A quick stop into this coffee house, plenty of seating, and a good selection of food. 1 Oat Flat White coffee ☕ and a nut yogurt pot later, served perfectly by the pleasant staff member, and the day was off to a good start 😄 ☀️ 💪💫

Visiting this Starbucks is always a delightful experience, I would like to point out an exceptional barrister by the name of Amani , she is talented, always has a smile on her face, and takes a lot of care and precision when making my favourite latte. Observing her work is like watching your favourite artist. - I would definitely recommend coming to this Starbucks for a fabulous experience! :)

Really disappointed with how much the standards have dropped at Starbucks. One extremely rude and unpleasant staff member behind the tills on Saturdays. Not only was i over charged, she then didn't even make the drink correctly. Really let down as i use to love getting a drink on the way home from work, i wont be doing that anymore. 👎🏼

When I went to Starbucks today. I was served by a very lovely and kind lady named Irish! She was extremely helpful, and friendly to me! She gives amazing customer service and she all round made my day! I strongly recommend this Starbucks as the environment in the shop was clean, the staff were friendly and the food tasted really good! 10 out of 10! Thank you! :)

Was very happy with the service and a pleasant staff member whose name I didn't catch. It's amazing how much a nice staff member can make your experience so positive. And the mocha with whipped cream was pretty good too. Edit: I only dropped one star because the internet didn't seem to be working both times I went there recently which kinda sucked. Second edit: 11 months later and the internet seems to be working perfectly now, so back up to 5 stars. And the supervisor does a great job.

Something has happened to the level of demands of Londoners. 10 years ago, Starbucks still had a vibe. At that time coffee and hot chocolate came in real cups and even looked the same as in the advertising pictures. This is still the case in Finland, for example. Now the service was busy and the coffee and food were delivered to the dirty table in cardboard and paper bags. Goodbye Christmas mood when the hot chocolate’s cream has flattened under the plastic lid.

Always great here...You have to try the Luxury Fruit Toast, it's truly amazing.

They have several flies in there cakes area hovering all over the food and expect to have customers eat that. 0 hygiene. Got a full refund but the attitude of not even addressing is a joke.

Unfortunately, the standard of the toilet was very low- dirty inside, no soap to wash hands. Brrrrr….

salted caramel cold brew tasted awful and no hint of caramel. wifi did not work

So sad. I ordered Large salt caramel cream with cold brew which I recently oredered a lot. But the stuff today in this store gave me totally different thing. No salt taste at all. Ruined my morning.

It's good such as other Starbucks place. But my drink came different from I ordered and, once I was on a hurry, couldn't complain to wait for a new one. But it's a good drink anyway

Coffee and food is as should be of a starbucks. Ladies at the counter are nice and service is fine. Unfortunately the place is very dirty. The floor, tables and chairs are so dirty. By far the dirtiest starbucks I ever been to. It needs a proper clean up.

This Starbucks needs some private Security or additional staff, extremely unfortunate but I have seen dodgy situations going on here and the staff is not enough to take care of the issues. The whole place feels in need of a serious deep cleaning

Awful. We ordered a coffee and two breakfast sandwiches from here and only one of the sandwiches turned up. Obviously we got charged the full price. Did the person preparing this order think that this approach would all just be fine?! The only thing I can garner from this is that the employees at this branch of Starbucks can't count to two. Or have trouble deciphering one from two. We got a refund, to the cost of the branch. If you said you couldn't you fulfil the order and then refunded the difference it would largely be fine. But then I suppose that's probably too much to ask when dealing with people that struggle to count beyond three. To anyone reading this, I recommend just throwing your money straight down the drain. It's marginally less annoying because at least you knoiw why you're annoyed.

First time getting delivery coffee and I was worried that it would be lukewarm/cold upon arrival but it wasn’t. I got a grande caramel macchiato with extra vanilla syrup. It came piping hot!

I have to go Moorfields Eye Hospital today with my partner and only have not had breakfast set off we both decided to have a sausage bap with brown sauce and two hazelnuts, oat milk lattes with 3 extra shots those extra shots are required because Starbucks loves to use more milk than coffee.

I usually go to this branch, I made the order, staff at the till didn't mention less ice my order. Then staff Cansu who was making my order, I mention to her my drink for less ice, then she made another drink for less ice. She was really friendly. Usually they just take out the ice from drink and give to me but its surprised me. She also explained me about discount offer about drink. Probably the staff who was taking my order she is on training, she wasn't sure about price of the discount drink it was bit confused me. But thank you for drink Cansu :)

Nice frappe but very poor customer service. I have been there twice this week to treat my son to strawberries and cream frappe and everytime I went there there was either on person before me or none. Each time I got ignored even after saying "hello" with the smile as one person was busy cleaning a toaster, another reorganising cups, third one putting things to the fridge from inside. After 2 min of waiting fourth person jumped from the office behind behind the till and said oh hello how can I help. I'm not sure what is going on out I guess that 4 people should be enough to notice one big guy walking in and even if they have shared duties they can at least say " hello - my colleague will be with you shortly " rather than ignore customers. On the too of that I ordered no cream on top that was visible on the sticker yet I received the cream anyway form the barista who just called my name out the drink on the counter and turn around. No smile, no eye contact, wrong order, poor customer service. I wild expect at least nice and welcoming smile from the staff on the front when I walk in to a branded coffee shop to spend £4.40 for a drink.

ordered a pink coconut refresher drink & it was excellent! the vibe of the entire place is great. limited seating which could bother some people but as I only got a drink to takeout it had no affect on me. staff were lovely too and I got my drink within a minute!

