Starbucks in West Berkshire

Not your usual Statbucks! Staff greet you in such a warm and cheerful way, it does make your day. Special mention to Honey whose smile is contagious. Coffees are also spot on, made as you wished. Most Starbucks in London should learn from them!

I’ve just arrived at Starbucks in Sainsbury’s in bath Road Calcot . The girls here serving now are so happy at I walked in I got a lovely welcome.. they were singing and being generally polite and cheerful to all the customers.. lifted me up. I visit a few coffee shops but this is the mist welcoming . Look after these people.. I work hosting in a large hotel and love to greet my guests well. So I know what I’m talking about. 😅

Friendly staff, good coffee and food. Flat white with beautiful art. Clean cafe. Offers food sampling and ginger bread lattes today

Solía visitar a diario, pero no he visitado durante más de un año. . . ¡Ahora sé por qué! ! El lugar está sucio y el café era horrible! El capuchino se parece más a una taza húmeda y caliente de leche tibia y sucia. Realmente molesto porque realmente esperaba un café decente.

This was a good place to read a paper and relax whilst the children were in the learning centre or one of us was shopping. Drinks were good and service was fast the only downfall is that it is a small area within the shops, would be much better if there was more room.

Small seating area within Starbucks. Good selection of food and drinks available. Service as expected, some more helpful than others. More tables in the space would help. Small selection of merchandise available to purchase. This location accepts Starbucks Cards therefore Vitality points can be used! Toilets within Sainaburys right next to Starbucks. PS if like me you like Toffee Nut Latte and don't want to wait until Christmas ask for a caramel and Hazelnut latte - tastes almost the same!
