Starbucks in Warwick

This is undoubtedly the rudest place I have ever been. I have had to wait 10 minutes in a queue of me. No one else. Then, when I pointed out to the girl serving that she had not placed the cream I had just paid for on the hot chocolate I had purchased, it was slammed onto the worktop, the cream thrown on, then tha chocolate slammed down in front of me. I had not upset the staff, I waited patiently, I even said please when asking for the missing cream. Give this place a miss. Drive on to Stratford or Warwick, your day will be a much better one without a visit here.

Would not recommend staff are all miserable let alone rude. I orderd a toastie and latte which took ages for someone to take our order and when they did the service was NOT up to standard. Toastie slammed on the side by a boy and woman talking about customers who left her their rubbish and stating “they could at least put it in the bin” Staff had their own conversation during us being served. Would not recommend coming here!!!!

Used the Drive-Through at the Northbound Budbrooke Services today, which consists of a BP Service Station and the Starbucks Restaurant/Drive-Through, which used to be a Little Chef and has sat boarded up for about 9 years. Old building demolished, the new Starbucks looks really modern and fresh. We were really impressed by the service here. Fast and really friendly staff, and fresh food. We had 2 sandwiches, both were fresh along with our drinks. Good prices as well. A really good first visit here, we will definitely return! Would recommend.
