Starbucks in Argyll & Bute

Terrible servicio. El sándwich del desayuno salió rápido pero uno era incorrecto. Esperé 25 minutos para dos copas. Además, el empleado fue grosero cuando le pregunté por mi bebida. Estuve allí a las 07:00: 30 el 9 de noviembre th😡

The usual drinks and food, friendly service, new look to location, no complaints. Starbucks is pricier than much of the competition but we enjoy the variety of the offerings and specialty items.

Me estaba muriendo de hambre y necesitaba un almuerzo rápido. Mi esposa sugirió Starbucks y dije que no tendrían ningún almuerzo allí. Ella me aseguró que podría tener una envoltura, así que entramos y pedí la envoltura de quinua y frijoles. Se sirvió muy caliente y estaba delicioso! Estaba placenteramente sorprendida. Las bebidas especiales tienen un sabor similar (excepto el Juniper Latte, que probamos hace unos días, ¡y fue horrible!) Y, francamente, no vale la pena el dinero ni las calorías. Nos han enganchado un poco con su programa de Recompensas, pero sin eso, no creo que vayamos más. . .

Este Starbucks tiene que ser uno de los mejor y más amable que hay en todas las de Calgary, con personal muy profesional y barman, y un entorno extremadamente cómoda. Pedí un venti espresso con la rubia Frapp shot, y por alguna razón, todavía no entiendo que sólo nos cobraron $4. 99 aunque lo que debería haber sido más cerca de $6. 50. Pero, bueno, no un caballo de regalo de café en la boca.

Standard Starbucks, typical over priced menu. Definitely a treat item. Service was good. Fast. Efficient. So efficient that the friendly part was lost, but that is okay. Product arrived as ordered.

Have been to Starbuck's many times and the service is always good and the employees are exceptional. It is nice to start your day with a friendly smile.

This review is for the Starbucks beside the Co-Op and Walmart off of Bow Bottom Trail south. Nice place and friendly baristas. Busy store this time of the day. Free WiFi.

Enjoyed how the staff although busy were attentive and pleasant..made for a nice experience, always grateful for kind reception.

We enjoyed an afternoon coffee with friends and a large cookie. Coffee was brewed just right and we found a casual spot to catch-up on our busy lives.

The drinks and pastries are nice, but they are over priced and over crowded. They are Ok, but I would visit the local Crave Cupcakes instead.

How these baristas remember all there drinks is beyond me....they do a good job working in a hot serving bar and standing on their feet all day and they still smile!

Although Starbucks is pricey, I like going there as a treat now and then..my absolute favorite drink is the Passion Tea Lemonade-Venti please !!! Fantastic..I've tried making it at home and it doesn't compare :) my other favorite drink is a Skinny Vanilla Latte...just a tall does me fine. There is a barista at this location (are men barista's too?) named Rob...he suggested I get the Starbucks app and I could pay from there, see my star balance and reload my account !!! Well, Rob was right..what a user friendly app !!! I tried their lemon loaf as I heard it was fantastic...it was ok...not lemony enough for me. Their dream squares are good though :) I like this location..very friendly staff and like I said, yummy drinks.

We have very few outside patios in the Southwestern part of Calgary, at least patios where a person can sit for extended periods of time with a beverage, brownie, and a book. We look for alternatives, but return out of necessity. Most places require the patron to order a meal, but often we simply want to sit a spell and enjoy the sunshine. The coffee is the cost of admission. The Willow Park location fits the bill, but I admit it doesn't offer the most scenic of views. I count the luxury cars driving by, and note the few occupants who slow down at the speed bumps. Ma keeps track of the drivers who enter the wrong side of the exit, and watch them squeeze past the incoming vehicles. Sounds like fun huh? The service is great, the wait staff are always pleasant, and this little cafe appears to cater to the more affluent, but do make exceptions for Ma and me. This being said, I'd love to see the outside patio areas (front and back), sectioned off from the foot traffic. A few planters, stratigically placed, would allow a more secluded area for patrons to enjoy their coffee. Presently, customers are sitting on the edge of the parking lot, exposed to the heat from the asphalt, with little reason to dream of exotic getaways. A few shrubs, a short picket fence, anything extra in fact, would add considerably to our enjoyment of Starbucks Dark Roast. Think about it management, introduce your patrons to the European ways for next spring. Ma Kettle and I will thank you...as will others I'm sure.
