Starbucks in Belfast

Visité este Starbucks con mi familia ayer, y estoy profundamente perturbado por un incidente que involucró a uno de los empleados masculinos. Mientras estábamos disfrutando de nuestro tiempo, me di cuenta de que el empleado estaba filmando y tomando fotos de nosotros sin nuestro consentimiento utilizando su teléfono móvil. Este comportamiento no solo es inapropiado, sino también altamente preocupante. Como clientes, esperamos sentirnos cómodos y seguros en espacios públicos, especialmente cuando estamos con nuestros seres queridos. Esta invasión de la privacidad es absolutamente inaceptable, y creo que Starbucks debería tomar medidas inmediatas para abordar el asunto. El personal debe estar capacitado para respetar la privacidad de todos los clientes, y incidentes como este no deben tolerarse en ningún establecimiento. Espero sinceramente que la dirección se tome este tema en serio y garantice que tal comportamiento no vuelva a ocurrir en el futuro. Agradecería una respuesta sobre cómo se manejará esta situación en el futuro.

15 minutos de espera para 2 blancos planos flacos que llegaron 5 minutos de diferencia. Mesa sucia, tuve que pedir que la limpiaran, el piso sucio. 00 por 2 cafés que estaban casi fríos para cuando los conseguimos, creo que no de nuevo.

Arriba, fuera y alrededor en una mañana de enero lluviosa y amargamente fría, mi hermano gemelo y yo decidimos pasar por Starbucks justo al lado de Cornmarket y qué gran comienzo de nuestro día. Una gran salida Starbucks, el interior es magnífico, ligero y aireado, decoración y mobiliario moderno, mostradores de servicio con frente de vidrio muestran las golosinas que se ofrecen y hay un montón de opciones de asientos repartidos por todo este café, es solo una salida Starbucks realmente buena para relajarse. Pedimos un café blanco plano cada uno, estos se sirven humeantes calientes, nos relajamos, calentamos y planeamos el día anterior mientras bebíamos nuestro café. Un gran fan del café servido en Starbucks, consistente en todos sus puntos de venta y su café blanco plano es uno de mis favoritos. Ambos disfrutamos mucho de nuestro café aquí antes de seguir adelante y aunque nuestra visita fue solo fugaz por primera vez visita a este Starbucks en particular nos quedamos totalmente impresionados. Este Starbucks es fácil de localizar a lo largo de Castle Lane. El horario de apertura es; Lunes a sábado, 7 . 30 am a 7 pm. Domingo, 9 am a 6 pm. Vale la pena comprobar si estás en la zona.

Me detuve aquí para tomar un café mientras visitaba Belfast. Pensé que su café era bueno. Tuve que enmascarar el sabor con abundante azúcar y cremas. El café no fue servido tan caliente como me hubiera gustado.

Podrías morir de hambre si eres celíaco. Acabo de ir allí con mis hijos. Solo dos bocadillos de GF y no es la primera vez. No entiendo por qué no piden más bocadillos que siempre se venden antes del mediodía. Parece que les importa más no quedarse nunca sin bocadillos veganos. El veganismo es una opción, el celíaco es una condición médica. No están contentos con sus prioridades

Esta fue la peor taza de té que he tomado en mi vida. Bueno, solo tengo 69 años, así que debería tener unos años más para encontrar algo peor, pero tomará algún tiempo hacerlo.

Tuve un poco de tiempo para matar antes de tomar un tren y estaba en el centro de la ciudad, así que decidí tomar una bebida caliente para poder leer mi libro y relajarme antes de un largo viaje. Fui a Starbucks y pedí mi té. La señora detrás del mostrador me preguntó mi nombre y yo respondí "Richard" (porque ese es mi nombre) y esperé mi bebida. Cuando tomé mi bebida descubrí que habían pensado que mi nombre era "rishord". A pesar del error ortográfico o de la audición disfruté de mi taza de té y fue un lugar relajante para disfrutar leyendo mi libro. Una de las cosas que me gusta de Starbucks es su wifi, que es bastante fácil de conectar para que pueda escuchar algo de música también. Mientras yo estaba allí, la gente despejaba las mesas bastante rápido para que otras personas pudieran sentarse y hacer lo mismo que yo. Me pregunto si acertaron con los nombres de los otros clientes (! )

Spent the last few days of 2023 in Belfast. Saturday after spending time shopping in the Victoria Centre we were walking up Castle Lane and felt like a coffee, spotted Starbucks and as they had seating available we went in and had two well earned Americanos. After the rest and the coffee we continued on our way. Good coffee as always.

Came in here for a coffee and spot of lunch. It wasn’t busy at all but service was shockingly slow. Once we finally got to the tills we were waiting another 5 mins with staff all talking over eachother and gathered round one till. Got my order wrong and only refunded me 30p for it when I was due a refund of nearly a £1. Didn’t heat my sandwhich even though we asked for it to be heated. Rude manners of the staff to. One gentleman behind the till clearly didn’t want to be there and spoke to us like a stroppy teenager. When we asked could we have our coffee beans blended they stared at us as if we had 6 heads and said “uhhh I think so?” Like no yes you can blend it we have bought our coffee beans from here for ages. They also got the lady behind us’ order wrong as well charging her for two lattes when she only ordered one. Finally got seated upstairs for their only to be no napkins, milk, knives or forks. Also heard another customer complain about her service as well. So three lots of unhappy customers on Saturday 3rd September at corn market Belfast Starbucks around midday. I work in hospitality myself and would never dream of speaking to customers with the rudeness and lack of manners and care the staff had in here today.

