Starbucks in Birmingham

Lovely place, good service ! Not cheap but it was a Mother's Day treat!

I always put Starbucks over all other coffee shops or cafes but do respect I often go other cafes as well bcos it’s all about good coffee, taste of good coffee specially blended beans, it just gives me so much strength and energy that has become an essential part of my daily life. Love Starbucks 10 out of 10 but need to work on pricing because our old generation could not able to afford. Please do consider my suggestion or recommendation to boost your company or group of companies to get a good social message out to the citizens of our nation and all other nations and their communities in general as we are in the financial crisis situations right now right away. The food was so warm it was amazing and the drinks were in to different bags since there was one cold one and one hot one it was amazing my cold drink stayed cold and the hot drink was piping hot I was so impressed

my drink was meant to be a vanilla iced latte it was not it come plain and is disgusting

Latte is rank no vanilla syrup that I’ve paid for no shots

I visit weekly and what impresses me is the outstanding service of Graham, he remembers my name and is a fantastic example of what great customer service is, in this day and age, it’s always appreciated and keeps me a regular customer. Thanks Graham Chris

When it did arrive it was cold, sandwiches had gone hard and drink was just about drinkable

Drink was absolutely vile, I put 4 times please no whipped cream as I have a dairy intolerance, drink came and it had not only whipped cream all over it but half of the drink was foamy and seemed like the cream was mixed in? I’ve actually been in store and was served by Charlotte and asked her multiple times, please do not add whipped cream and it was still added, it’s like some sort of bad joke between staff. It was my first time visiting the new store in Bury. It's a very nice unit. Very modern and clean. Sean was fantastic. Very friendly and personable. We had a nice chat. Very quick to order and reasonable amount of time to wait for the drink. They got my order correct and it was warm. No complaints.

Firstly ordered a caramel macchiato from the hot drinks section and they sent a cold coffee drink got refunded just the drink not the delivery price ordered again a caramel macchiato and delivery guy turned up with three bags of different things sent him back and he never turned back up with the caramel macchiato so gave up in the end

Food was cold, sandwich was completely wrong and had bits missing. No whipped cream or drizzle/syrup on the drinks just a shambles of an order tried the bury Starbucks twice now once in store and once ordered and the staff both times have given such poor service and clearly lack of attention to orders so disappointing £30 wasted

Layout fundamentally wrong, they lose so many customers because it looks like there is a massive queue. But no one is waiting to pay, this is also unclear. They need a banner above the till saying 'PAY HERE!!' Also no atmosphere, no music. To bright inside. Lovely people though! Very good coffee

None of our items that we ordered came.

Same driver who had drinks from previous order happy we got our drinks this time and starbucks took better care packing order but still should of got drinks first time not 2nd time and hopefully get refund from just eat and driver wasn't at fault at all 5 stars for him

I ordered and payed for two caramel frappes I only got one

Driver good not his fault drinks spill all over bags as not been put in correctly by staff at starbucks so ended up all over not good before sending orders out need to make sure lids on properly and in bags securely

Half of my drink was spilled and leaked all over my carpet

Ordered a cold brew it came, after others who ordered after me had collected theirs. There was multiple wrong orders and confusion at the drink collection. The drink tasted and looked disgusting. Considering I'd had the same drink previously from starbucks bullring which was delightful and tasted like it should. I was highly disappointed and won't be using this branch again.

I haven’t visited this store in a longgggg time!! It’s nice to see that graham is still here, working so efficiently as always. It’s always a pleasure :)

Dropped in with my girlfriend and had an excellent drink whipped up by the lady behind the counter. Sabaah was friendly, engaging, and enthusiastic; she definitely made the trip memorable.

After visiting this store for many years, I believe Graham deserves a bit of appreciation. The customer services he has provided me throughout the years is exceptional! It’s wonderful being served by someone who is extremely polite and beyond helpful. Today I visited with my hands completely full, he offered me a bag for the box I had so I was able to carry my coffee. It’s the little things. This is a perfect example of how it’s just nice to be nice.

Just need a sandwich. Was tempted by a chicken wrap and a pot of muesli porridge stuff. Both nice fresh and went down well

What can I say Starbucks is Starbucks, good coffee good service as you would expect. There are a few seats and tables inside with 4 or 5 outside on the concourse. We had a coffee here waiting for friends to arrive and what a great place to enjoy good coffee and watch the world go by.

A typical Stabucks!! Over priced and very slow service but my partner wanted a drink. Won't return in a hurry.

Großartiger Espresso in der Fußgängerzone. Schön eingerichtet, netter Service an der Kasse. Hat - wie fast immer bei Starbucks - gepasst.

Coffee, wifi, seats, company, all ok. The food as it is, is fine, you always know what you get in Starbucks.

Always consistantly good no matter what city. Did not eat at any other venue whilst in Birmingham. Some of the venues in the train station looked ok to eat from however prefer Starbucks due to standardised quality assurance.

We had breakfast and coffee before getting a train, staff very friendly and bacon roll delicious. Thanks

Depois de uma breve visita a Birmingham e tendo optado por reservar hotel sem pequeno almoço, dei de caras com este estabelecimento da cadeia Starbucks, que fica bem próximo da estação principal de comboios da cidade (Grand Central). O espaço, sem ser muito grande, é confortável, e a oferta é variada e muito equivalente a outros Starbucks com maior dimensão. Não vale a pena estar a avaliar a comida e bebida em si em particular, apenas posso reconfirmar que servem produtos sempre frescos e de elevada qualidade..e o atendimento das duas simpáticas funcionárias foi deveras cuidadoso e atento, elevando a fasquia da arte de bem servir e sorrir ao cliente, algo que nem sempre se encontra quando se entra numa loja destas com bastante movimento. Fui tratado com excelência, o pequeno almoço estava divinal, e aconselho em particular esta loja a quem quiser levar um snack antes de entrar no comboio e deixar Birmingham. Parabéns igualmente pela limpeza do espaço. Cheers!

This branch of Starbucks is within the station at Grand Central at concourse level. It is small and as you can imagine, gets very busy at commuting times with people getting carry-outs for the train. It does, however, have a small number of tables and chairs which I have used on many occasions for sitting and enjoying a good quality coffee whilst waiting to board. the usual Starbucks range of muffins, cakes, pastries and snacks are available.

pleasant staff and food always fresh, good early morning starter rolls and of course great coffee in a good location in New Street
