My 7 year old niece Arizona was really looking forward to going to Starbucks and the staff made her so welcome, she cannot wait for her next visit

We were served by a very miserable woman called Charlie when we arrived for lunch. We had two tosties that were snatched out of my hand. Then we ordered 2 ICED lattes and were asked if it was hot we wanted them…where I repeated no iced please. She continued taking our order with the most miserable face and awful customer service. From the get go she looked liked she didn’t want to be there. Whilst taking out order she kept looking away at the other workers whilst talking to us. All in all the experience we had in Starbucks was awful due to her attitude!

Tan Y BwlchThe food was really poor value for the £17 I paid for a few peas, chips and a slice of pie. The gravy boat took most of the plate up. Rest of food was frozen. Won't be going back.