I’ve come to this Starbucks three times now, each time I’ve got my drink made wrong. And it’s always the same male barista, who lies about the ingredients in my drinks. DO NOT COME HERE.

This is possibly the smallest Starbucks Coffee Shop I have the chance opportunity to visit, chosen by my friend from the suburbs as a place to meet as our new starting point for our trips around the City of London and the party delights of Shoreditch and nearby Hoxton and the best of the East End which lays beyond , this Bijou Coffee Shop is Overshadowed by it's Independent and larger rival next door, it should be overlooked as although it is art of a chain, it has a quiet charm of it's own, a good meeting place and the benefit of meeting your loved one with the warmth of a good starbucks coffee to prepare you for your journey on your next adventure together.

Some of staff should need a service education. The counter staff didn't ask my name and personal options. Also the staff of making drink was rude too. I obviously ordered first, but he made a cup of coffee for next Westerner. And then he was mooching. As a result, mine was ready after another customer came in shop. I wanted just one black coffee. Is it difficult? I don't understand.

The member of staff that served me was very rude. I've never been before so I didn't know they need my name, I tried ordering and she just said "name name". Then when I ordered she couldn't hear me and rolled her eyes. We both have masks and there is a screen so it's hard to hear thses days. I wanted a small and got a regular, I wanted to sit in and got a take out. I didn't get a receipt and then the person handing out drinks shouted a number (I didn't know I had a number!) I asked if it was my coffee and she just repeated the number. Won't be going back here, made a rubbish day even worse.

Burnt black coffee beeans served as a normal acceptable coffee beverage. That can only mean one thing, it's cheap probably robusta low grade coffee roasted to such a degree to mask its defective quality and taste. They need to sell too quality single origin or blended 100% arabica beans that are medium roasted at most to taste the beans. Serving burnt coffee with milk which it masks the true taste of coffee is not the way to go forward when there are so many top quality coffee shops around. The only worst place than Starbucks in terms of quality is Coffee Republic.

They priotise Uber eats orders before the customers standing in front of them, i was acknowledged and then ignored. I was in there for 10 minutes before I received my order, I left there and when I tasted my coffee it tasted like it had been sat there for days.

Why is costa everywhere and not Starbucks they have nice coffee and the staff are cool as cucumbers every time. STARBUCKS ROCKS

The place is absolutely filthy , all tables are sticky . No stirrers in the dispenser , when I asked for one I was given it by hand and no gloves worn by employees . At these times ??? And the cherry on the cake was that of course there was no sanitiser in the dispenser. A health inspection should be done at this place .

It's a small store for sitting in but I really like the interior and aspect. Really big windows means it is always bright and airy. A cool place to read a book or take time out before a meeting. Great for people watching on the street outside and will be even better when the Old Street station works are complete.

payed nearly £5 for this chocolate crunch and the lady that made it didn’t even put time to make sure the lid of the cup was closed. The cream she put had spilt everywhere and all over me very disappointed

Awful service. You get ignored while they deal with Uber pickups. The complain and they don’t apologise just give you attitude. Then finally got a croissant (took me 5 mins and I was the only person in the queue) and it was disgusting, barely edible. Don’t bother. Go somewhere else.

Only good thing about this was the coffee at least it was a great cup. The store could do with demolishing and restarting from scratch on sorry Starbuck's, you need to spend some TLC in this place.

Lovely fresh coffee as standard. I'm personally not a coffee connoisseur, I only dabble when I need a lil pick me up or when the office meeting is taking too long and I need to look alert; so definitely not a big drinker. Still though it's good coffee, although they're only open for a pick up and have a very limited range of menu items which too is disappointing as I was craving some nice lemon cake when I visited this store

Wonderful place for a quick coffee after coming out of station staff very polite and attentive. Could not ask for more always a happy smile on way to Moorfields eye hospital.

I come back here often and the staff don't give me any trouble (even when I sit for 3 hours), so my experience has generally been good. They are pretty much always open till late, so I do find them very useful and convenient for getting work done. They need to fix the fly issue, at least finding a way to stop flies getting into the food casing. Or maybe keep the food in the glass casing wrapped... But I still intend to visit (even if I avoid buying food from the casing) because the environment is really nice to either get some work done or visit with your partner.

Not enough seats were available, only about 5 people seated all on their own, on laptops, meant that we weren't allowed to sit down or take advantage of the Eat-in discount either. Not impressed.
