Good service at Bristol airport. Very attentive. Cleaning was very good of our table. Food was ok although cinnamon roll did have raisins

Ayer fuimos a tomar un café. Estaba limpio y el servicio era fantástico. El gerente es un tipo realmente encantador. Todo el personal es muy trabajador pero un placer tratar con él. Gracias.

Pasé por aquí a tomar un chocolate caliente antes de nuestro vuelo. Aunque la cola era larga, el personal pronto lo superó. Son muy amables y serviciales que le dicen las opciones de bebidas y leches disponibles. Nuestro pedido se hizo rápidamente y a diferencia de la mayoría de las cafeterías el chocolate caliente era agradable y caliente no solo tibio cálido. Bonitos vítores.

Siempre tomo un café en este Starbucks cuando viajo desde el aeropuerto de Bristol. El sabor del café es bastante bueno y el personal es amable.

There wasn’t anything on the menu that dealt with a keto diet. A little difficult if you need to eat. A salad would be great, protein without bread.

Really quick service even on a Saturday! Plenty of place to take a seat and enjoy the coffee. The coffee is not overpriced like it would usually at the airport

Went to the Starbucks situated near the Bristol Hippodrome It had the atmosphere of a 60's Lyons Corner House and we know what happened to them Order a tea and hot chocolate and two slices of cake which was handed to use on one single plate so we asked for an additional plate as there was two of us only to be told they did not have any more plates and obviously the assistant had no intention of going to the dishwashing area to get some more, so pity the people who were served after us. Fortunately the had more than one cup for our drinks which consisted of a tea bag floating in warm water (you would think after all this time someone in their large organisation would know how to serve tea in England) and hot chocolate in a mug with some aerosol cream on top which the assistant was struggling to squirt so sort of decoration on top. I requested her not to bother but she persevered and put this diarrhea colour stuff on top of what turned out to be a brown totally tasteless dink

I come to this Starbucks every time I come to Bristol Airport to charge my phone! The coffee finishes quickly too. Very nice experience.

I asked if I could have an Americano and was told they couldn’t serve me one because it wasn’t possible… What? As they were serving other types of coffee I asked why they could serve me an Espresso or a Cappuccino but not an Americano, to be told ‘we can’t do Americanos in peak hours’. Still confused, I asked if they could just give me an Espresso topped up with hot water (as this is obviously the same thing as an Americano) but this was not possible either.. Mind boggling. What coffee shop doesn’t sell a standard coffee at 10:30am?!!?! Ridiculous!

Expensive rip off, long queues, slow service, inadequate seating and prices at least 15-25% more expensive than high street / city centre locations.

Nice range of pastries and sandwiches, fast service and very friendly staff. Heated the food very quick as well, takes ages in some other places.

The five cheese toast was really good, tables were cleaned and there was no mess. The service was fast.

They did not have a place to put changes of coins we had with us to tip the staffs. They did not clear tables for a long time.
