Where do I start..... They advised a carpark 10 minute walk away from there hotel. Room wasn't great, Tv didn't work. Girl on reception did try a few different remotes. When asked if we could move to a room with a working TV she said they were fully booked. Few cobwebs, 4 screws standing out on wall, could be nasty if you fell onto wall. Tea n coffee in room. Bathroom was lovely. We stayed New years Eve. Couldn't get into carpark they said to use on New year's day. So I wouldn't advise using Civic carpark if its a bank holiday you are visiting. I did phone mercure to see if they could help with getting car out of carpark, I'm still waiting for them to call me back.

The place was closed completely. [Even though the website said that it was open] There was no social media updates that the place was closed for the day. I was able to find some sushi at Morrisons but it is shame that there was poor communication about the place being open/closed.

Rockingham Way, Redhouse Interchange, Adwick le Street, Doncaster DN6 7FB, United KingdomMusic was way to loud you had to shout to speak. Food was just sitting around behind till getting cold. Ours came after 20 minutes. Not hot crammed it all in a Small bag.(3 Meals) she put bag down on counter and walked off. Had to reach over to get drink holder. All staff messing about dropping food orders on floor and not cleaning up the mess. Only one lass seamed to be doing her job and taking orders out to cars. One chap came In to complain his food was cold and he was told what do you want me to do about it. Definitely not one I will call into on my way back south again
