Biggest Starbucks ever with the longest queues and slowest service. The biggest problem is only one toilet operating. The disabled toilet is locked and the queue upstairs is longer than Regent’s street itself.

Always friendly staff and fast service. Very busy at times but staff never compromise on delivering great service and energy

Saad was a friendly and nice barista. He made this amazing Ice Caramel Macchiato and love it. You must try!!!!

Really busy, really dirty and the toilets are truly disgusting with puddles of who knows what all over the floor. My absolute worst Starbucks experience ever.

We had a “caramel frapuccino” and “caramel macchiato” it was well done. We also had a caramel and chocolate cake then a cream and strawberry croissant, it was good!

Like most of these places, excellent. I liked East London.

Coffee still good. The person ordering was very friendly and smiling. On the other hand, only one toilet for the whole Starbucks.... Seriously?? A permanent line of 5 or 6 people.

Mr Indio treats his customer like rubbish. I ordered two drinks and a cup of hot water on the counter. I got my drinks and a cup of tap water. I kindly asked 'Can I get some hot water please?' Mr Indio refused to give me hot water, says this is STARBUCKS POLICY. Since I worked in another Starbucks in the city as a supervisor and the second hand of the store, I've never heard or read any policy he mentioned. Mr Indio says he has been working in Starbucks for 15 years! I said I just need some hot water to warm up some milk for my baby. He says 'Here is what we do in our store.' He gave me some hot water in a mug, since there was no more seat in the cafe, I kindly asked for a take away cup, he says that's 5p. I just feel frustrated talking to him. I took that dirty cup with some food crumbs on walking out the store. I returned it after warming up the milk. So, there is no such a policy like that, Mr Indio, how about asking for 5p straight away in the beginning instead of keeps confusing yourself and educating ur customer? Btw, the only friendly staff was the guy with long hair at the counter. Other staffs need to be trained to provide better customer service. I'm saying this is because I witnessed another customer was treated terribly by another staff.

It is a very small cafe with not enough seating and ended up sitting outside which was cold at that time. Not an ideal place to sit outside

The upper part was closing 1 hour before the store closed, when we sat down they told us that it would be closing in 10 minutes and they didn't let us stay at the table until we finished our meal, we went downstairs with our plates in our hands and there was no table in the upper part. down so we can finish eating And the attendant was impatient when we placed our order.

Clean and nicely decorated. The pastries were as good as the coffee.

Based on my experience, I strongly advise against visiting this coffee shop. Rude staff, a messy place and poor customer service.

Ride staff- middle age Asian woman was very short and impolite when asking questions such as 1. Can you please cook these (egg bites) 2. Do you serve this drink or these drinks? HIGHLY RECOMMEND DO NOT VISIT!

Nice Starbucks with seating upstairs. We saw staff coming upstairs and clean the tables, so all good on that side. Downstairs baristas very friendly. Perhaps more toilets would be suitable, as there was always someone waiting to go... but then again - something makes me think they weren't all customers... All in all, nice atmosphere.

Friendly staff Sitting comfortably

Has to be one of the slowest Starbucks I have ever seen. The barista was faster than the till man. He tried to be comical, but with a foreign accent it wasn't working. The place was busy, but it's London. There is no such thing as atmosphere, in the city of culture. My son was with me and h likes the chocolate coins. Probably wouldn't have gone in if not for that reason

Seemed to be the only coffee place open around 6pm in this area (sadly) as I'm not a fan of this brand. But was thankful at least somewhere to get a coffee around this soulless locality early evening, guess high shop rents drive them all away.

The spot was quite hidden which is an advantage as it is not very crowded. The location itself is very comfortable and offers plenty of space.

I doubt there is anyone who doesn't know a Starbucks so there is little to comment on. The only thing is in London they are much bigger🤣🤣

The bathroom is not very clean, everything else is fine

The Starbucks where all of us from London end up! It's right in the center, next to Saville Row and the building where the Beatles played on the roof, Regent Street and Piccadilly Circus, so come on, it's a must.

Nothing special about the hot chocolate, tastes quite cheap. Service was quick, and the place was nice.

Toilets are lacking so when there's a queue with children crying as they cannot wait it's not good and detracts from the experience of relaxing with a coffee

Great coffee, but staff- they need more organization, especially the baristas, we waited about 20 minutes to order, they got the orders wrong to some people. A long queque to toilets. But place, where it is, is really beautiful.

