I was having a terrible day so I decided to treat myself to a Starbucks. Having never been to this store before I didn’t know what to expect. When I came to the till I was greeted by the biggest of smiles from brook who took my order and his service was impeccable. Everytime I order at a Starbucks I get the same drink and there was just something so great about this one. I believe Louise made my drink and tasted excellent. I will 100% be returning to this store and I hope you are able to see the shining potential of these employees who made my experience here so great.

Call in here when ever I do a shop at Sainsburys. It is attached to the store but there is a separate entrance. Good friendly service. Had a toastie, which was better than most coffee shops serve. A good place to relax.

It's a standard Starbucks attached to Sainsburys. Nice views of the car parks but they can at least make a reasonable cup of coffee ;-)

Big, spacious and Starbucks. What more could you want. Bored with an Hopping or just need a coffe, then the Starbucks at Taplow Sainsbury’s is the answer. Usual service and menu, with easy parking. What is not to like. Can get busy

Situated in Sainsbury's supermarket, but a separate entrance if you are not doing any shopping. It serves everything that you would expect from this chain. The coffee is good and there is a good variety of cakes and pastries. A good place to relax after shopping or just to pop in for a break..

Great coffee and top service from the staff at Starbucks Taplow. Will always make drink specific to requests where as some other branches just refuse unless its on the board

The joys of being a real regular are that everyone knows who you are and what you like! The staff have changed over the years but everyone is always chatty and often have got the drink on the go before you reach the till.

Have visited regularly for the last few years. Even with changing staff they always remain friendly and helpful & are happy to talk about different drinks or make recommendations. I'll happily continue to visit. Plus, it's attached to Sainsbury's so parking is in abundance, and free

I went to the Sainsbury's store in Lake End Road, specifically to go to their cafe. It was a pleasant surprise to find that their cafe was now a Starbucks coffee shop. On entering you wouldn't know it was part of the supermarket and there is direct access to and from the coffee shop without going through the supermarket. There is the usual selection of Starbuck's products - beverages and cakes. The staff were friendly and helpful. A pleasant half an hour or so.

We went for food at the pub. The venue itself is stunning, beautifully designed, and on a sunny day like today, the courtyard area is perfect for dining outdoors. The staff were very welcoming, and our waitress, gave some lovely recommendations. Our starters arrived promptly and were tasty. However, as a table of ten, we experienced a significant wait for our main courses—around 45 minutes—which became quite noticeable. When the food finally arrived, it looked well-presented, but unfortunately, the beef was undercooked and served on a cold plate. The beef was very fatty and looked ugly on the plate. One dish had to be returned as it was too raw to eat. The side of greens came in a small bowl filled with water, which was unnecessary. The chicken on a friends plate was dry. The Yorkshire pudding with the main was excellent—crispy, light, and very well done. It’s a real shame, as this is a lovely venue. With some improvements to service and more attention to food preparation—it could be exceptional. There seem to be a lack of senior staff to oversee the restaurant service.

Myself and my boyfriend came here for our 2nd anniversary, and it did not disappoint! However, be aware that they stop serving food at 9pm (we found this out when we arrived at around half 8, so we had to order fairly quickly, but we knew what we were going to have regardless as we've been to a Browns before) Food was amazing. We had the salt and pepper squid, and x2 steaks. The steaks from Browns are the best I've ever had, and the squid was delicious. Staff were very friendly too. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a more upmarket dining experience

Visited Bertram’s today with my friend for a light lunch. We both had tea and the most delicious Polish apple cake and custard. The garden centre is lovely but I’d visit again just for the pie!

Went out with friends on Sunday afternoon. Excellent food, great service and great outdoor sitting for a sunny day. Couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you guys.

Large cafe unfortunately feels more like train station waiting area instead of cozy cafe. Drinks are nice. Costa quality.
