Star Pizza in Doncaster

Not ordered in a while . The app didn't work so I phoned order through . The guy got my order wrong , so we got it sorted what I want . When I got it home . Burnt chicken kebab, no garlic mayo . No very nice at all

First time ordering, delivered quickly and food was good would definitely recommend

Order regularly from her however tonight they forgot an item I rang up they said they would send it and never did so one person was left without their food. If they had been honest when we rang up we could have shared why came. Absolutely disgusting.

We find that it's always hit and miss. Sometimes it can be cooked well and delicious. Other times the chips are hard and undercooked, garlic bread burnt. It's not consistently good.

Terrible pizza greasy fell apart tasteless in fairness they sent another out once complained but still same avoid !!!

One of the best kebabs in town, the staff is always welcoming and friendly, the food is always fresh and delicious!!!!

I witnessed the whole of the staff assaulting a guy because he was wanting for some water. Yes ue was kicking off. But there was for the of the staff to assault him, literally aĺ of the staff went out to right him 10 vs 1 he did not deserve that be careful ordering from here with that being said they came at him with a baseball bat

Ordered food arrived quickly but the bbq chicken pizza I ordered was burnt and not like how we usually have it so I called them and they sorted it straight away came and picked the other up and replaced it with a better one. Excellent service thankyou. Sometimes hit and miss but never wait longer than half hour for it to be delivered

Always love ordering from this place. Always quick and amazing food! Especially when ordering online, I love how they give star points which is money off your next order.

Will never order again bad customer service and very rude , I ordered a burger and chips and selected chip spice on chips and come with none on so I didn’t eat them and rang up so they sent a tub of chip spice out my chips had gone cold why would I want cold chips and chip spice when I rang up again she said it’s petty and it’s only chip spice and ended the phone I Evan offered to give them the cold chips back ! Shocking service

Never normally have an issue but today’s order did it for us. Ordered 2 pizzas. 1 chicken, mushroom & cheese & 1 Napoli (Donner meat, chicken, onions & cheese) and a small chips. On the notes I stated if I could have no onions on the kebab & chicken pizza. When it arrived with onions I rang to let them know and was told that because I put kebab pizza and not Napoli it wasn’t clear enough so they basically ignored the request given. Mind the fact only 1 pizza has kebab on. The compensation they could give is to replace the pizza on a thin base instead of deep pan and hand the unwanted pizza back. So now my husband is sat waiting for his pizza with cold stale chips that they won’t replace due to it not being an issue. We would not of minded this but the pure arrogance and lack of responsibility has put us off ordering again.

Terrible customer service manager as an attitude problem speaks to everyone in such a vile way, shame as the food can be nice but will not admit to fault

Great food, good prices, and delivery too! Despite there being a decent crop of local takeaway restaurants, Star Pizza are by far the best! Their menu offers a wide range of options from: a delicious selection of pizza varieties, burgers, kebabs/wraps, chicken and even desserts. There really is something for pretty much anyone! They even offer a small selection of kids meals. Personal favourites include the cheesy garlic bread, which is a pizza base style and manages to be more flavourful than a lot of plain garlic breads! Most dishes can be fully customised on request, with extra additional toppings offered for small price increases. Overall a great place - would recommend keeping in mind that they’re incredibly popular on Friday nights, so delivery will take longer.

Order was confirmed at 18.56, was given time of between 19.55 till 20.15. At 20.20 asked where order was? Told sorry been delayed and refused any compensation, (as they were busy). New time was given as 20.40 but didn’t arrive until at least 20.50. Phoned restaurant at 20.41 to say it’s on way when I asked to speak to someone was told by young girl she could take a message. If your restaurant can’t cope then don’t take orders as it doesn’t take over two hours to cook 3 pizzas , 1 burger and one kids chicken nuggets and chips. Will not be using this restaurant again as always the same excuses

Large mixed Donner and chips more chips than meat a handful of meat for £8 it's disgusting

