap serving was new and needed help with the till as i placed my order. 2 cars in drive thru and 1 person behind me. They served both cars their drinks before starting mine and only did 1 before doing another car. the lady behind me had ordered a hot roll and got hers. i mentioned my toast and it had been forgotten. I then had to wait about 5 minutes for my other hot drink. It was so disorganised and slow with 5 members of staff. Should they do the drive through drinks before the inside ones. We like Starbucks but wont be going again
