Amazing Great service nice and helpful staff food and drinks are always lovely

I had a lovely vegan toasted sandwich, tea and millionaire shortcake it was very good.

I usually give Costa, Caernarfon, a wide berth due to luke warm Americano, luke warm Latte, luke warm Cappucino, etc, etc, etc. But - I went today and had the Best, Hottest Flat White EVER !!!!! Didn't get the girl's name but the receipt number was 250519, 10.44am, Served at till by Ceri. That girl deserves a medal and a massive "Well Done" She has now restored my faith in Costa !!!

Near to the castle, but the decor was very tired. The toilets could definitely do with an upgrade and a good clean. The push button flush was fastened to the wall with masking tape. I won't return in a hurry

Great service, food and drinks were very nice. Friendly and helpful staff, was clean and tidy inside with plenty of seating and tables. Toilets were clean.

Visited and found the staff to be quite rude. I wasn't given a cup for me, went back to ask and had one stuffed in my hand. Not a word of Welsh in there either considering English is a minority language in Gwynedd.

Service was fine however the it feels very unclean bits of food scattered everywhere, sticky tables and flies everywhere

I had the perfect cortado today! The taste of the coffee is always the best in Caernarfon, the milk was frothed perfectly, it depend which barista make it. I am lucky today. Thanks

Was a delicious drink! But moody looking staff. Atmosphere wasn’t quite there and wasn’t clean either.

Company seems to have given up on it here, tired, dirty and the furniture is very stained....staff are pleasant enough but can make a coffee properly and need some more training...cake was nice 🤣

served but young lady very friendly and helpful but the young bloke that made my coffee well terrible no smile gave me my coffee no thank you no good buy nothing terrible customer service!!!

All the Vegan food was gone/sold out/never there(?) and when we asked if they were doing anymore or if there was any ‘in the back’ the girl behind the counter just said “nah, there’s nothing on the shelves” which we already knew as we just told here that!

Went in yesterday ordered two large lattes they turned out to be lukewarm. It wasn't even that busy for the prices they charge this is not acceptable. I'm hoping this was a one off.

Great service. Good coffee. It was reasonably clean, but the toilets did feel like a cave! But I suppose I wasn't there for them!

Quick coffee served lovely and hot. Parking right outside if you go at the right times.

I have a coffee here with my sister every week. Lovely coffee in a comfortable setting in the middle of town.

Had a very weak latte here, in a rush and didn't complain..

Staff are lovely but it’s so unclean and the chairs need putting in the skip 🤢 stained with coffee and milk I’d imagine. The disabled toilet is yucky and somewhere I refuse to change my baby.

Waited nearly 25 minutes for toast before going to the counter to ask if they had forgotten about me. Short staffed and slow service. Not recommended if you only have 30 minutes lunch break.

Just came in for a maple Hazel latte, and was disappointed that they did not have all the toppings that were advertised in the menu as they had ran out , so I asked for marshmallow instead and was shocked that they had the up most cheek to charge me 50p for it especially when they had ran out off the toppings the latte should've came with...common curtesy would tell you that it was free , won't be coming here again. First impressions wasn't a good one....going back to London

Visit all the time.. most days needs a good clean dirty tables and floors. Today we rushed our coffee smelt mouldy 😫 😷

Polite and friendly staff, nice coffee, some of tables looked a bit messy but looked to be short of staff but didn't impact on me.

Visited here Monday 27th June 2022. Very large place and lots of seating. Service was very slow, drinks and t-cakes were ok but not the best we have had and not the worst.

Lovely space inside, plenty of seating and the staff were very friendly! Highly recommended 🙂 I would have put 5 stars if the table hadn't been so wobbly. That's not really their fault as hardware is notorious for playing up...

Mediocre coffee at an expensive price. There are other places to get a coffee I recommend that you patronize one of those.

Lovely and clean. Great staff. Not the cheapest for families. But worth it as a treat after walking around the beautiful town.

Staff were snappy and uninterested, most of the furniture removed because of COVID restrictions felt really bare and unwelcoming.

Was served by a young girl, probably local as she started off speaking in welsh. As someone who has moved away from the area and was back visiting, hearing welsh being spoken first was very impressive to hear. She had a calming and gentle approach to the customers before us and with us. These days you know the drill with all the coffee chains- it is a waiting game - so you just have to be patient and wait. Found the place clean and well stocked and staff seemed to get on and treated each other with respect! Was a great pit stop for us’

A nice, large Costa in Caernarfon. The place was reasonably clean and pleasant, nicely spacious considering the pandemic. The coffee was good and it was nice to have my first gingerbread latte of the season. Bonus: it was free due to their loyalty scheme.

