Starbucks in Liverpool

My girlfriend asked for a medium strawberry acai with lemonade but no ice and the drink cost £5.60 already for this price you could expect them to fill the cup, instead served a small cup half full, i asked if they could fill it up with lemonade as every other starbucks has done. I had to ask for a refund as i wasnt paying £5.60 for a half drink, we sat down to enjoy some time together and we overheard us them attempt to whisper about me asking for a refund by one staff member to the other and i found this to rude, when all i asked was a simple request. Any other starbucks or even staff have been much more accommodating. Wont be returning and ask people to go to the other starbucks in town centre.

Visiting a family member in the Royal Hospital my twin brother Stephen and I decided to drop into this Starbucks for a warming coffee and what a very pleasant time we had. This Starbucks is nice ,a light and airy interior ,typical decor and furnishings and plenty of seating arrangements,all in all a very cosy outlet indeed. We ordered a flat white coffee each,served steaming hot ,we just kicked back and chilled before visiting the hospital. A big fan of the coffee served in Starbucks ,their coffee is consistent in all their outlets and their flat white's are a particular favourite of mine . We really enjoyed our coffees in here before we moved on and for a first time visit to here we had a great time. This Starbucks is easy to locate along Prescott Street. Opening hours are; Monday to Friday,6.30am till 6pm. Saturday & Sunday,8.30am till 4pm. Well worth checking out if you're in the area.

Starbucks is a chain of coffee-houses that offer a superb range of drinks and snacks and are dotted throughout the UK/Europe and the world. This Starbucks is located on Prescot street opposite the Royal Liverpool hospital were there are some interesting cafés and pubs and eateries. This Starbucks has a really modern interior with Starbucks advertising and signs and a superb arrey of seating options.This place was very busy when we visited as its across the road from the hospital and the reason we visited here was we were visiting one of our relatives in the hospital. When here we had a flat white coffee each which where well served and price wise on par with other Starbucks we visited and as we work for the N.H.S you get a discount if you have a blue light card. This is a superb Starbucks and if you are in this area of Liverpool give this place a look if you fancy a coffee or drinks'you won't be disappointed.Very easy to locate from the bus stop on Epworth street it's a minute or so away. Hoy fue un día realmente duro y emocional para mí y mi familia y pasamos la mayor parte del día dentro y fuera de esta tienda. El servicio y la amabilidad que el personal mostró durante todo el día fue increíble y nunca olvidaremos lo amable que ha sido. ¡Qué valioso son todos ustedes para la empresa! Llamo aquí con bastante frecuencia cuando voy al hospital. El personal siempre amable. Buen servicio Café y comida buenos. El único problema que encontré hoy fue que no había desinfectante para manos en ningún lugar para que los clientes lo usaran. ??

Today we popped in from hospital visit. The young woman on the till is always friendly and the shop is clean and tidy. Good selection of food and cakes today.

Don’t usually visit this chain of coffee shops so it was unusual to visit two different outlets of theirs in two days. Called in here because a relative was in the Royal just across the road. We had a cappuccino and a latte, very nice.

I visited here on Saturday 6 January for a coffee before visiting the Royal. After going here on previous visits I thought it was an ideal place for my daughter. I purchased a coffee, latte and cup of milk. After sitting down I thought I had put too much milk in my coffee but then realised I hadn’t. The coffee was freezing. I didn’t mention it to the staff as I was visiting a patient so had to go. I feel sorry for all the people who visit here as the beverages from a Starbucks are the best apart from here.

I visit here every time I come to the hospital. Always good coffee and they do lovely fruit toast with jam ! Good place to people watch.
