This branch has just been altered. This seems to be to accommodate all the Uber and Just eats people and at the expense of customer seating. Not an improvement.

Went to McDonalds Redhouse interchange. Looks like just refurbished. Very clean and the staff really happy and pleasant. Won ice cream on monopoly power play. Very nice, too. Thanks.

Over priced utterly crap junk food thrown together in a box and swimming with grease. Even worse when I checked ingredients to my chicken selects they only contain 50% chicken...what is the other 50%?

Charged incorrectly for the food I ordered, they forgot to put the cheese on our sausage and egg muffins, and they are a lot smaller than they used to be . I won't be going again, I would rather do without breakfast.

Gave me the completely wrong take out order and when I emailed them about it they said I could come back (I live over an hour away) …

Awful place after renovations. Restaurant now half the size. Tables crammed closer together. Food like warm at best. Burgers look like they assembled by a blind man via catapult from across the kitchen. Staff not bothered at all.

Best stop off the A1 in west Yorkshire for a wee and a real meat burger. But it is getting too popular and the queues are getting longer slowing down service. This is not helped by the fact that they prioritise deliveroo orders over customers at the branch.

It lost its soul after the chield-friendly disaign was replaced with the new, repulsive look. It's probably what they wanted to achieve so that people don't feel welcome to stay, but just eat and go away.

Queued half hour in drive through just for them to get my order wrong, again. Ordered breakfast wrap and muffin with no egg they both had egg in, don't know why i’m shocked. Wont be using this McDonald’s again centurion way all the way.

Since the new refurbishment I don't know what's happened to the service but you only ever see one member of staff at the counter and the meals take forever.

We ordered for four people. One has a dairy allergy one has an egg allergy. We ordered a plain burger and it came with extra pickles and onions and sauce and a bite out of the bread bun. We ordered two chicken nuggets x6 and they didn't even get put in. Instead we had a chicken burger with mayo on (egg allergy) We had a vegan burger and it was burnt, looked like it had been on the hot plate all day and the bread bun was burnt. We ordered two sprites and they came as soda water?? How? as I wasn't even aware they sold soda water?! One chip wasn't cooked and I still can't work out how just one chip weren't cooked out of the whole pack. I can't work out how they can get so much if the order wrong. I've had one or two things wrong before and thought its not worth the petrol to go back but the whole order was disgusting and inedible

Food is obviously identical to every other McDonald's but they are so slow.

If I could go lower on reviews I would. I work at maccies and the area i work in doesnt do this. This is just disgusting. 1st of I ordered thru the mcdelivery app I had 2 orders come to my partners house. Both I have no words the food that I ordered were stone cold, the ice creams look old and melted, I ordered strawberry shake got either a banana or vanilla, the banana shake I bought for myself tasted like mold it doesn't even have a slight banana taste it's disgusting. I know have to to thru the user app to get my money back because this is not what I've asked for. My partner is putting a review up to because he's not happy with what he ordered. Not ordering from this place again it's shocking.

mate what a scamm we ordered a delivery with the most simple things so tell me why our fries being 2 regulars and one large the portions were the size of a small fry. tell me why they were FREEZING when they arrived. and tell me why a sharing box of garlic dippers was missing. and a cookie. thats nearly a tenner weve spent and havent got the things. and we dont even get a refund we only get a code to get those things next time were in?? like i ever wanna go back in?? sort it out mate

we prefer red houses as 2 staff member always goes above and beyond for customers and is always polite courteous and cant do enough for you...tracy and mandy are the best staff there .

Cold burger and took too long serving us probably why it was cold only one girl taking orders at the machine not her fault but no napkins in the bag and cold burgers it has not happened to us there beforebefore or

Food average, iced coffee only half filled the cup, was told that it is how the machine is set. New raspberry and chocolate pie only had the tiniest amount of filling.

I was expecting a bigger macdonalds

Pretty confident this is one of the worst McDonald's in the country. Eternal queues at the drive throughs. Barely any drinks available. Giving you half the items, sending you to the waiting area so you can have the rest once everything else has gone cold or melted. Once has a big mac where they didn't bother with the bread, which was impressive above all else. Seems to get progressively worse. Sadly this is the only local option for it. To top it all off the prices now are probably more than a decent pub lunch. Although the pub lunch would be quicker I think.

Absolutely shocking with my food order. I wanted to try the new hat trick burger and order a spicy chicken wrap meal . I went to order and before long got to the drinks section, nothing but milkshakes, only ever time I wanted a normal drink typically the milkshake machine was working, first time in a decade. So collected my order and got going, 2 mins in and started with the frys, stone cold, what a great start, opened the chicken warp and to my surprise, more bread than actually anything inside to what I could assume was a pinch of can't be bothered lettuce, splat of spicy sauce of have it, and a small piece of cut back chicken. 1 small piece, not worth putting in the bin. The hat trick burger was something I could of got from a burger van for half the price and better quality. Waste of time and money. Will not be going back

Not had a McDonald's for years. Well what a disappointment, that's £24 I'll not get back. Food was cold, tasteless. There was no salt on the fries. I honestly can not see what the attraction is. I can definitely say that I will not be returning anytime soon.

DONT COME TO THIS MCDONALDS I suffer from food allergies dairy. Everytime I come here I order food my food order either arrives completely wrong or they covet the whole meal with cheese specifically after the fact I ask for no cheese as I am allergic. Absolute disgrace of a establishment. Constantly getting orders wrong. You don't even get what you paid for abosutly shocking 😡😡😡

Poor service. Wanted to complain to head office about the managers attitude. Requested the managers name but he refused to give it so I couldn’t quote name for complaint. Never using this brand again. If I could I would give 0 stars.