The minute we stepped through the door, Gareth the Barista explained the coffee machine wasn’t working but everything else was fine. Friendly smile and good customer service. Means a lot 👍😁. Thank you Gareth

Dirty tables and floor. Scratched paintwork and torn seats, wallpaper hanging off walls. Windows looked as if they hadn't been cleaned for months. Shabby place, staff were friendly and servory was clean. Disappointing to say the least. Drinks not up to Costa stsndard. Will not be returning.

First time in this Costa. Must say that considering it was across lunchtime, the service was poor. Had to wait at least 12 minutes before being served with only 1 taking orders and then having to make drinks too. When we were eventually served there was no apology for having to wait. Not impressed and will likely be giving this a miss on our next visit to Caernarfon.

The coffee was good and the staff were friendly. The cake selection was small but the chocolate slice was very tasty. It's a spacious Costa and it had a good level of cleanliness.

Terrible customer service, takes forever because they won't accept NHS app and you have to stand at the kiosk putting in all your info and being told to prove you have done it. Won't go back... so much fit freedom day.

Doesn’t matter when I go in there’s different staff, no one stays and they’re always advertising, rude and obnoxious staff who clearly don’t want to be there, can’t even crack a smile ever

Nice friendly staff but took a long time to get served even though there were no customers waiting in front of us.

Not a good experience. The queue was out of the door several times. Plenty of people walked away Didn't like the militant enforcement of track and trace. Waited way to long to be served. Noticed that tables were cleared but not sanitised. Really Costa? Is this anyway to treat customers.

Very friendly. Haven't been to a Costa since March '20. New lines in - nice! All clean and safe.

Good social distance measures in place.

Hot on chairs not being moved because of Covid regulations (good!) but not insistent on people wearing masks when queuing indoors... When scanning the QR code with the NHS app, the location is not recognised. Issue reported to the staff. Tables and chairs are dirty (crumbs, food leftovers) and not sanitised between customers. Food and coffees on par with any Costa.

Think they were only doing half measures the day we went in. Ruby chocolate could have been anything and a simple latte lacked any taste of coffee. Add that to the surly rudeness of the chap who was both taking orders and making them, first and last visit

The Ruby Hot Chocolate and the normal one is so good! I'll definitely come here when i have the chance next time

Caernarfon Costa is my daily go to, the customer service is second to none. They remember my order, they smile when they greet customers, and my mocha is always exactly as I like it. Top rate staff!

Good as usual the latte was not very hot. I was unable to leave contact details as the web site was down.

Being a chain I understand that it should have some of the most on point coffees, ensuring that each staff member can create a coffee that matches all others. But this is not so here, the flat white - even though tasty by Costa standards - had a very bubbly too and was not smooth, more like a strong latte. The place was clean, but even though it was quiet tables hd not been wiped down. All in all a very average scoring, but better than most

Visited the Costa today to be served by a very lovely lady named Charlotte, she was very chatty and polite and made us feel relaxed x

As everywhere in any place of costa, there's shortage in staff. So if you came and found a place to sit you have to clean your table by yourself sometimes as they always busy and just 2 or 3 staff there, anyway if I want to grab a coffee it should always be costa

It was a hot day and a cold drink was called for. I ordered a Salted Caramel Crunch Frostino for the first time. It took a little while to be created but well worth the wait. The combinatio of caffine, cream, salted caramel and the icy core was superb at only 323 calories. Try it :)

It's a chain so if you've been in one, you know how they all are. With that in mind, if you like Costa, you'll like this branch too.

Order 2 coffees with an extra expresso as i like coffe stronger, stuff waste half of coffee from the portafilter after excessive pushing what makes coffe weaker added cold milk to the used jack with leftover and steamed that what produced bacteria, overall coffee tasted dreadful. Definitely need more barsita training in there as they have no knowledge of what they doing. Seating area in clean condition.

Staff are really nice and the coffee's good, the new Coconut and Vanilla latte is lovely!

Visited this costa early afternoon after a long and wet bike ride with my son. Stood in line at the till ,wet and cold whilst the girl served coffee to the lady in front and promptly told me they had JUST closed and refused to serve me. I pleaded to her better nature but she didn't have one! Just told me that if she served me she'd have to serve the others that might come in (there were no others I can tell you) happy Christmas costa, great customer service, I won't bother with you again, plenty of lovely independent coffee shops, with staff who can think on their feet and would appreciate my service.

Costa is Costa, yet the Caernarfon Costa is friendly and the coffee is as good as Costa coffee can be. Sometimes there is a queue, and some of my fellow customers seem very impatient, based on their reviews!!!!!