Ordered a pizza rang one hrs later just gone in oven ..Then delivery driver turns up and drives of and comes back a couple a minute later 😂 joke

First time coming here it was okay but forgot the onion rings we order and the pizza we got wasn’t full with the stuff crust with hot dog was missing spots paid £28 for 2 burgers and pizza and onion rings but was missing was actually very over priced then also made me pay extra 50p to pay by card shocking to be honest was very disappointing

Cold, inedible and nasty food wouldn't recommend to anyone,called as was passing by orded the burger box meal and Hawaiian pizza all was cold and a waste of money will not be going back here again

Fantastic food Was impressed with the manager as my order was wrong After paying for food, he questioned his staff as he thought it was wrong And yeah, it was with that he reimbursed the difference and couldn't appolgise enough Will be returning

I often order from star pizza and I can say overall they are a very good take away but this time I was not happy with the service. I placed an order which should have come with a free garlic bread but didn't, it turned up just over 2 hours late and the chips were bearly cooked. I am a frequent customer and 9 times out of 10 enjoy their food with no mistakes with my order.

Order didn't have what I ordered and no sauces over the chips. I ordered a few times from here, overall the food is AMAZING.

I have been going here on and off since I was just a child and they have never disappointed! Decent priced. The food is delicious. I particularly love the cheesy garlic bread and chip spiced fries but everything I've ever had from here has been amazing. The delivery is always quicker than expected as well.

We don't eat takeaways often so it's disappointing when you do and it's not all great. We decided to try somewhere differen't as the one we always went to when we have a takeaway had got rather expensive. Saw Star Pizza down as a local legend so thought why not. The pizza was nice apart from there were too many jalapeños so I had to take some off, there was a huge amount on there so anyone considering ordering extra jalapeños theres no need!. The others with me had the kebab meal deal, too much onion in the salad so it was a case of 'can I have some salad with my onion', the chicken donner was just thin tiny chopped up bits of meat so was disappointing. Its a risk you take trying somewhere new but you don't expect it from a local legend.

Ordered a stuffy crust and came as deep pan wish people would listen when taking orders, got charged for stuffed crust

I had large kebab yesterday had bit of it .rubbish rest of went in bin cheap kebab meat .if wasn't so tied it would have gone back

I order all the time of you. You should read the people's orders, I asked you to swop ham for pepperoni as I don't like ham and guess what I've got ham again I'm going to go elsewhere as you do it 9 out of 10 times

Place order online and payment taken, order failed but only found this out when order didn't arrive and rang to query. Waited half an hour for them to check, never rang back, received email to say order cancelled so rang them again, they placed order over phone to say would arrive in 20 minutes. Half hour later still no order. Arrived two hours after placing first order.

We ordered food at 6.30pm, and at 8.30pm it had still not arrived. We rang them before we used just eat to check they were delivering as normal to be told yes, they quoted 1hr delivery time but 2hrs later a no show. And that's after we have rang them twice to be told the delivery driver had put our order in the bag!! Disgusting service and no apology

Always order from here there food is always very tasty and always delivered on time the delivery driver Vic is such a lovely gentleman always friendly and kind and has our food here in no time at all would highly recommend star pizza to anyone they are fantastic.

2 hours after ordering still haven't got food, phoned them after an hour and they say they're setting off now another hour and 15 mins later pizza turns up with no toppings on top. Not happy is the least that can be said

Ordered for the first time through Just Eat. My order arrived quickly with a very friendly polite delivery guy and was lovely and hot. Ordered a thin base Bolognese Pizza and a Stuffed crust meat feast. Loved both. Husband was suprised by how good the meat feast was. Thank you for the garlic bread. We will definately be ordering off you again in the future.

Ordered 3 kids meals and 2 burgers. Called them immediately to tell them that they missed a kids meal and was told they would send it right away, 40 mins later called them again and they played dumb in total took an hour for it to show

Kebab was old and recooked , chips were cold and old , poor food service 😷😷
