The meal was good and did not have to wait long for it

Some awful reviews on here. I was there early for breakfast, it was not busy and I've had hotter mcmuffins but it was immaculately clean.

Website shows open 24hrs, drive through or eat in. Drove. 6 miles to find front door locked, drive through open, but im in a van! Too big to fit. server asked manager if he could serve me, told NO because i walked through! No one else here, no cars, nothing, no one, just point blank refused to sell me a burger! Terrible attitude, no help, its 01:30 am and lads working on site wanted burgers. AVOID!

Clean and tidy. However too many screaming kids everytime I visit.

A bit crowded all the time, but the staff is so friendly and making the orders right. Good job.

Online order was cancelled because the driver couldn’t locate the address. It’s not that difficult. I made it clear on the instructions. I was even waiting outside, when the order cancellation notification came through. I went to webchat to try and resolve, because the mobile number for the driver went to a recorded message so I couldn’t speak with them directly. Webchat agent was rude. They said that the driver had ‘followed guidelines’, which were stated as “on reaching the delivery address they would attempt to contact the customer”. Neither of these things happened. The agent then said they wouldn’t be processing a refund and ended the chat abruptly. As a customer that’s just paid for an order that was not received I’m left out of pocket and thoroughly disappointed at the terrible level of customer service. I couldn’t stand McDonalds myself anyway, but this order was a treat breakfast for my children. Won’t be spending another penny with McDonalds again.

came at wrong time 12 .00 waited 10mins in drive through que to place order and 15mins to get out of drive through due to volume of traffic

To much dust everywhere and the floors r dirty the walls are dusty and crusty and the tables and windows r dirty need a good clean they also need to get off there arse and get a broom and some cleaning supplies and clean Im never going there again, cobwebs all along the windows and around the light fittings, the tables and chairs r full off grime

Busy restaurant with staff struggling to keep on top of orders and cleaning tables. They all seemed to be working hard just not enough of them. No tables when we wanted to eat in.

Order wrong again every time go through the drive through, I simply want to pay for a meal and drive home. Shouldn't have to check orders by opening bags seems to be getting worse

Don’t go there – it’s the worst McDonald’s in Doncaster. It’s supposed to be open 24/7, but every time I try to order, it’s either closed or they say, “Sorry, we’re not taking orders right now.” Even when they do accept orders, you’ll end up waiting ages. Better go on Asda they are always on top

Got the order wrong and then blamed us. My pregnant girlfriend and my 10 year old autistic daughter had to eat a meal they didn't order. Won't be coming back to this branch again. What happened to the customer is always right, especially when they are!!!! Fuming

Ordered online through the McDonald’s app, they missed half of the order. The refund process was through uber which was way overcomplicated. The uber agent only gave me a refund of £2. No compensation for the fact that the main part of my order was missing and was completely McDonald’s fault. Poor service

Well I put in my order and waited and waited, I did Click and Serve. In the end I had to go into the restaurant and was told that my order wasn't even in the queue. The lady did carry it to my car for me , but, I will not be going there again. 1 star is too many really.

Branch has been refurbished but still very slow and poor service, massive queues out of drive thru store no better was waiting in store over 20 mins! Appalling

DON’T ORDER FROM THIS MCDONALD’S, I ordered Mcspicy burger and the patty tasted like some expired chicken , it was so disgusting! Employees taking way too long to make food and also done like 4 mistakes with my drinks. Instead of 4 fantast I got in return cups filled with waters. Another one , there’s this one crippled old lady cleaner who goes around and coughs everywhere, just now I’ve seen her picking up some old cup from the bin area , drinking it , and putting it rife beside a table. Avoid this place

went xmas eve morning at 6:30to drive through , nice double sausage meal, no napkins given though have they stopped them also no asking if i wanted sweetner or sugar for coffee or anything else for that matter, its the little things mcdonalds.

Been revamped it's absolutely rubbish had to tell staff about screws poking out of wood so no kids or adults get hurt ! Taken all kids laptops out the waiting area has been made smaller it's absolutely terrible won't be using this restaurant again in a hurry!

After the new make over it's not the best. Service takes too long. They keep getting orders wrong. The tables are hard to sit on and uncomfortable.

Spent ages downloading stupid app then making my order got reference number arrived and had to start my order all over again. CLUELESS STAFF HORRIBLE PLACE TO PARK STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS ONE. ENDED UP WRONG ORDER EVEN THOUGH THEY TOOK IT AT TILL WORST PLACE TO GET OUT OF IN SUNDAY MORNING. YOU GET YOURORDER FASTER IF YOU WALKED TO GOOLE

After a recent upgrade this McDonald’s has definitely improved. Food ordering much simpler plus more seating. Still a problem with a small car park out plenty of space in the big retail outlet car park. I’m glad they finally upgraded internally. Much better

Never pick phone up food alway cold

I didn’t think it was possible but they have managed to make the place worse. The service is terrible, a woman who was stood near me was watching her food getting cold while a member of staff took her sweet time getting drinks and straws which took a good few minutes. The new layout makes the area where you wait for your order feel more crowded. I can only assume that the object of the exercise is to cram more seats in. I would give zero stars if I could.

