Ordered a delivery costing 24 pounds. The cinnamon swirl was bone dry, almost stale, virtually no icing. Very disappointed to say the least. Food order included breakfast for a child.

The place was completely empty, and still I managed to have bad customer service by a guy who obviously didn't give a f*** about his job and the customer.

The service is a joke, the manger an Italian guy is rude, him and his other co worker seem to have this secret little joke going on about the customer they are serving. I’ve changed now, but if this had been my old self they would be getting into big problems with me.

I’m a costumer there for 4 years !!! I used to love that place . For the last one month the people working there are extremely rude and bad !! There used to be a tall blonde guy that were always very helpful and nice . Those people today messed completely our order and didn’t provide us with anything they just threw our coffees . They were so rude I promised my family we will never go there again !!!! Our coffee was all dirty from all sides they didn’t even placed the lid properly and this guy just laughed and disrespected all clients !!Goodbye Starbucks!!!!!! I’m done with this place !!

I am particularly not happy about my order, I ordered the large almond latte and I have allergies, it did not taste right as a barista myself, it tasted really watery perhaps the milk she used was not almond milk because it tasted different. I did double check with her but I did not see her get out the almond milk which I am concerned about. The latte was warm but not hot which I was quite disappointed by so I had to pour down most of it down the sink as it was that disappointing.

This was a warm haven on a bitterly cold day. popped in for a coffee and a sandwich at lunchtime, and used the wifi to catch up on emails and the like in the cavernous basement. Good chain coffee shop

This is in a building that I assume must have been a pub at one part of its life. It has a great downstairs space - large and airy with comfy seating and lots of charging points for phones laptops and the same. Coffee and bacon butty went down well.

I shop here now and again (when I can afford it!) and have always found the staff more than friendly and helpful. Not any more. Yesterday I dropped in and was proud to see that they were stocking my brother in law's Cornish organic antibiotic free cheese. He's a hard working farmer with the highest animal welfare standards where the cows and calves are very well cared for and roam outside in large, lush fields. A member of staff happened to be at the cheese counter and I remarked happily about the cheese and how pleased the family were that Planet Organic were stocking it. Her response knocked me for six. She immediately reacted with insulting remarks about the dairy industry, this cheese in particular and it's anti-biotic free status. She was just so utterly rude and insulting for absolutely no reason leaving me shocked and upset. Why is she working in this shop if she finds the produce offensive and can't be polite to a customer? If she has issues with the dairy industry (and I agree that there are issues with mainstream dairy farming) she should not be working in a store that stocks dairy produce. I won't set foot inside this shop again. A shame. Anyway, it almost went into receivership recently so Waitrose hopefully will take it over and she'll be out of a job.

Another dirty branch of Nero. I get free drinks here (Vitality), and I still don't like it. I wish they would clear away the rubbish and dirty cups.