Connswater drive thru. £6.10 for a 'sausage' bap and cup of tea. One bite was enough. It was disgusting ... poor quality sausage with a horrible taste. Overpriced and awful.

I went at 10.30 Saturday morning. Busy but not crowded. Ordered 2 sit-in coffees and gave name. Waited and waited. Husbands coffee arrived and waited. A latte was put down and I asked if it was for us, giving our name. Staff looked at us and ignored me. Another customer said 'that's mine, I have been here longer.' He took it and I waited. I then asked is my latte coming and was told it had been served, I pointed out I had asked and was given a rather nasty look! They made my coffee. My husband had struck up a conversation with other customers and when I joined them they shared their experience ( 3 goes to get their order right). They complained about the dirtiness of the shop and I had to agree the floors and coffee tables where not up to standard. I then found my coffee tasted off, it seemed burned so i took it back. It was poured down the sink and I was told it was impossible to burn their coffee. Congratulations! You achieved the impossible. I wasn't offered an apology or replacement and said I didn't want a fresh one which was not offered. Avoid this at all costs there is a starbucks nearby outside Victoria Square which is a lot better.

I was on the hunt for good coffee. I passed one Starbucks in the Victoria centre that was closed - just like the two Starbucks nearest to where I live. My next thought was a nearby Hotel Chocolat (HC) for a hot chocolate but it too was closed. But not to be deterred next was a Thornton’s cafe a few doors up from HC but it wasn’t serving - their doors were open but the staff were handing all the stock out to a charity van (they are apparently closing all their high street stores). So I turned the corner and there it was; this Starbucks was open for take away - Covid secure apparently, as it was in one door and out another. I was in a socially distanced queue too and we all wore masks. So the two cappuccinos I got were ace but Starbucks are now becoming overpriced despite the fact that the government has reduced VAT due to the pandemic - I may consider giving more business to independents. The service was friendly too but one significant matter was just not good enough and it was very far from it - so the three stars and I did think 2 stars - the customer toilets were closed by Covid excuse but it doesn’t stop them taking money. Look folks if your selling drinks at top end prices then provide customers with the comfort of a rest room. If you aren’t providing a full service then reduce prices by 30%. I can walk into a Mc Donald’s who don’t pay living wages and pay 99p for a cheap coffee and use their loos - the fact is Starbucks couldn’t be arsed (pun intended) taking the trouble to clean the toilets. If Mc Donald’s can do it at bucket shop prices then Starbucks who don’t pay living wages either can do so too. It’s called taking care of customers like me that make paydays.

I have staunchly avoided Starbucks for years due to the simple fact that I find their coffee to be lower quality than even most other chains. Yet my girlfriend was eager to try their gingerbread late with oat milk so I held my tongue and despite having zero expectations of quality I was still sorely disappointed. The late had large and very obvious lumps of something the entire way through it. I had to throw it out half-way through, as did my girlfriend with hers. Drinks, by definition, should not be partially solid. The staff where, however, very friendly and seemed genuinely nice so service was not an issue: just the inability to provide a decent drink in a drink’s establishment.

While the coffee wasnt too bad at Starbucks Boucher Cres, a little bit of confusion at the till made the order arrive at different intervals and inbetween other peoples orders. However the greatest frustration was lack of toilets. It's a pity really, there were 5 staff on duty, surely one of them could clean a toilet. I know we live in a covid environment, but the emphasis is on "LIVE". Very disappointed. I would recommend that you go here for a coffee and go, but not to sit in, as there are no facilities to make your shopping experience a little better. Shame really

Prompt service. Accidentally left bottle of water on the table. Returned to find it cleared away. Staff replaced free of charge and it was my fault , good service

Called in for a nice cup of tea to take away the chill. Was busy but the line was moving VERY slow the staff talking too much to each other. Waited ages as they didn't have teabags at the counter, yes I know it's a coffee shop but sometimes you just want a tea. Served take out cups as they didn't have clean cups. NOT IMPRESSED.....

A terrible example of what you'd expect from a Starbucks. VERY DIRTY. I've noticed a few Starbucks in Northern Ireland the same and its a real bad show for the area managers. To be brass enough to expect volume from a city centre location to out weigh basic cleanliness, just doesn't cut it. I was going to order but decided, NO. The lack of effort put into this business doesn't deserve any customers. From dirty floors, windows to torn chairs when only germs live!. DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY.

I am not often in Belfast and called into Starbucks for the first time yesterday 04/09/2019. The service (one Americano) was prompt enough but the staff did seem to be preoccupied with their colleagues and some friends and were having great craic among themselves. Fine. But when I went to sit down at one of the empty tables I noticed that most of them had not been cleared despite obviously having been vacant for some time. Indeed I had to move a couple of cups to another table to leave mine free, which is rather off-putting. I was there for roughly 15 minutes and in that while the 'craic' between staff was obviously good, the tables remained uncleared despite the arrival of new customers. Clearing tables quickly should surely be a priority' I would have thought a good a manager would have seen that it was. Otherwise the coffee was good and the staff polite.

Called in for coffee and toilet break after busy shopping expedition in Belfast! It is very central in heart of corn market! Was really aghast at the poor decor inside the cafe!! The seagulls were swooping down and eating leftover food in outside tables !!...

Very quick service the other night after a visit to the cinema. Clean and tidy Starbucks. Extra seating upstairs if you need it.

Good location and friendly staff with an upstairs section that would be much less hectic if you so desired! I ordered a Chai Tea Latte and it was perfect!

I use this Starbucks every Saturday morning early and the staff are always so warm and friendly. The upstairs part is perfect for small or large groups of people and is always clean. The music adds to the experience.