I recently visited this McDonald's, and it was hands down the worst experience I've ever had at any location. They missed the majority of my order, so I had to drive 20 minutes back just to get the rest of my food. When I finally got it, it was still wrong! I ordered a Mayo Chicken, but it came with ketchup and no lettuce. On top of that, the patty was burned – clearly, they don’t care about the quality of the food they’re serving. Absolutely unacceptable. I won’t be returning to this location anytime soon! Avoid this place if you can. The food doesn’t taste the same it used to be. I would give it negative rating if I could.

was enjoying my meal when a bloke drove through the side of the restaurant and started screaming “what’s going on”. it made my meal very unpleasant

Unfortunately i can't say nothing good about this place. Milkshakes is many times out of order, toilets is horrible ( man toilet is always with wet floor with is not Safety ) and no water on disability toilet. Plus 90 min for parking is a not enough time for disable person. Thank you for 4 penalty notices about staying longer. Same - I can't approved my visit because always self service till don't have paper for print off receipts. Unbelievable bad and horrible place. Not recommended.

Sorry to say this Mac's was untidy on this visit. Some sort of renovation was going on. But the service was good and the coffee was great.

Went Friday 30th September at tea time was asked to park and wait for order....Well after about 15 cars came past me and about 20 just eat deliveries went out I decided to go in and ask why I was just sat waiting outside...Well iv never seen such a pathetic performance in all my life I was asked to go back to my car and I refused...it was just a group of people falling over their self's putting food in bags and then taking it back out they said my order was being done but it wasn't...so I won't be going back no organisation what so ever it was probably the worst chaos iv ever encountered....

Staff were really nice in my dealings with them and all came across as happy and enjoying their jobs which can be a rare occurance in today's climate.

Absolutely shocking never again will I go to this 1 shocking 35 mins on 2 big mac meals and 3 kids meals food was freezing cold when we got home which is not far only intake and the burgers was what looks like thrown together got the new grenace milkshakes was not even milkshake more like water NEVER AGAIN

On a long drive I stopped to top up my electric car... Thought I'd pop in for a double Big Mac as it was busy. I'd wait and eat it in the car, I got to my car and discovered I only had a normal Big Mac in the double Big Mac box with a sticker on top saying no pickles... When I went back to complain I got told that I had eaten one patty from each side of the Big Mac and brought it back just to scam them.... Outrageous

Every time I have breakfast here I have a cheesy bacon flatbread,no bacon and a side whereas recently for the past few months the cheese has been not melted and the flatbread was COLD. MELT YOUR CHEESE LIKE I WANTED!!!

Got a kids meal and a Big Mac for my grand children. They love them

Ordered 2 double sausage and egg McMuffin’s with extra bacon for delivery and they both arrived without egg.

When u come bk from skegness and macdonalds is what u need then u walk in an the have an exersize bike near counter why not gwt some exersize whilst in there should be installed in everyone x staff were fab too

Never have anything ready. Everytime, 10 min que at drive though to then wait in the car park. Avoid and go to the one in Thorne.

Pretty good, it was fresh but not as much care as you’d expect on the burger assembly. Also more scrotes than you’d like but guess that comes with the area. Not bad though and wouldn’t put me off returning.

Ordered Quarter pounder and received cheesburger with onions and ketchup

Ordered through the app and used drive through for collection on July 6th. The service was slow and waiting time took about 15 mins. Error occured as I ordered the McFlurry on the app but it turned out there's no ice cream available in this branch so the staff at the speaker said it would be refunded (which it hasn't happened). When I opened the bag and saw a screwed up tissue inside on top of the food. That's disgusting! This will be reported to the Food Standards Agency. Also, there's no ketchup inside the hamburgers this time.

McDonald's is McDonald's but today's visit was a real disappointment, we took our grandchildren so they could have their Happy Meal but there was no juice and they only offered tap water. The tables were dirty when we arrived and sat down even though it was not particularly busy. The serving staff were completely fed up and not bothered but the lady who was cleaning the tables was very nice and working very hard, she helped us once she got time to visit our table.

Terrible service. The worst McDonalds in doncaster. Every time they forgot items from the order or it is made incorrectly. Rude staff, and they say, ‘ this is how we make the burgers now’. If they cant make the food correctly then take it off the menu or take items out the burgers which they can never seem to add how it is suppose to be. You pay extra for extra cheese or onions and it is never added. I dont know what the staff do in the job.

Excellent service using modern ordering screens allowing for choice from the menue without any rushed orders which is an extra positive to our experience.

