Starbucks in Edinburgh, City of

Mis amigos y yo tomamos café y aperitivos aquí 2 o 3 veces a la semana después de una sesión de gimnasio. El personal es muy amable y servicial, pero Rup y Simon van más allá. Gran café en un ambiente cómodo y fácil. Sin duda recomendaría.

Service great but the huge negative is the cleanliness, specifically the glass on the food counter this looks like it hasn't been cleaned for months!

I've been at Starbucks Village quite a few times and I simply love the atmosphere there (especially during Christmas time). The coffees are spectacular and I've been served quite often by a barista named Karolina. She's such a darling and always at disposition if I need any information about the seasonal drinks or food, she always makes the staying for me and my kids wonderful.Will be back soon for such kind and attentive staff.

Evite el Starbucks aquí si se adhiere a las reglas de distanciamiento social y cobertura facial. Tuve que salir ya que la clienta en la cola del mostrador no estaba cubriendo la cara y se negó a hacerlo después de que le dije esto. El personal tampoco puede molestarse en decírselo a los clientes.

Este no es un mal Starbucks, pero el servicio era bastante lento y siempre parecía haber niños corriendo haciendo mucho ruido, no es una excelente manera de relajarse y disfrutar de una bebida. El café era muy bueno, aunque un poco más caro de lo que normalmente pago, pero supongo que eso es de esperar en un hotel.

No es frecuente que le dé una reseña de 1 estrella a ninguna parte, pero Starbucks en el Village Hotel acaba de calificar al servirme un capuchino que no se puede beber (el café sabía como si hubiera sido contaminado por alguna otra bebida). Desafortunadamente, me dieron una vuelta y no me molestaron en regresar y pedir un reemplazo. También debe tenerse en cuenta que ahora cierran a las 7 pm.

Nice corner of the hotel, but prices confusing. Ordered coffees and cakes priced at £1.40, however staff member at counter said £1.45 when queried price became £1.25,otherwise nice venue

Visited Starbucks (at the Village Hotel) for refreshments just after we had checked into the hotel. Coffee was pleasant, snacks OK, but the nicest bit was the seating areas.

Deze Starbucks zit in de hal van het Village Hotel. Makkelijk als je snel een tosti en drankje wilt nuttigen. Personeel is vriendelijk en je wordt snel bediend. Kwalitatief is het niet top maar ook weer niet slecht. Prijstechnisch best duur. Grote hoeveelheden zoals je van Starbucks gewend bent.

In der Hotellobby des Village Hotels darf man sich bei den leckersten Kaffee Spezialitäten oder einem Chai Latte entspannen, chatten oder einfach nur sitzen. Die Möbel eignen sich für coole Fotos zum Teilen.

Came for breakfast as we often do when staying at a village hotel . The porridge isn’t made with fresh milk anymore so was disgusting very artificial Starbucks you need to stop cutting corners ! Also there was no pouring cream or bananas but the barista was lovely

Stopped here a couple of times since I stayed at the Village Hotel. Great service, baristas always super nice each morning.

Have been a few times as no other coffee shops in area. Very expensive. Every time I order service is shambolic, with orders being forgotten, mixed up etc. The member of staff at the till often acts like she doesn't understand my order or doesn't want to work. Poor service attitude overall. The seating is cramped and overall 'decor' of the venue is weird.

Quick coffee here whilst awaiting check in at hotel - usual Starbucks fare badly let down by the state of the place. All vacant tables vacant were in need of a wipe and the floor was littered with paper and crumbs surely someone had to go round and clean periodically!!

Pop in here with the grandchildren for tea & snacks. Friendly & comfy atmosphere. Good selection of snacks. Plenty space for buggy etc.

I used Starbucks for breakfast whilst staying at Village Urban this time, rather than dining in the restaurant. There was ample choice, good quality and quick service.

On the surface, this looks like a Starbucks but there are some features customers should be aware of before you order. There is the usual selection of drinks, sandwiches, and cakes so if you want a Starbucks "fix" you can certainly achieve that here. However, it turns out that this is a franchise location so they do not accept the Starbucks card for payment and therefore do not participate in the Starbucks loyalty programme. I topped up my Starbucks card on the way in only to find that they would not take it. The Starbucks app lists this location and offers to make the Starbucks card available for use on the lock screen when nearby so worth noting this is not actually an option. There was also an issue taking payment with a credit card but did not want to hold up the queue so did not pursue.