Having coffee in, supposed to be in glass cup. Good for the environment too but instead horrible cups 🥤 with plastic lining is given. Even after requesting.

Food and beverage are good, in line with all others shops in London. The service is so so but sufficient. The atmosphere is very good, good music, the place is very spacious, lots of plugs for charging your devices. The only really negative point are the toilets, not enough cubicles for such big place; there is always lots of people waiting for using it. Starbucks even recently renovated the place but the toilets issue is still there.

I've found this Starbucks to have a fantastic location and impressive interior decor. The ambiance inside is truly inviting. However, I've experienced consistent frustration with my orders being mishandled. Despite requesting oat milk, I often receive cow's milk instead, forcing me to double-check my order every time. While the atmosphere is lovely, the recurring errors in fulfilling orders have been a recurring disappointment during my visits.

Save yourself and get a breakfast sandwich from somewhere else. Life support could have revived it.

El café que está en todos lados cuando lo necesitas

Ce Starbucks est magnifique. Honnêtement situé à l'écart, il ne payait pas de mine à l'extérieur. Un coup de cœur pour ses anciens escaliers, l'étage et la décoration très sobre. J'adore. On a vraiment un lieu propre où les prix sont ceux de toute l'enseigne. Concernant le café bon, c'est une grande enseigne et vous ne venez que pour certaines boissons je pense. Les boissons fraîches sont trop sucrées et les cafés froid sont simplement des sachets de sirop dilués.

Egy nagyon hangulatos helyen lévő, több emeletes Starbucks, pozitív értelemben megelpő a régies hangulatot árasztó belső. A személyzet kedves, főleg Gary, aki ha kell, kézzel lábbal magyarázza el az angolul nem tudóknak a kávék osszetételét. (Ha tudsz magyarul, szólítsd meg úgy nyugodtan. ;) A hangulatot egyedül a trehány turisták rontják el, akik szanaszét hagyva minden maradékot távoznak a helyről.

Store 12751, I’m a regular to Starbucks, and use my own cup. This store has always been under cutting my lattes. Today, 1st they got my order wrong (old label was still on bottle!ignored as I order the exact same) then when collecting it wasn’t full, was like half full. Staff making the drink was like ‘it’s right’ followed by any other staff member stating that it’s right, it’s not and I know! Didn’t listen and are rude when you do not agree. Why was it small, because the order was wrong..

Toilets out of order, and judging by other reviews seems they’re refusing to fix them. I visited, got my coffee, went upstairs to get a seat. Then discovered the bathroom was closed. I had to walk 15 mins to find a bathroom (at a Pret). By the time I got back from this half hour ordeal my drink was cold. This is not acceptable for a sit down venue serving drinks/food. It does not take weeks to fix a restroom.

Worst Starbucks ever! Definitely don’t go upstairs for the toilet. Wish I’d read the last review - one toilet is still broken. The other has toilet paper I ripped minuscule pieces off to try to clean the seat and then use on myself. I was desperate or I would have left. My coffee wasn’t made correctly either. They also do not have peppermint syrup.

Starbucks che si trova in posizione centrale ma un po' defilata. Al piano inferiore presenta alcune poltroncine per sedersi, e il classico bancone da appoggio per chi va di fretta. Il piano superiore è molto carino con tavolini e poltroncine, e una vista molto carina. Luogo tranquillo dove poter spostare.

Warning, this location only has one functioning toilet with a long queue. From other reviews, it seems like this has been going for months. The toilet was filthy, no toilet paper worse yet there was used toilet paper all over the floor. Avoid.

Spacious and great window seat for a break and watch London happen.

5 stars because the space is huge! Especially for London.

The building and location are stunning. Unfortunately the staff are miserable and untrained I honestly felt sorry for them. I asked for a slight moderation to a drink which is common and even an option on the Starbucks app and on Deliveroo. The woman serving me had no idea even when I showed her it written out on the app...she kept on trying to place an order for the original drink which I didn't want...none of the team were able to help honestly they didn't seem to be fluent in English or familiar with the cafe's options at all. I ended up giving up and going elsewhere. Disappointing as a very lovely setting and decor.