Drive throw used & had to walk in after receiving the order totally wrong plenty staff busy talking to each other ordering there own food stood there 5minutes before I was asked if I needed help - very poor piss poor going down hill McDonald's.

Absolutely rubbish. Staff forgot our chicken selects and chicken. Burgers were dry. Fries were undercooked and this isn’t the first time. How they still have customers is beyond me!

They saide they didn't have no milkshake s they should have put a sigh out saying that because they normally say there. Is no milk shakes but don't go to this one it never has milk shakes

Asked for Mcflurry at Drive through. Told "There's no Mcflurry" no reason given. Asked again at collection window and I asked again - Why isn't there any ice cream. Reply was an awkward shrugging of the shoulders with "I don't know"??? 60-70% of the time now there's never any ice cream. I give up!!

Absolutely diabolical. Worst mcdonalds in doncaster by far. Waited 15-20 mins for 2 simple burgers and chicken for them to come out like this black, burnt and crisp. Every single time I have received food from this restaurant its either been wrong, missing items, stone cold or very poor quality. It was only for the convenience of passing through the area that I ordered. Never again. Disappointment after Disappointment. I mean I know it's a fast food restaurant but you can barely call it fast or food. Sure letting the "brand standard" down.

AVOID AVOID AVOID. This is absolutely the most disorganised McDonald’s I have been too. I now only stop here if desperate as it’s actually quicker to drive to another McDonald’s 10 mins away that is an actual “Fast food” restaurant. Today, No one took my order at the speaker, 4 cars went through the other lane whilst I waited. I ordered Bigmac meal and double cheeseburger meal. Simple!! Errrrrr no. I was asked to wait in a bay, after 10 mins I went in to complain. My food was sat on the table waiting to be put in a bag and fetched out. Manager was inept and rude!! Next time I ABSOLUTELY WILL NOT MOVE AWAY GROM THE WINDOW UNTIL I HAVE MY FOOD. I stop at a fast food restaurant because well, it’s supposed to be fast. Very, very slow service. When you enquire about why you're still parked up waiting after over 10 minutes, the manager becomes rude, evasive and abusive. Clearly not managing very well at all! Some staff training is badly needed. Eventually the food came (20 mins later) and was massively undercooked, soggy, cold and inedible. One to avoid at all costs. Perhaps the worse Macdonalds I've ever had the misfortune to visit and will avoid in future.

Really handy. Good wifi, good coffee and food options are easily customised for those on low carb regime. Staff always friendly. Better than many places twice the price.

Absolute chaos tonight. Only ordered a single Big Mac from the Drive Thru, got parked up and forgotten about for 30 minutes. Cars queuing out onto the road. Kitchen clearly completely unprepared. Young girl eventually came out and apologised for wait. Manager nowhere to be seen, should be sacked and replaced with someone who knows what they're doing!

The manager is vile and the way he speaks and treats staff in public is disgusting. Left not ordering after hearing it. If talking down to the staff in front of customers is how you roll then you need to re train management on how it does not look good for the company as whole. Seriously if you don’t like the job then leave but don’t take it out on the younger staff members.

Wouldn't even give 1 star review if I could. The last 2 times ordered for delivery and had whole meals missing, items missing and took ages to arrive. Just eat are no help and don't refund any missing items. The store suggests just driving to 'collect your missing items'. Do not order from here, waste of money. 0 star review.

Ordered at the self service, just one triple cheese with no pickle and extra cheese. Machine gave me no receipt. The order came quick but now I’m 10 minutes away from the branch and checking, the burger has extra pickle and no cheese. Says on the sticker exactly the order I placed though.

Probably the slowest McDonald's in the UK! Waited over half an hour for a £6 breakfast!!! How about that for service???

Went for breakfast, ordered through app and click and collect. After 15 minutes of waiting at click and collect point I ended up going in to find out what was happening. Food was lukewarm. Not a good McDonald's experience, won't be in a hurry to use this particular restaurant again in a hurry.

Order always incorrect, tried to make a complaint which was shut down immedielty. Wait times at drive thru speaker can be 5 mintues long even when no cars infront. Chips always undercooked and look anemic. We drive the extra distance to Thorne for such a better service!

This store obviously never checks the orders for mcdelivery as it's always wrong in some way, last couple of times 1 of 2 sandwiches are missing, else it's wrong drinks, wrong size drinks 9r just missing sauces but without fail there is something wrong every single time it's infuriating

When did you start having a time limit of how long you can park there while your in there having food. £50 PARKING FINE

Met a friend here who not seen for over a year . We ordered food and ate inside the restaurant. Didn’t realise there was a time limit on the car park amd now have got a £100 fine . Won’t be meeting anyone or eating in there again . I think if your using the restaurant there should be a way of been able to park without getting a ticket
