Lovely food as always and delivery was early

monroes box was great it was hot ,had grilled peppers and hurray they sent a fantastic salad.

I've ordered from here a few times and has always been good but my last order was terrible.both our sirloins were fatty, gristley and dry and very chewy, very dissatisfied.

I ordered a pizza and when it came (after an hour and a half) it was cold, the crust was massive so not much filling on the pizza and i paid for extra. Very, very dissapointed and i won't be ordering from there again.

ordered a monroes box ,the chis werent very warm ,didnt come with any salad but the cheesy garlic bread and chicken was lovely the kebab meat was nearly cold

food was nice and hot always order a monroes box ,tonight it was hot disappointed with cicken only got two small pieces,salad has not improved though still only get scaby lettuce ,one slice of cucumber and tomato needs improving please

Ordering is always easy. Food was hot when it arrived and got a surprise cheese and mushroom garlic bread wich was delicious. Will definitely order again.

Only part of order delivered had to wait for rest of food. This resulted in food being cold. Pitta bread was hacked to bits so hard to eat has a kebab. Kebab meat very dry

arrived nice and hot bur they really need to improve with what they call a salad as a bit of scaby lettuce a a slice of onion and a slice of cucumber is not a salad

the chicken and kabab were really good I'd definitely get them again but the onion rings were not so good

the restaurant kept moving delivery times and when It finally arrived it was luke warm with missing items

really need to improve what they thing a salad is lettuce leaves and onion and a piece of cucumber is not a salad

Specifically asked for no salad on the burger or the kebab, both came with it on, ruined the meal

they offer 40% off but normal days monroe boxes are £10.50 however when the 40% for £25 deal is on the price goes up to £12.50 so it's not really a 40% discount

so it took quite a while this time to get here. yes the pizzas were warm but they didn't look great and if im honest didn't taste the best either toppings didn't taste fresh. Fries weren't crispy. plus we had to wait for another driver to drop off our drinks because he picked them up by mistake. ended up with 4 dips paid for 1... don't like leaving negative reviews but this is the 2nd time it's not been great think I'll be looking elsewhere for pizzas

2 hours for 2 pizzas and 2 loaded fries to come and the pizzas were cold, had to put them into the microwave to warm them. won't be ordering from here again. only from Mexborough and I live in Kilnhurst, be quicker to fly to Spain.

cold kebab. one grilled pepper. one grilled mushroom cut in half. 4 pieces of chicken In a king kebab. naan bread looked like a fat pancake. the salad was great though but was an expensive salad as the dog eat the meat

Ordered at 7pm on Saturday 4th January. At 8:30pm delivered half of the order with the delivery driver stating they had had a mixup with the order but the rest would follow in 5 minutes. No sign of the rest of the food so called back at 8:45pm and told food was on its way. Called back at 9:15pm and told food had not been made or despatched due to a further mixup so at this point we cancelled the order. Terrible service and they clearly have no idea what they are doing as there are quite a few more reviews telling a similar story.

Upset, My kebab meat was forgotten and all 3 of my cheesy chips were half empty.

Ordered at about half 7, said 45 mins and food didn’t come till 9… Food was clap cold and soggy, portions were shocking, missing chips, n driver were off her t*its… anyway clearly wont be ordering again.

Originally 10 minutes late but they delivered completely wrong order. Phoned shop was told they would get correct food out and ring back in 5 minutes. This did not happen. Now food arrived 30 minutes later and the pizza bases were burnt

our food came 35 minutes lates and arrived cold. very disappointed and won't be ordering again.

Took 2 hours for takeaway to arrive, food freezing told was given a 15% discount cos short staffed, would have rather payed full price for decent food...none of food was right and what food we did receive was rank...ordered from here for yrs and last few times it's been vile won't be ordering again!

Ordered a kebab wrap and received a chip wrap, when we called to rectify the women on the phone first promised to send correct food out straight away, 40mins later no food so called again to then be told they had not made a chip wrap all night basically saying we were lying so here is a picture of said chip wrap that nobody made. To Mr monroes credit he has sent out the correct kebab and a refund it’s just a shame his staff just initially fob you off and accuse you of lying. Hopefully he will see this and realise what’s happening. Ps: we sent the chip kebab back with the driver although it was never made.

What review am I suppose to give I ordered at 11pm said food was going to be here from 0.05pm-0.25pm stayed up waited nothing tried calling the shop at this point no answer what so ever. I will be calling tomorrow so disappointed

The mixed kebab and wraps were spot on. No complaints at all with them. unfortunately the kebab and chips were dripping with so much grease I had to try dab it up so I could eat it, but the chips weren't nice, yesterday they were crispy and fluffy inside, really nice, but today they were soggy and not cooked through. Also missing profiterole, so wasn't 6 as advertised. Eat here quite often so a bit disappointed as other food we've had is amazing. Hopefully just a one off. - Speedy delivery too!

If I am honest it wasn't worth the wait. the chicken was bland and dry and the the meal wasn't really worth what was paid. Won't be ordering from here again.

Food was ordered at 20.45 and didn’t arrive until 22.45. Only ordered a cheese burger and a pizza. Pizza base was hard and tasted stale. Ordered meat feast and the pizza came with just chicken and pepperoni on it. Disappointing

The cheesy chips was a small portion even though I ordered a large. The chips was over cooked to the point they were hollow and had no potato in them and the margarita pizza was burnt to a crisp on the bottom

the kebab was very nice the salad wasn't soggy. the loaded fries were absolutely gorgeous. the burger was extremely tasty. the food was fresh and not greasy at all and 100% recommend and will definitely order again
