The staff were rude and disrespectful. There were three of them on the counter at lunchtime on 5th January 2024. They exhibited such distain for the customers placing orders. I’m not sure if Starbucks have a new policy of employing rude lowlifes but it’s not working for the customers. We left in horror at the treatment we received.

Worst Starbucks I’ve ever had the misfortune of going to and I travel all over the country. When will someone take note of the bad reviews ? Attitude problem from top to bottom. Staff need to remember that customers pay their wages and not treat them like an inconvenience. Also, I don’t want a takeaway cup so don’t charge me for one just because you have decided not to use crockery!!!!!!!

Time if visit 16:35 server Amelia. (Supervisor) extremely poor disgusting behaviour! I requested my drink is remade as it was not what I ordered. I stated I get 3:4 drinks a day from the city and this one is the evening coffee. I stated drink isn’t right and I said it requires more pumps she said no it doesn’t! Then when she asked the guy who made it he confirmed he made a different drink to what I ordered. She always refuses to give me a receipt and told me all the staff say I complain all the time! I only request my drink is made to how it should if I am paying. I asked if she could make me another drink she shouted I’m not an octopus and said whatever! This lady needs to get trained how to speak to people extremely rude and obnoxious and I don’t understand why the attitude. I was calm and polite through my whole approach and yet she chose to start throwing things about!!! Franchise train your staff or get the week staff back as these new kids are terrible and have the worse attitude! Contact me as you will see the quantity of drinks I order from your store!!!! Such a waste as great location but awful disgusting staff !!!!!! Especially Amelia. And to have this person as your supervisor says a lot about you!!! Who tells their customers that the staff don’t like them… if you make your drinks properly then customers won’t complain… this girl has no logic include how to talk to people in your training ! Will come in handy for this person should they wish to progress in life…!

Good place to have a coffee for take away or meet up with friends. Plenty of parking (owned by Asda) but time limit applies (1.5 hours). Not very big and could be full at times. Make sure that you come at a right time to have a good peace at enjoying your coffee.

If I could give this Starbucks less than 1 star then I would. The staff are incredibly rude and have attitude problems and the coffee is awful. I’ve heard bad things from other people too. On the three occasions we have been, we have been ignored, told they were closing (it was not closing time) and experienced bad customer service. I asked for a non dairy milk and still got cows milk. I think the manager needs to consider some customer service training for their staff.

Brought some starbucks coffee off amazon that wasn’t grounded so i thought id go to my nearest Starbucks, tried ringing before i went to make sure i could get it grounded but there phone was disconnected. Got there and waited in the queue and thought id ask the guy directing the queue so i said can i get this grounded to Metal filter and he said ok “American filter” He went and asked if they could grind the coffee and he said no and i asked why and they said they couldn’t because they’re a franchise store which i found a really poor excuse and then also said they couldnt grind it because other customers might expect them to ground their coffee for them which didnt make no sense as if someone brought coffee from there store what are no going to grind beans for the customer 🙄 As it was Starbucks coffee they should of been willing to grind it now i have to send it back to amazon and get a refund because of them idiots.

We have been using this place for a few years for coffee. My husband likes the coffee. We visited today 9/11/20. There were two young men serving and making coffee. There were three young men in front of me in the queue who bore no resemblance, so I doubt they were from the same household. None wore face masks and were clearly known to the staff as they were laughing about it. I then got to the counter and handed over my own cups which the staff member picked up by putting his fingers inside both. I made it clear it wasn't OK, so he poured hot water over them. The staff making the coffee had his face mask under his chin. The cappuccinos were more like lattes. Very disappointing. The friends of the staff drunk their drinks and left the empty cups on the car park. I won't be using this branch again. Very unprofessional.

Very clean Starbucks and quite friendly staff Next door to subway and Asda Typical Starbucks but not too big, free car park, there are restrictions but more than enough time to enjoy a drink

Been here a couple of times. And most of the staff are friendly and attentive. However was served by a blonde girl this weekend. Absolutely disgusting customer service skills. Clearly just didn't want to be there. Rude & borderline passive aggressive. Definitely some training & feedback needed.

The best things about this place are the friendly staff, parking and clean toilets. Otherwise it feels like a school hall with a few tables scattered around. High ceiling no atmosphere and ‘cold’ albeit quite hot and there being no air. The coffee was well made and tasted great.

Visited here for the first time recently and really enjoyed it, had a lovely wrap and cup of tea. Service was good and fast, only problem was it was quite busy so ended up sitting outside. Wide range of toasties, sandwiches, cakes, drinks hot and cold. Plenty of parking

We visited for a coffee and a chat, there was a great selection to choose from but I was very disappointed that they did not serve sugar free syrup as in other Starbucks branches. Also I enjoy a hot cup of coffee but I found the temperature to be Luke warm. The staff were very friendly and the seating was quite comfortable. However I don’t know if there was air conditioning but I found the shop to be so hot and stuffy that at one point we had to sit outside for a while to get some fresh air. I was very surprised by this as it was a very hot day and would have thought that shop would have air conditioning or at least fans. Also I was a bit disappointed with the parking restrictions and found that we were constantly looking at the time to make sure that we did not overstay our one and a half hours. Other than this it was a pleasant visit.

Lovely friendly staff!! Drinks a d breakfast were also very nice. Next to the river and very central. Definitely recommend this place

4 school moms decided on meeting for coffee and chat.. which is very very normal in every society. Didn't notice signs on notice board that I do remember seeing on the last visit... but thought it couldn't be true.. But 3 of us that drove and parked in the adjoining car park... noticed our penalty notices. Total money making scheme by who ever owns the car park.. very saddened that Starbucks would allow this.. We'd chose to go to Costa in Oldbury next time. Which is much more cosier.. and no limits on car parking. Come to Starbucks as location is great.. No way 1 and half hours enough to shop at asda. Nip into Starbucks for light brunch.. Costa here we come!!!!!

Met there for a business meeting, good location except limit on parking hours which I didn't realise until after when my colleague told me. So if you have over 2 hours meeting don't go there. Shame really as you know what you get with Sparbucks...

Location is good because parking is not a problem as it shares it with asda and subway. It's a decent size for the area the service could be better though and they need to maintain a better standard of their toilets.

Located near Asda and sharing a building with Subway this is a very good, smart and well laid out Starbucks. Consistently good coffee and served with a smile!

We are lucky to have this Starbucks in the last five yards of Oldbury. Situated on the Hagley Road its a great venue for meeting old friends or just relaxing.