Shocking delivery service, half of our delivery did not turn up so we rang you and you told us to contact uber eats. Uber eats told us we are not getting a refund, you lot are a joke.

How can you get so many orders wrong? How on earth do you forget to put a single slice of bloody cheese on a big mac!? Every single time, the people who clearly have room temperature IQ and are being paid far too much cannot read simple orders. No lettuce, extra pickle. Its not hard, its not complicated, its not brain surgery; its a big mac with cheese, sauce, burgers and extra pickle.

Ordered take away- they put it on a tray to dine in. 5 drinks with 3 straws. Ordered 3 strawberry milkshake - gave us banana. It's true about McDonald's employing staff with the intelligence of a plant pot.

Numbered disabled bays so they can bring your food out which no others seem to have.

Fed up of different Macdonalds not having Milkshakes in general , However , the lady did tell me that the machine was being cleaned and once it was back up and running she let me know . Maybe an idea to clean machines on a night .

rood staff here but typical mcdonalds - tepid food if you're lucky and gut ache the nxt day - can't wait for kids to start liking other places - watch your change if paying with money as they will give you ripped notes that don't look real then refuse to change them !!!!!

Give this place a zero rating if I could ordered for a Mcdelivery bearing in mind they are not cheap with this and over charge for everything... long story short I ordered and then got this delivered to my address only to have stone cold food that wasn't even edible. They had missed sauces which i had spent over £2 on because they charge you for sauces also on mcdelivery. Disappointed isnt the word for someone who doesnt get a take away a lot, it is awful to receive food of this quality. Stay far away if I was you.

Went inside to order as the drive-through was very busy. There was one till on, and she was serving as I got there. When she finished serving the gent in front of me. She told me she'd be a few minutes as she prepared drinks for the orders on the screen. Then she took my order and from ordering to receiving it was 16 minutes. My suggestion to McDonald's is that at peak times, there should be plenty of staff to do all jobs required, and you should have cooking areas for drive-through orders and instore orders. As the system you have at all stores isn't working as waiting times are ridiculous for a FAST FOOD RESTAURANT

This is no longer fast food. It took 25 minutes to be served and the order was missing several items.

All a bit average really. My first time here and just passing through. I used the drive through and was waiting quite a bit for someone to serve me, had to tell them my order 3 times. After getting the food the fries were soggy.

Absolutley disgusting!!!! Ordered via Macdonalds app, delivered by uber. Stale chips, bugers just thrown in the box..., chips in the bin and had to sit reconstructing the barely warm burgers. My sons happy meal was a burger and a bottle of milk thrown in the bag. No happy meal box, no carrots sticks and no toy. Enough is enough, going to be making a formal complaint to head office. Macdonalds Redhouse you are disgusting and you should be thoroughly ashamed of your customer service and food standards!!!!

I ordered at the drive through and paid for Coffee, fries and cheeseburger. First window service was quick. I waited a long time at the second window. I pulled into a parking bay to open my food, the fries were cold and chewy, the cheeseburger too cold to melt the cheese slice. I returned to the shop but doors locked so went to the windows, nobody about, so in my frustration I threw the wrapped food onto the servery and left. Totally shocking, I won't be returning there again.

They never have milkshakes. And they never give us napkins. We have to go in and ask for them every time. Plus, some of the staff are rude. But some are lovely. Its a hit and miss. But mostly miss because they never have milkshakes. Machine is always broken. It has been broken for 5 years now.

Good service, food on par, can forget the sauces sometimes but otherwise as you expect from a fast food restaurant.

Absolute shambles, simple order, less than 15 people inside yet took over half a hour to make. Arrived cold.... then to top it off when we git home, my daughter showed me a self she took by mistake which cought the underside of tables! Disgusting 🫣

Great coffee, one of the best I've had for McDonald's in a while.

Was terrible experience. Not everything was available. I ended up just having chicken nuggets. Teenagers came in, where climbing all over the chairs to get in and out the booths. Was not even busy. Would not recommend. Toffee latte tasted watery and was only luke warm.

By far the worst McDonald's experience ever. Long wait 15mins plus. Served a fillet fish in a cheese burger toasted bun instead of a streamed bun. Only if they would have asked if that was OK I could have changed my order. Furthermore in served in the wrong packaging with hand written product name on top 😉

Staff too busy fanning the sweat into your food (on a cold day) to care about wrapping up your burgers. Wrong items literally thrown in a bag and thrust at you like a bomb. Upon opening the bag of mess, there is a strong smell of sick. Safe to say it went in the bin.

The ice creams and milkshakes always unavailable during hot weather. Coffee too it's hit and miss. Funny enough as I was reading reviews from former Macdonalds employees who claimed that they were switching off the ice cream machine and coffee makers when it was too busy and understaffed telling customers they're broken. Not saying this is the case here, but makes you wonder. Does the management do something about it?😏

Very busy, good for the owner but not for the customer waiting time. Suppose it's busy cos it's pretty good.

Ordered to pick up, only had coffee and porridge in our of all my order. One person working inside, all the others stood outside against a wall smoking. Waited 20 minutes for the order, I was order 65 and we got to order 72 before mine was ready. Absolute joke, staff want sacking all they do it talk and laugh while you wait. No interest in helping. I'd recommend starving and save yourself the 20 minute wait.
